Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 14, 15 and 16, the cleaning device 15 further comprises a cleaning mechanism 15, the cleaning mechanism 15 comprises a hollow tube 151, a connecting rod 152, a fixing frame 153, a screw 154, a driving motor 155, a mounting plate 156, a first nut 157, a movable frame 158 and a porous brush plate 159, the mounting plate 156 is fixedly connected between the left sides of the front side and the rear side of the base 1, the mounting plate 156 is located at the right side of the frame 2, the driving motor 155 is installed on the top of the mounting plate 156, the fixing frame 153 is installed at the middle of the right side of the top of the base 1 through a welding connection mode, the screw 154 is rotatably connected in the middle of the upper portion of the fixing frame 153, the left end of the screw 154 is fixedly connected with the end of the output shaft of the driving motor 155, the first nut 157 is rotatably sleeved on the screw 154, the connecting rod 152 is fixedly connected at the top of the first nut 157, the hollow tube 151 is fixedly connected at the upper portion of the connecting rod 152, the left end of the hollow tube 151 penetrates through the upper portion of the right side of the frame 2 and is fixedly connected with the movable frame 158, the movable frame 158 is communicated with the inside of the hollow tube 151, the inner upper part of the movable frame 158 is fixedly connected with a porous brush board 159 along the circumferential direction, the porous brush board 159 is contacted with the bottom of the turnover plate 6, and when the porous brush board 159 moves leftwards, the porous brush board 159 can remove substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus on the soft pad 7.
The water spraying device further comprises a water spraying mechanism 16, the water spraying mechanism 16 comprises a water tank 161, a wave frame 162, a cylinder body 163, a one-way water outlet pipe 164, a one-way water inlet pipe 165, a piston rod 166, a third spring 167 and a contact roller 168, the water tank 161 is fixedly connected to the right side inside the base 1, the cylinder body 163 is installed on the front side surface of the first nut 157 in a welding connection mode, the piston rod 166 is connected to the cylinder body 163 in an inner sliding mode, the contact roller 168 is connected to the front end of the piston rod 166 in an up-down symmetrical rotating mode, the third spring 167 is connected between the outer rear side surface of the piston rod 166 and the inner rear side surface of the cylinder body 163, the one-way water outlet pipe 164 is communicated with the rear side of the top of the cylinder body 163, the tail end of the one-way water outlet pipe 164 is fixedly connected with the middle of the right side of the hollow pipe 151, the one-way water inlet pipe 165 is communicated with the rear side of the bottom of the cylinder body 163, the tail end of the one-way water inlet pipe 165 penetrates through the left side of the top of the water tank 161, the wave frame 162 is fixedly connected to the front portion of the right side of the base 1, the contact roller 168 is located in the wave frame 162, and the wave frame 162 can move the piston rod 166 back and forth through the contact roller 168 when the piston rod 166 moves the contact roller 168.
The device also comprises a pushing mechanism 17, the pushing mechanism 17 comprises a guide block 171, a movable plate 172, a T-shaped block 173, an L-shaped rod 174, a guide sleeve 175, a sliding rod 176, an L-shaped driving frame 177, a contact rod 178, a fourth spring 179, a fixture block 1710 and a fifth spring 1711, two guide blocks 171 are fixedly connected to the upper portion of the left side of the outer rear side of the frame body 2, the movable plate 172 is slidably sleeved between the two guide blocks 171, the fourth spring 179 is connected between the inner side of the movable plate 172 and the top of the guide block 171, the lower portion of the front side of the movable plate 172 is an inclined surface, the inclined surface of the movable plate 172 is in contact with the rear end of the fixed rod 142, when the movable plate 172 moves downwards, the movable plate 172 can drive the fixed rod 142 to move forwards to enable the movable rack 141 to move forwards, the fixture block 1710 is slidably connected to the lower portion of the right side of the movable plate 172, a fifth spring 1711 is connected between the left end of the 1710 and the inner side of the movable plate 172, and the upper portion of the outer rear side of the frame body 2 is fixedly connected with the T-shaped block 173, the right end of the fixture block 1710 contacts with the T-shaped block 173, when the fixture block 1710 moves downwards and is inserted into the T-shaped block 173, the fixture block 1710 and the T-shaped block 173 are matched to fix the movable plate 172, the L-shaped rod 174 is slidably connected to the middle of the T-shaped block 173 in a penetrating manner, the guide sleeve 175 is fixedly connected to the left side of the outer rear side of the frame 4, the slide rod 176 is slidably connected to the guide sleeve 175 in a penetrating manner, the contact rod 178 is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the front side of the slide rod 176, the front end of the contact rod 178 is located in the rear n-shaped rod 111, when the rear n-shaped rod 111 swings downwards, the rear n-shaped rod 111 can drive the contact rod 178 to move downwards, the L-shaped driving frame 177 is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the right side of the slide rod 176, the front end of the L-shaped rod 174 is located in the L-shaped driving frame 177, and when the L-shaped driving frame 177 moves downwards, the L-shaped driving frame 177 can drive the L-shaped rod 174 to move rightwards.
