Compared with the common radio frequency, the plasma can carry out operations such as cutting, ablation and the like on the tissues at lower radio frequency (110KHz) and lower temperature (40-70 ℃). The planing tool is typically composed of a stainless steel outer sheath tube of 1.9-5.5mm diameter, a rotatable hollow inner tube and corresponding suction and cutting windows, forming a "tube-in-tube" structure. The rotation speed of the planing tool is generally 100-10000rpm, and part of specifications have the rotation direction conversion function, so that soft tissues are easier to continuously suck away. After tissues such as cartilage, synovium and cancellous bone are cleaned by a planer tool, a plasma operation electrode is used for trimming a wound surface, and the smooth and flat joint surface is recovered. If bleeding exists in the joint cavity, the plasma operation electrode is used for performing wound coagulation hemostasis. The power planing system and the plasma system are two independent systems, and in the operation process, doctors need to replace two operation tool bits according to requirements to perform operation so as to achieve the purpose of operation treatment.
