The battery replacement device 4 is arranged in the battery replacement area 2 and used for specifically performing battery dismounting and mounting operations on a battery replacement vehicle.
The battery transferring and conveying line 1 is used for transferring a battery pack 3 between a battery replacing area 2 of a battery replacing station and a battery rack which is not shown in the figure. In fig. 1, the battery transport lines 1 extend through the power exchange area 2 and are arranged to extend toward both sides of the power exchange area 2. The battery transfer operation that the transfer chain corresponds is transported to the battery specifically includes: the power-lack battery detached from the power-change vehicle by the power-change device 4 is conveyed to the end part and the position corresponding to the battery rack, so that the power-lack battery is further conveyed into the battery rack to be charged, and the fully-charged battery taken out of the battery rack is conveyed to the position corresponding to the power-change device 4 from the end part position, so that the power-change device 4 performs the battery installation operation.
Specifically, the battery transfer conveying line 1 is provided with a replacement potential 5 (not shown in the figure), and the replacement potential 5 is arranged corresponding to the replacement device 4, that is, a corresponding area of the battery transfer conveying line 1 corresponding to the replacement device 4 is the replacement potential 5.
Based on the above operations of disassembling, installing and transferring the battery pack 3 (the above-mentioned insufficient-power battery or full-power battery is the battery pack 3), as shown in fig. 2, the battery positioning system for battery transferring of this embodiment includes a first-stage positioning mechanism 6 disposed on the battery changing potential 5, a second-stage positioning mechanism 7 disposed on the battery changing equipment 4, and a third-stage positioning mechanism 8.
Wherein, the first-stage positioning mechanism 6, the second-stage positioning mechanism 7 and the third-stage positioning mechanism 8 are respectively used for carrying out first-stage positioning, second-stage positioning and third-stage positioning on the battery pack.
Specifically, the first-stage positioning is a positioning operation implemented when the battery pack 3 is conveyed from the end position of the battery transfer conveying line 1 to a position corresponding to the battery replacement position 5, and aims to initially position the battery pack 3 at the position corresponding to the battery replacement position 5.
The second-stage positioning is that the battery replacing device 4 performs positioning operation of acquiring the battery pack 3 from the battery transfer conveying line 1 in the battery installation operation process, so as to further position the battery pack 3 on the battery replacing device 4, and the battery replacing device 4 is convenient to further install the battery pack 3 on a battery replacing vehicle.
The third level location is for trading battery package 3 and further counterpoint battery package 3 to the location operation that trades the battery of electric vehicle bottom and hold the intracavity for trading electric equipment 4 carries battery package 3, and only battery package 3 is sent into the battery accurately and holds the intracavity, just can guarantee that battery package 3 can be successfully locked on trading electric vehicle. Through the three-level positioning operation with different degrees, the positioning precision of the battery is improved, and the battery transfer efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the primary positioning mechanism 6 of this embodiment is a stopping mechanism fixed on the battery transferring and conveying line 1 along the battery conveying direction at the battery replacement position 5, and the stopping mechanism is used for limiting the battery pack in the area where the battery replacement position 5 is located to perform primary positioning.
The battery pack can be positioned in the battery replacement area through the stopping mechanism at the front and the rear of the battery replacement position along the battery conveying direction, so that the battery pack is prevented from greatly deviating due to the conveying influence of the battery transfer conveying line, and the battery pack is effectively subjected to first-stage coarse positioning in which the battery is conveyed in place.
Specifically, the battery positioning system further comprises a controller 9 and an in-place detection piece 10 arranged on the stop mechanism, wherein the in-place detection piece is a position sensor. The position detection part 10 is used for detecting position information of the battery pack and sending the position information to the controller 9, and the controller 9 is used for controlling the stopping mechanism to lift to limit the position of the battery pack when the position information represents that the battery pack is conveyed to the area where the battery replacing position 5 is located, so that the battery pack is located in the area where the battery replacing position 5 is located at one level.
Through the battery package that puts in place the detection piece real-time detection battery and transport the transfer chain transmission and trade the distance between the potential, in case the battery package is transmitted to trading the potential then control to keep off and stop the mechanism and lift, erect promptly on the battery package is along the fore-and-aft position of direction of delivery, guaranteed to carry out the promptness and the accuracy of one-level location to the battery package.
In addition, the controller 9 of the battery positioning system of this embodiment is electrically connected to the battery transfer conveyor line 1, and the controller 9 may also be configured to stop conveying the battery pack by controlling the battery transfer conveyor line 1 to perform primary positioning.
The controller controls the battery transferring and conveying line to stop conveying, namely the conveying of the battery transferring and conveying line to the battery pack is stopped, and the first-stage coarse positioning of battery transferring in place can be effectively carried out on the battery pack.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the secondary positioning mechanism 7 of the present embodiment is a first guiding element 11 disposed on the battery replacing device 4, and a first fixing element 12 corresponding to the first guiding element 11 is disposed on the battery pack 3.
In this embodiment, the secondary positioning operation of acquiring and positioning the battery pack 3 by the battery swapping device 4 may be realized by lifting the battery swapping device 4 or lowering the battery transfer conveyor line 1; and during the process of lifting the battery replacing device 4 or lowering the battery transferring and conveying line 1, the first guide part 11 and the first fixing part 12 are matched with each other to perform secondary positioning on the battery pack.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, as a specific embodiment of the secondary positioning mechanism 7, the first guide 11 is specifically a guide fork structure, and the first fixing member 12 provided on the battery pack 3 is specifically a fixing block structure, and during the lifting of the battery changer 4 or the lowering of the battery transfer conveyor line 1, the fixing block structure and the guide fork structure gradually approach until the fixing block is embedded in the groove of the guide fork structure, so as to achieve the secondary positioning. In order to improve the positioning effect of the first guide part 11 and the first fixing part 12, a guide surface is arranged on the end surface of the first guide part 11, the first fixing part 12 can be guided, and the small deviation of the position of the battery pack 3 can be adapted, namely, the position of the battery pack 3 is finely adjusted through the guide effect of the guide surface, so that the battery pack is not limited to the matched connection of the guide fork structure and the fixing block structure only at a certain specific angle, the matched flexibility between the structures is ensured, and the convenience of positioning operation is improved.
In addition, the left side and the right side of the battery pack 3 are respectively provided with a first fixing piece, and the positions of the battery replacing equipment 4, which are positioned at the two sides of the battery pack 3, are respectively provided with a first guide piece 11 corresponding to the battery replacing equipment; of course, the first guide 11 corresponding to the first fixing member 12 may be adaptively arranged on the battery swapping device 4 according to the number and the position of the first fixing members 12 on the battery packs 3 of different categories, so as to satisfy the secondary positioning effect of the battery packs 3 of different categories.

