The inspection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the feeding tray is provided with a plurality of support members along a circumferential direction thereof, the support members including a support body (211) and a clamping member (212), the workpiece being placed on the support body (211), the clamping member (212) being capable of clamping an outer periphery of the workpiece; and the feeding station, the detection station, the defective product separation station and the discharging station are respectively and correspondingly provided with at least two supporting parts.

The detection apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the support member further comprises a support transition (213), the support transition (213) being detachably connected with the support body (211), the clamping member (212) being located inside the support transition (213); the middle part of the support transition piece (213) is provided with a through hole, and the through hole can be used for the workpiece to penetrate through and then contact with the support body (211).
8. The detection apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an outfeed conveyor table (600), said outfeed conveyor table (600) being mounted on said support body and located at said outfeed station.

The detection device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the discharging device (500) comprises a rotating shaft (510), a turning rod (520) mounted on the rotating shaft (510), and a plurality of sliding plates (530), the turning rod (520) is located between two adjacent sliding plates (530), the turning rod (520) can swing along with the rotating shaft (510), and a discharging taking component (540) is arranged on the turning rod (520), and the discharging taking component (540) can move the workpiece from the feeding tray to the sliding plates (530).
10. The detection apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the number of the outfeed pickup members (540) is at least two, and the outfeed pickup members (540) are electromagnets.
