The shared bicycle sanitizing apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the parking disinfection terminal comprises a spraying control module, an ultraviolet lamp control module, a display module, a wireless transceiver module, a vehicle locking motor control module and a clock module, the spraying control module is in signal connection with a hand disinfection device, the ultraviolet lamp control module is in signal connection with a handlebar disinfection device and a red-green double-color indicator lamp, the display module is in signal connection with an electronic display screen, the vehicle locking motor control module is in signal connection with a vehicle locking box, the clock module is connected with each module, and the wireless transceiver module is connected with a remote server through wireless signals.