In this embodiment, the operation of carrying the battery pack 3 by the battery swapping device 4 to realize the three-level positioning with the battery accommodating cavity of the battery swapping vehicle can be realized by lifting the battery swapping device 4 or lowering the battery swapping vehicle; specifically, in the installation process of the battery pack 3 when the battery replacement device 4 is lifted or the battery replacement vehicle descends, the battery pack 3 and the battery accommodating cavity of the battery replacement vehicle are subjected to three-stage positioning operation through the mutual matching of the second guide piece 13 and the second fixing piece, so that the battery pack 3 is successfully locked in the battery accommodating cavity of the battery replacement vehicle.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, as a specific embodiment of the tertiary positioning mechanism 8, the second guide 13 is specifically a guide pin structure, and the second fixing member disposed at a corresponding position of the battery accommodating cavity at the bottom of the battery replacement vehicle is specifically a fixing hole structure, and during the lifting process of the battery replacement device 4 or the descending process of the battery replacement vehicle, the guide pin structure and the fixing hole structure gradually approach until the guide pin is inserted into the fixing hole, so as to achieve tertiary positioning. In order to improve the location effect of second guide 13 and second mounting, be equipped with the spigot surface on the terminal surface of second guide 13, can lead to the second mounting, and, can also adapt to the small deviation that trades the position emergence of electric vehicle, the position of trading the electric vehicle is finely tuned through the guiding action of spigot surface promptly, make and not confine to the cooperation that can only realize uide pin structure and fixed orifices structure at a certain specific angle and connect, the complex flexibility between the structure has been guaranteed, the convenience of location operation has been improved.
The battery replacement vehicle is parked on the vehicle carrying platform 20, and in the battery installation process, the battery replacement vehicle descends and moves by being driven by controlling the vehicle carrying platform 20 to descend; and, the vehicle carrying platform 20 is provided with rollers at the corresponding positions of the four wheels of the battery replacing vehicle, so that the position of the battery replacing vehicle can be finely adjusted conveniently.
Through set up on trading electric equipment 4 and hold the second guide 13 of the mounting looks adaptation in the intracavity with the battery that trades electric vehicle bottom, can carry out the accurate positioning to the battery package effectively to hold the intracavity with the battery locking that trades electric vehicle, with the whole transfer efficiency of assurance battery.