When the turnover plate 6 swings upwards and resets, the medical staff can start the driving motor 155 to rotate forwards, the driving motor 155 rotates forwards to drive the screw rod 154 to rotate forwards, the screw rod 154 rotates forwards to drive the first nut 157 to move leftwards, the first nut 157 moves leftwards to drive the connecting rod 152 to move leftwards, the connecting rod 152 moves leftwards to drive the hollow tube 151 to move leftwards, the hollow tube 151 moves leftwards to drive the movable frame 158 to move leftwards, the movable frame 158 moves leftwards to drive the porous brush plate 159 to move leftwards, the porous brush plate 159 moves leftwards to remove impurities on the turnover plate 6, and when the porous brush plate 159 moves leftwards to contact with the cushion 7, the porous brush plate 159 moves leftwards to remove substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus remaining on the cushion 7, when the porous brush plate 159 moves leftwards to the maximum stroke, the driving motor 155 is started to rotate backwards, the driving motor 155 rotates backwards to drive the screw rod 154 to rotate backwards, the screw 154 rotates reversely to drive the first nut 157 to move rightwards for resetting, the first nut 157 resets to drive the hollow tube 151 to move rightwards for resetting through the connecting rod 152, the hollow tube 151 moves rightwards for resetting to drive the porous brush plate 159 to move rightwards for resetting through the movable frame 158, the porous brush plate 159 moves rightwards for resetting to remove substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus on the soft cushion 7 again, impurities on the turnover plate 6 are removed again, and the driving motor 155 is turned off. Therefore, the influence of substances such as residual amniotic fluid or cervical mucus on the soft cushion 7 on subsequent use can be avoided.
Initially, a proper amount of water is filled in the water tank 161, when the driving motor 155 starts to rotate forward, the first nut 157 moves leftward and also drives the cylinder 163 to move leftward, the cylinder 163 moves leftward and drives the piston rod 166 to move leftward, the piston rod 166 moves leftward and drives the contact roller 168 to move leftward, the contact roller 168 moves leftward and slides on the wave frame 162, due to the action of the third spring 167, the wave frame 162 enables the contact roller 168 to continuously move forward and backward, the contact roller 168 moves forward and backward and drives the piston rod 166 to move forward and backward, when the piston rod 166 moves forward, the piston rod 166 moves forward and sucks the water in the water tank 161 into the cylinder 163 through the one-way water inlet pipe 165, when the piston rod 166 moves backward, the piston rod 166 moves backward and pushes the water in the cylinder 163 into the one-way water outlet pipe 164, the water in the one-way water outlet pipe 164 is discharged into the hollow pipe 151, and the water in the hollow pipe 151 is discharged into the movable frame 158, similarly, when the driving motor 155 is started to rotate reversely, the first nut 157 drives the cylinder body 163 to move rightwards, the wave frame 162 continuously enables the piston rod 166 to continuously move forwards and backwards, water is continuously discharged into the hollow tube 151 through the one-way water outlet pipe 164, and the water stops spraying out of the porous brush plate 159. Therefore, substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus and the like remained on the soft cushion 7 and impurities on the turnover plate 6 can be better removed by the porous brush plate 159, and the removal is cleaner.
