Background
When building decoration, a preformed hole is formed in the wall body in advance and used for installing a cable or a pipeline in the later stage. the sealing bag 51 is used for realizing the shaping and curing of the foaming sealant; the rubber inlet pipe 52 is fixedly arranged in the sealing bag 51, the left side of the rubber inlet pipe 52 extends out of the left side of the sealing bag 51 and is used as a rubber inlet, and foaming sealing rubber is injected into the sealing bag 51 through the rubber inlet pipe 52.
The sealing bag 51 is provided in a long strip shape or a rectangular shape, and the specific size of the sealing bag 51 can be determined according to the gap 40 between the wall 10 and the pipeline 30; that is, the length of the sealing bag 51 must be greater than or equal to the perimeter of the wall hole;
the sealing packet 51 is provided in a double-layer structure, and is divided into an outer layer 512 and an inner layer 511;
the outer layer 512 is used for mounting and supporting the inner layer 511, the outer layer 512 is spun-bonded cloth, the inner layer 511 is limited according to the characteristics of high strength and difficult deformation, infinite expansion of the inner layer 511 is avoided, tearing of melt-blown cloth of the inner layer 511 is prevented, and shaping of the foaming sealant is facilitated; the cloth has certain air permeability, so that air can circulate in the sealing bag 51, and solidification of foaming sealant is realized;
the inner layer 511 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the outer layer 512, and the inner layer 511 is made of melt-blown cloth, and the diameter of the melt-blown cloth fiber can reach 1-5 microns, so that the foaming sealant is prevented from leaking from the inner layer 511, and the foaming sealant is effectively prevented from leaking outwards.
The rubber inlet pipe 52 is a plastic hose or a silica gel hose, and after the sealing bag 51 is wound around the pipeline 30 for one circle, the position of the rubber inlet can be adjusted and regulated by the rubber inlet pipe 52 according to the deformable characteristic of plastic or silica gel, so that the rubber can be conveniently injected into the sealing bag 51.
An opening is reserved on the left side surface of the sealing bag 51 for mounting the rubber inlet pipe 52;
the foaming sealant is injected into the sealing bag 51 through the rubber inlet pipe 52, after the sealing bag 51 is injected, the rubber inlet pipe 52 of the sealing bag 51 is knotted to seal the opening, and the redundant rubber inlet pipe 52 outside the sealing bag 51 is sheared, so that the leakage of the sealant in the sealing bag 51 is avoided.
The application method of the foaming sealant shaping and curing device body specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) The pipe 30 (or cable) is installed into the preformed hole 20 on the wall 10, when a gap between the wall 10 and the pipe 30 is observed;
(2) Placing the sealing bag 51 between the wall body 10 and the pipeline 30, and winding the sealing bag 51 around the pipeline 30 for one or more turns according to the size of the gap;

(4) After the sealing bag 51 is injected with glue, the glue inlet pipe 52 of the sealing bag 51 is knotted to seal the opening, and the redundant glue inlet pipe 52 outside the sealing bag 51 is sheared out, so that foaming sealant in the sealing bag 51 can be waited for solidification.
Except that the gap between pipeline and the wall body is filled in the prior art, gaps appear between pipelines due to mismatching of dimension specifications when the pipelines are sheathed, or gaps appear between the pipelines, or between the pipelines and cables, and the like, when the foaming sealant is generally utilized to fill the gaps between two objects, the foaming sealant is shaped by the foaming sealant shaping and curing device body 50, so that the shaping and curing effects of the foaming sealant can be ensured, random expansion of the foaming sealant at the gaps is avoided, even outward overflow occurs, and the sealing performance of the object after installation is improved.
The use of the sealer 51 of the present application is applicable to any type of sealer sealing, except that the effect is far less than the setting and curing effect of the foaming sealer.

The sealing bag 51 of the application gradually expands along with the injection of foaming sealant, so that the outer wall of the sealing bag 51 is tightly attached to the outer walls of the wall body 10 and the pipeline 30, thereby realizing seamless filling between the wall body 10 and the pipeline 30; at the same time, the outer layer 512 plays a limiting role on the sealing bag 51, so as to avoid infinite expansion of the sealing bag 51.
Use cases
When the exhaust pipeline of the existing range hood is installed, in order to ensure that the exhaust pipeline can be successfully installed in the preformed hole 20 of the wall body 10, a certain gap is reserved between the preformed hole 20 formed on the wall body 10 and the exhaust pipeline.