In this embodiment, as a specific manner of implementing the positioning operation, the second-stage positioning mechanism and/or the third-stage positioning mechanism may both adopt positioning structures such as a plug-in structure or a clamping structure to implement the positioning operation on the battery pack.

In addition, the battery transfer conveying line 1 in this embodiment mainly adopts the following three structures:
(1) a first implementation form of the battery transfer conveyor line 1 is a belt-based battery conveyor line, and specifically, as shown in fig. 7, a battery placement area a (i.e., an area where a charging bin/a battery rack is located) and a battery replacement position 5 are simply illustrated in the figure to show the battery placement area a, the battery replacement position a, and a position relationship between the battery placement area a and the battery replacement position a and the battery package conveying device.
The battery transfer and conveying line 1 comprises a belt line 111, and the belt line 111 at least partially extends between the battery placing area a and the battery replacement position 5, namely the whole belt line 111 extends between the battery placing area a and the battery replacement position 5, or a local position of the belt line 111 extends between the battery placing area a and the battery replacement position 5. The belt line 111 is used for bearing and driving the battery pack 3 to move between a battery placing area A and a battery replacing potential 5, the battery replacing potential 5 is used for performing battery replacing operation on a battery replacing vehicle, and the battery placing area A is used for bearing the battery pack 3 and/or charging the battery pack 3.
When the battery replacement vehicle is used, the battery replacement vehicle is positioned on the battery replacement potential 5, a power-deficient battery pack on the battery replacement vehicle is detached and placed on the belt line 111, and the belt line 111 conveys the power-deficient battery pack to the battery placement area A for storage; the fully charged battery pack in the battery placement area a is placed on the belt line 111 and is transported to the battery replacement position 5 via the belt line 111, so that the fully charged battery pack is mounted in the battery replacement vehicle. By providing the belt line 111 to transport the battery, the battery can be transported accurately and at low cost.
(2) A second implementation structural form of the battery transfer conveying line 1 is a roller-based battery conveying line, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the battery conveying line 1 may be located below the vehicle loading platform and extend along a direction perpendicular to a traveling direction of the battery replacing vehicle, the battery conveying line 1 may be provided with a replacing potential corresponding to a battery mounting position of the battery replacing vehicle, when the battery pack 3 is conveyed to the replacing potential, the battery pack 3 is aligned with the battery mounting position on the battery replacing vehicle, and the battery replacing device moves the battery pack to a direction close to the battery mounting position by rising to mount the battery.
The battery transmission line 1 specifically comprises a roller 112, and the roller 112 is rotationally arranged along the transmission direction of the battery pack 3; and the avoidance area is used for enabling the battery replacing equipment 4 below the battery replacing position to move along the vertical and/or horizontal direction so as to detach or install the battery pack 3. A roller 112 is provided in the transport direction of the battery pack 3, and the battery pack 3 can be transported between the battery rack and the battery changing position by the roller 112. Moreover, the battery transmission line 1 is also provided with an avoidance area, so that a space for the battery replacing equipment 4 to move up and down is avoided; when the battery replacing device 4 extends out relative to the transmission surface of the roller 112, the battery pack 3 can be detached or installed according to the working condition requirement; when the battery swapping device 4 is located below the transport plane of the drum 112, the battery pack 3 can be transported to a prescribed position by the drum 112. The transmission of battery package 3 and the action of trading battery package 3 is changed to battery changing equipment 4 can be realized simultaneously, and battery transmission line 1 and trade battery changing equipment 4 mutually noninterference have improved the transmission efficiency and the change efficiency of battery package 3.
(3) A third implementation of the battery transfer line 1 is a battery line based on a double speed chain, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, at least a part of the double speed chain battery line 113 extends between a battery rack and a charging station, and the double speed chain battery line 113 is used for receiving a power-shortage battery pack detached from the charging station and transferring the power-shortage battery pack to a charging bin for storing charging or transferring a fully charged battery pack in the charging bin to the charging station for mounting on a vehicle to be charged. The speed-multiplying chain battery conveying line 113 is based on a speed-multiplying chain structure, and the speed-multiplying chain can be a material conveying machine taking a chain as a traction and bearing body, belongs to a conveyor, and can convey bulky articles at one time. By arranging the speed-multiplying chain battery conveying line 113, a full-charge battery pack or a power-shortage battery pack can be directly conveyed between the charging bin and the charging position on the speed-multiplying chain battery conveying line 113.