Initially, the fifth spring 1711 is in a compressed state, when the medical staff pushes the holding rod 112 to drive the n-type rod 111 to swing downwards, the n-type rod 111 further drives the contact rod 178 to move downwards, the contact rod 178 moves downwards to drive the sliding rod 176 to move downwards, the sliding rod 176 moves downwards to drive the L-type driving frame 177 to move downwards, the L-type driving frame 177 moves downwards to drive the L-type rod 174 to move rightwards, and further, when the holding rod 112 continues to swing downwards to contact with the movable plate 172, the holding rod 112 drives the movable plate 172 to move downwards, the fourth spring 179 is compressed, the movable plate 172 moves downwards to drive the fixture block 1710 to move downwards, and the movable plate 172 also drives the fixing rod 142 to move forwards through the inclined surface, the fixing rod 142 moves forwards to drive the movable rack 141 to move forwards, and when the fixture block 1710 moves downwards to correspond to the middle of the T-type block 173, the fixture 1710 is inserted into the T-type block 173 to move rightwards due to the effect of the fifth spring 1711, when the medical staff looses the holding rod 112, the u-shaped plate 113 swings upward to drive the n-shaped rod 111 to swing upward for resetting, the n-shaped rod 111 swings upward for resetting to drive the holding rod 112 to swing upward for resetting, the holding rod 112 is reset to be separated from the contact with the movable plate 172, the n-shaped rod 111 also drives the contact rod 178 to swing upward, the contact rod 178 swings upward to drive the sliding rod 176 to move upward, the sliding rod 176 moves upward to drive the L-shaped driving frame 177 to move upward, the L-shaped driving frame 177 moves upward for resetting to drive the L-shaped rod 174 to move leftward for resetting, the L-shaped rod 174 moves leftward for resetting to drive the fixture 1710 to move leftward for resetting to be separated from the contact with the inside of the T-shaped block 173, the fifth spring 1711 is compressed, due to the action of the fourth spring 179, the movable plate 172 moves upward for resetting to drive the fixture 1710 to move upward for resetting, the movable plate 172 moves upward for resetting without limiting the fixed rod 142, due to the action of the second spring 144, the sliding block 143 drives the movable rack 141 to move backward for resetting, and the movable rack 141 resets to drive the fixed rod 142 to move backward for resetting. Therefore, an operator does not need to pull the movable rack 141 to be disengaged from the gear 119 by hands, and the operation is convenient and fast.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the double-hole plate adjusting device further comprises a double-hole plate 18, a screw rod 19, a u-shaped block 20 and second nuts 21, the double-hole plate 18 is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper portion of the outer right side surface of the square frame 4, the u-shaped block 20 is connected to the upper portion of the right side surface of the backup plate 5 in a front-back symmetrical sliding mode, the screw rod 19 is rotatably connected between the front side and the rear side of the u-shaped block 20, the angle adjustment of the backup plate 5 can be achieved by pulling the screw rod 19 to move through the u-shaped block 20, the bottom ends of the two screw rods 19 respectively penetrate through two holes of the double-hole plate 18, the screw rod 19 is in threaded connection with the two second nuts 21, the two second nuts 21 are respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the double-hole plate 18, and the second nuts 21 are in contact with the double-hole plate 18.
Still including solid fixed ring 22 and rubber pillow 23, backup plate 5 left surface upper portion rigid coupling has solid fixed ring 22, and solid fixed ring 22 left surface has rubber pillow 23 along circumference rigid coupling.
Firstly, the medical staff can twist the upper second nut 21 to rotate reversely and move upwards to be separated from the contact with the double-hole plate 18 through the screw thread, when the upper second nut 21 moves upwards to a proper position, the twisting of the upper second nut 21 is stopped, then the lower second nut 21 is twisted to rotate forwards, the lower second nut 21 rotates forwards and moves downwards to be separated from the contact with the double-hole plate 18 through the screw thread, when the lower second nut 21 moves downwards to a proper position, the twisting of the lower second nut 21 is stopped, the screw rod 19 can be pulled to move upwards to drive the backup plate 5 to swing leftwards through the u-shaped block 20, the screw rod 19 can be pulled to move downwards to drive the backup plate 5 to swing rightwards through the u-shaped block 20, when the backup plate 5 swings leftwards and rightwards to a proper angle for a pregnant woman to lean against, the pulling of the screw rod 19 is stopped, the twisting of the upper second nut 21 moves downwards to be contacted with the double-hole plate 18 through the screw thread, and then the twisting of the lower second nut 21 rotates reversely and moves upwards through the screw thread, the lower second nuts 21 move upwards to contact the double-hole plate 18, the upper and lower second nuts 21 are matched with the double-hole plate 18 to fix the screw rod 19, and the screw rod 19 fixes the backup plate 5 through the u-shaped block 20. In this way, the back plate 5 can be adjusted to an angle suitable for the pregnant woman to lean against as required.
When the pregnant woman leans on the backup plate 5, the head of the pregnant woman can be reliably positioned on the rubber pillow 23, and when the pregnant woman is lifted to a sickbed by medical staff, the head of the pregnant woman is separated from the rubber pillow 23. In this way, the rubber pillow 23 makes the head of the pregnant woman more comfortable against it.
