The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the drawing box 2 is pulled out, then test tubes to be cleaned are inserted into the insertion holes on the placing plate 11, the test tube plugs are removed, the test tube plugs are placed into the cleaning pool 35, then the test tubes are inserted between the two rubber sheets 27, the test tubes are wrapped and fixed through the rubber sheets 27 and the elastic sheets 26, then the drawing box 2 is inserted into the cleaning box 1 again and fixed, the electric push rod 8 is started, the electric push rod 8 pushes the cleaning plate 10 to move downwards, the cleaning plate 10 drives the cleaning brushes 18 to be inserted into the test tubes, then the motor 9 is started, the motor 9 drives one of the turntables 16 to rotate, the turntables 16 drive the eccentric shafts 17 which are eccentrically arranged to rotate, the cleaning plate 10 drives the cleaning brushes 18 to rotate in the test tubes through the eccentric shafts 17, the inner walls of the test tubes are cleaned, and water is added into the test tubes through the water injection pipes 19, the test tube cleaning is convenient, after cleaning is finished, the electric push rod 8 is started again to reset the cleaning plate 10 and the cleaning brush 18, then the placing plate 11 is turned over, when the placing plate is turned over, the double-sided rack 24 is pulled downwards through the pull handle 25, the double-sided rack 24 drives the two gears 22 to rotate, the two gears 22 respectively drive the two placing plates 11 to rotate through the two connecting frames 21, so that the test tube opening faces to the flushing pipe 14 and then water flows into the main pipe 12, a water source flushes the test tube through the branch pipe 13 and the flushing pipe 14, before the double-sided rack 24 is moved, the upper press column 34 is pressed, the press column 34 pushes the two pull plates 31 to move towards two sides through the two support rods 33, the two pull plates 31 pull the two plug plates 29 to be separated from clamping connection with the pull handle 25, after the double-sided rack 24 is moved, the plug plates 29 are reset under the action of the tension spring 32, when the pull handle 25 is contacted with the wedge block 30 below, promote picture peg 29 through wedge 30, after breaking away from the contact with the wedge 30 of below, wedge 30 resets under extension spring 32's effect to block handle 25, prevent the removal of two-sided rack 24, wash the completion back, start infrared generator 15, dry the test tube, and after starting supersonic generator 37, utilize the ultrasonic wave to clear up the test tube stopper in the washing pond 35.
However, as is well known to those skilled in the art, the working principle and the wiring method of the electric push rod 8, the motor 9, the infrared generator 15 and the ultrasonic generator 37 are common and are conventional means or common knowledge, and thus they will not be described herein, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.

1. A test tube cleaning device comprises a cleaning box (1) and is characterized in that one side of the cleaning box (1) is movably connected with a drawing box (2), a plurality of drain holes (20) are formed in the bottom of the drawing box (2), a first drain pipe communicated with one side of the cleaning box (1) is arranged, two groups of connecting frames (21) are movably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the drawing box (2), a placing plate (11) is fixedly connected between the same group of connecting frames (21), a plurality of penetrating jacks are formed in the surfaces of the two placing plates (11), fixing mechanisms for fixing test tubes are arranged at the bottoms of the jacks, a turnover mechanism for rotating the placing plates (11) is arranged between the two connecting frames (21), two electric push rods (8) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top of the cleaning box (1), and one end of an output shaft of the two electric push rods (8) is fixedly connected with the same lifting plate (7), last fixed surface of lifting plate (7) is connected with motor (9), the bottom of lifting plate (7) is equipped with washs board (10), washs and is equipped with a plurality of coupling mechanisms between board (10) and lifting plate (7), a plurality of cleaning brush (18) of bottom fixedly connected with of wasing board (10), a plurality of perforation that run through are all seted up at the top of cleaning brush (18), and equal fixedly connected with water injection pipe (19) in the perforation, the equal fixedly connected with of both sides inner wall of wasing case (1) deposits liquid case (6), and a plurality of water injection pipes (19) communicate with close deposit liquid case (6) respectively, the bottom of wasing case (1) is equipped with the washing mechanism who is used for the test tube to wash.

The test tube washing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing mechanism comprises two elastic sheets (26), the two elastic sheets (26) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the insertion hole, and a rubber sheet (27) is bonded to one side of each of the two elastic sheets (26).

Test tube cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the turning mechanism comprises two gears (22) and a guide frame (23), the guide frame (23) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the drawing box (2) through bolts, a double-sided rack (24) is movably connected to one side of the guide frame (23), a pull handle (25) is fixedly connected to one side of the double-sided rack (24), wherein both of the connecting frames (21) pass through the drawing box (2), and the two gears (22) are respectively fixedly connected to the outer walls of the circumferences of the two connecting frames (21).

The test tube cleaning device according to claim 3, characterized in that a protective box (3) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the drawing box (2), two slide ways are formed in one side of the protective box (3), the handle (25) is slidably connected with the slide ways, and two limiting mechanisms symmetrically arranged and used for fixing the double-sided rack (24) are arranged on one side of the protective box (3).

The test tube cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flushing mechanism comprises a main pipe (12), the main pipe (12) is fixedly penetrated and fixed on one side of the cleaning box (1), one side of the circumference of the main pipe (12) is fixedly connected with a plurality of communicated branch pipes (13), and the outer wall of the circumference of each branch pipe (13) is fixedly connected with two communicated flushing pipes (14).