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the double speed chain battery conveyor lines 113 may include two, and the two double speed chain battery conveyor lines 113 are oppositely disposed in parallel and are disposed on both sides of the shift potential in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the vehicle. Wherein, through setting up two and above doubly fast chain battery transfer chain 113, increased battery package 3 and doubly fast chain battery transfer chain 113's area of contact, avoided battery package 3 to take place the slope for doubly fast chain battery transfer chain 113, improved the stationarity of removal in-process and the ability of bearing battery package 3. The double-speed chain battery conveying line 113 is arranged perpendicular to the vehicle running direction, so that the interference between the conveying path and the vehicle running path can be reduced, and the structure of the whole system is simplified.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the double-speed chain battery conveyor line 113 may include four parallel double-speed chain battery conveyor lines 113, and penetrate through the switching potential 5 in the direction perpendicular to the vehicle traveling direction and extend to both sides of the switching station. Through setting up four doubly fast chain battery transfer chain 113, further improved the stationarity of battery package 3 in the removal process and the ability of bearing battery package 3. The speed-multiplying chain battery conveying line 113 is provided with the speed-multiplying chain battery conveying track 1, and the contact area between the battery pack and the speed-multiplying chain battery conveying line 113 can be increased by adjusting the size of the speed-multiplying chain battery conveying track 1, so that the bearing capacity of the battery pack 3 and the stability of the moving process can be improved.
The speed-doubling chain battery conveying line 113 may include a first conveying line, a second conveying line, and a third conveying line, the first conveying line extends from the switching potential to the first charging bin, the second conveying line extends within the switching potential, and the third conveying line extends from the switching potential to the second charging bin; wherein, the first storehouse and the second storehouse of charging are located the both sides that trade the electric potential respectively. It should be noted that, first transfer chain extends to the inside of first storehouse of charging to battery handing-over department, and the third transfer chain extends to the inside of second storehouse of charging to battery handing-over department, sets up like this and makes the battery package directly carry to the storehouse of charging to by the transfer apparatus in the storehouse of charging directly obtain the battery from the battery handing-over department and shift to in the storehouse position of charging in the storehouse with depositing and charge-discharge.
The battery positioning system that the battery transported is applicable to battery transportation transfer chain 1 and carries out the scene that the battery package was carried, no matter what kind of battery transportation transfer chain 1 of adoption, all can carry out tertiary location in order to guarantee the holistic transport efficiency of battery to the battery package in proper order.
In the embodiment, a primary positioning mechanism, namely a blocking mechanism, is arranged at a battery changing position on a battery transferring conveying line, and a secondary positioning mechanism and a tertiary positioning mechanism are arranged at a battery changing device arranged corresponding to the battery changing position, so that in the whole battery transferring process, firstly, when a battery pack is conveyed to a region where the battery changing position is located, the blocking mechanism is controlled to lift to limit the battery pack, so that the battery pack is positioned at the region where the battery changing position is located at a primary level; secondly, performing secondary positioning on the battery pack through a secondary positioning mechanism in the process of lifting the battery replacement equipment or descending the battery transfer conveying line; and then in the process of installing the battery pack by lifting the battery replacing equipment or descending the battery replacing vehicle, the battery pack is positioned in a tertiary mode through the cooperation of the tertiary positioning mechanism and the bottom of the battery replacing vehicle, namely, the battery pack is sequentially positioned in a primary coarse positioning mode, a secondary middle positioning mode and a tertiary fine positioning mode, wherein the primary coarse positioning mode is used for conveying the battery in place, the secondary middle positioning mode is used for contacting with the battery replacing equipment, and the tertiary fine positioning mode is used for lifting the battery pack to contact with the vehicle bottom in the whole battery transferring process, so that the battery positioning control process is simplified, the positioning accuracy of the battery is ensured, and the battery transferring efficiency is effectively improved.

In the process of installing the battery pack when the battery replacing device lifts or the battery replacing vehicle descends, the battery pack and the battery accommodating cavity of the battery replacing vehicle are positioned in a three-stage mode through the mutual matching of the second guide piece and the second fixing piece, so that the battery pack is locked in the battery accommodating cavity of the battery replacing vehicle.
In the embodiment, the second guide piece matched with the fixing piece in the battery accommodating cavity at the bottom of the battery replacing vehicle is arranged on the battery replacing device, so that the battery pack can be effectively and accurately positioned, namely, the battery pack is simply and adaptively arranged through a hardware structure, an electric control mode based on other conditions is not needed, the battery positioning control process is effectively simplified, and the battery positioning precision is further ensured.

In the embodiment, a primary positioning mechanism, namely a blocking mechanism, is arranged at a battery changing position on a battery transferring conveying line, and a secondary positioning mechanism and a tertiary positioning mechanism are arranged at a battery changing device arranged corresponding to the battery changing position, so that in the whole battery transferring process, firstly, when a battery pack is conveyed to a region where the battery changing position is located, the blocking mechanism is controlled to lift to limit the battery pack, so that the battery pack is positioned at the region where the battery changing position is located at a primary level; secondly, performing secondary positioning on the battery pack through a secondary positioning mechanism in the process of lifting the battery replacement equipment or descending the battery transfer conveying line; and then in the process of installing the battery pack by lifting the battery replacing equipment or descending the battery replacing vehicle, the battery pack is positioned in a tertiary mode through the cooperation of the tertiary positioning mechanism and the bottom of the battery replacing vehicle, namely, the battery pack is sequentially positioned in a primary coarse positioning mode, a secondary middle positioning mode and a tertiary fine positioning mode, wherein the primary coarse positioning mode is used for conveying the battery in place, the secondary middle positioning mode is used for contacting with the battery replacing equipment, and the tertiary fine positioning mode is used for lifting the battery pack to contact with the vehicle bottom in the whole battery transferring process, so that the battery positioning control process is simplified, the positioning accuracy of the battery is ensured, and the battery transferring efficiency is effectively improved.

the primary positioning mechanism is arranged on the battery replacement position, and the secondary positioning mechanism is arranged on the battery replacement equipment; the primary positioning mechanism and the secondary positioning mechanism are respectively used for primary positioning and secondary positioning of the battery pack.

The battery positioning system for battery transportation of claim 1, further comprising a tertiary positioning mechanism disposed on the battery swapping device, the tertiary positioning mechanism configured to cooperate with a bottom of a battery swapping vehicle to perform tertiary positioning on a battery pack.
3. The battery positioning system for battery transportation according to claim 2, wherein the secondary positioning mechanism and/or the tertiary positioning mechanism adopts a plug-in structure or a clamping structure to position the battery pack.

The battery positioning system for battery transportation according to claim 1, wherein the primary positioning mechanism is a stopping mechanism fixed on the battery transportation conveying line at the battery replacement position along the battery transportation direction, and the stopping mechanism is used for limiting the battery pack in the area where the battery replacement position is located to perform primary positioning.

The battery handling battery positioning system of claim 1, wherein the battery positioning system includes a controller electrically connected to the battery handling conveyor line; the controller is used for stopping conveying the battery pack by controlling the battery transferring and conveying line to perform primary positioning.

The battery positioning system for battery transportation according to claim 4, further comprising a controller and an in-place detector disposed on the stop mechanism, wherein the in-place detector is used for detecting the position information of the battery pack and sending the position information to the controller;
the controller is used for controlling the stopping mechanism to lift to limit the battery pack when the position information represents that the battery pack is conveyed to the region where the battery changing position is located, so that the battery pack is located in the region where the battery changing position is located in a primary mode.

The battery positioning system for battery transportation according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the secondary positioning mechanism is a first guiding member disposed on the battery replacement device, and a first fixing member corresponding to the first guiding member is disposed on the battery pack;
in the process of lifting the battery replacing equipment or descending the battery transferring and conveying line, the first guide piece is matched with the first fixing piece to perform secondary positioning on the battery pack.

The battery positioning system for battery transportation according to claim 7, wherein the tertiary positioning mechanism is a second guiding element arranged on the battery replacing device, and a second fixing element corresponding to the second guiding element is arranged in a battery accommodating cavity at the bottom of the battery replacing vehicle;
in the process of installing the battery pack by lifting the battery replacing equipment or descending the battery replacing vehicle, the battery pack and the battery accommodating cavity of the battery replacing vehicle are positioned in a three-stage mode through the mutual matching of the second guide part and the second fixing part, so that the battery pack is locked in the battery accommodating cavity of the battery replacing vehicle.

The battery positioning system for battery transportation according to claim 8, wherein the top end face of the first guiding member is provided with a guiding surface for acting on the end corner position of the first fixing member; and/or a guide surface acting on the end angle position of the second fixing piece is arranged on the top end surface of the second guide piece.
10. The battery positioning system for battery transportation according to claim 1, wherein the battery transportation conveying line is a conveyor roller battery conveying line, a double speed chain battery conveying line or a belt battery conveying line.
11. A battery positioning method for battery transportation, the battery positioning method being implemented based on the battery positioning system for battery transportation according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the battery positioning method comprising:
controlling the battery transferring and conveying line to convey the battery pack to the battery changing potential based on the battery changing instruction, and controlling the primary positioning mechanism on the battery changing potential to perform primary positioning on the battery pack;
and controlling the secondary positioning mechanism on the battery replacement equipment to perform secondary positioning on the battery pack.

The battery positioning method for battery transportation according to claim 11, wherein the battery positioning system further includes a tertiary positioning mechanism disposed on the battery swapping device, and the step of controlling the secondary positioning mechanism on the battery swapping device to perform secondary positioning on the battery pack further includes:
and controlling the three-level positioning mechanism to be matched with the bottom of the battery replacing vehicle so as to perform three-level positioning on the battery pack.
