As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment discloses a sternum plate device, which comprises a sternum plate 1 and a wound fixation band 2, and as for the shape of the sternum plate 1, the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and may be a conventional plate shape suitable for sternum, and in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plate shape with 2 oblique legs is selected, and bone screw fixation holes are further provided; as for winding fixed band 2, in this embodiment, preferably the ribbon, at least include ribbon main part 10 and the ribbon stiff end and the ribbon guiding hook 12 at ribbon main part 10 both ends, the ribbon stiff end is provided with ribbon fixed orifices 11, form fixed tooth in the ribbon fixed orifices 11, be formed with on the ribbon main part 10 with fixed tooth complex sliding tooth, after ribbon guiding hook 12 passed the ribbon fixed orifices, fixed tooth and sliding tooth cooperation meshing to realize fixed purpose. As for the materials of the sternum plate 1 and the winding and fixing band 2, the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and preferably, the sternum plate 1 and the portion of the winding and fixing band 2 where the band guide hook 12 is removed are made of a polymer material or a continuous fiber reinforced polymer composite material, for example, the sternum plate 1 is made of a PEEK continuous carbon fiber composite material, the portion of the winding and fixing band 2 where the band guide hook 12 is removed is made of a pure PEEK material, and as for the connection of the PEEK material to the band guide hook 12, it is not particularly limited and may be integrally molded by pressing. Specifically, the sternum plate 1 is provided with a first anti-falling groove 3, the first anti-falling groove 3 penetrates through two side edges of the sternum plate 1, and when the sternum plate is used, an angle between the first anti-falling groove 3 and the length direction of the cut sternum is greater than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees, preferably, the angle is close to 90 degrees, the cross-sectional structure of the first anti-falling groove 3 is not specifically limited, preferably, the cross-sectional structure is the same as that of a part of the winding fixing band 2 placed in or embedded into the first anti-falling groove 3, the side edge chamfering or smooth transition is not specifically limited or is not repeated one by one, and at least 1 first anti-falling groove hole 4 is formed in the first anti-falling groove 3; the winding fixing band 2 is provided with at least 1 second anti-dropping slot hole 5, when in use, the winding fixing band 2 is put into or embedded into the first anti-dropping slot 3, and at the same time, an expansion pin 6 is used to insert into or penetrate through the second anti-dropping slot hole 5 and the first anti-dropping slot hole 4 to fix the sternum plate 1 and the winding fixing band 2, the structure of the expansion pin 6 is not specifically limited, specifically, the expansion pin is a structure with two thick ends and a thin middle, in order to make the best effect after fixing, the thin middle part is selected to be cylindrical, the outer diameter of the thin part is basically close to or consistent with the aperture of the first anti-dropping slot hole 4 and the second anti-dropping slot hole 5, the diameter of the thick outer tangent circle at two ends is respectively larger than the aperture of the first anti-dropping slot hole 4 and the second anti-dropping slot hole 5, and at least 1 compression slot 8 is formed by extending one thick end to the thin structure in the middle, the end is contracted and passed through the first and second escape-preventing groove holes 4 and 5 when the compression groove 8 is forced, and then, the end is rebounded, so that the end of the expansion pin 6 forms a fixing structure, and both thick ends of the expansion pin 6 catch the sternum plate 1 and the winding and fixing band 2. Preferably, the compression groove is 3 equally divided along the circumference, and simultaneously, the 3 compression grooves are communicated to form a middle deformation blind hole 9, and the structure enables one end of the expansion pin 6 to more easily shrink to pass through the first anti-falling groove hole 4 or the second anti-falling groove hole 5. As for the material of the expansion pin 6, it is preferably made of a polymer material or a polymer composite material.
Further, a second anti-falling groove 7 is formed in the winding fixing band 2, the second anti-falling groove 7 is buckled with the first anti-falling groove 3, and at the moment, the second anti-falling groove hole 5 is formed in the position of the second anti-falling groove 7. At this time, the first anti-falling groove 3, the second anti-falling groove 7 and the expansion pin 6 form an anti-falling structure, and the anti-falling grooves are simultaneously set on the sternum plate 1 and the winding fixing band 7, so that the anti-falling grooves are prevented from being arranged on a single structure, the thickness of the anti-falling grooves is too thin, the strength is reduced, and the simultaneous setting of the anti-falling grooves on the sternum plate 1 and the winding fixing band 7 not only ensures the strength of the sternum plate 1, but also ensures the strength of the winding fixing band 2. Further, it is preferable that the surface of the winding and fastening band 2 is flush with the surface of the sternum plate 1 or the surface of the winding and fastening band 2 is slightly lower than the surface of the sternum plate 1 after the second anti-slip groove 7 is fastened to the first anti-slip groove 3.
As for the ends of the expansion pin 6, after installation, may be flush with the surface of the thoracic bone plate 1 and the wrap fixation band 2 or may be slightly higher than the surface of the thoracic bone plate 1 and the wrap fixation band 2.
As for the number of the first retaining groove hole 4, the second retaining groove hole 5, and the expansion pin 6, there is no particular limitation, and in this embodiment, there are 1 first retaining groove hole 4, 3 second retaining groove holes 5, and 1 expansion pin 6.

As for the materials of the sternum plate 1 and the winding and fixing band 2, the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and preferably, the sternum plate 1 and the portion of the winding and fixing band 2 where the band guide hook 12 is removed are made of a polymer material or a continuous fiber reinforced polymer composite material, for example, the sternum plate 1 is made of a PEEK continuous carbon fiber composite material, the portion of the winding and fixing band 2 where the band guide hook 12 is removed is made of a pure PEEK material, and as for the connection of the PEEK material to the band guide hook 12, it is not particularly limited and may be integrally molded by pressing. Specifically, the sternum plate 1 is provided with a first anti-falling groove 3, the first anti-falling groove 3 penetrates through two side edges of the sternum plate 1, and when the sternum plate is used, an angle between the first anti-falling groove 3 and the length direction of the cut sternum is greater than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees, preferably, the angle is close to 90 degrees, the cross-sectional structure of the first anti-falling groove 3 is not specifically limited, preferably, the cross-sectional structure is the same as that of a part of the winding fixing band 2 placed in or embedded into the first anti-falling groove 3, the side edge chamfering or smooth transition is not specifically limited or is not repeated one by one, and at least 1 first anti-falling groove hole 4 is formed in the first anti-falling groove 3; the winding fixing band 2 is provided with at least 1 expansion pin 6 which is integrally formed or connected in a mode of selecting the existing connection mode, such as threaded screw connection and the like, and is preferably integrally formed; in use, the winding fixing band 2 is placed or inserted into the first anti-falling slot 3, and the expansion pin 6 is inserted into or passed through the first anti-falling slot hole 4 to fix the sternum plate 1 and the winding fixing band 2, and the structure of the expansion pin 6 is not specifically limited, specifically, the free end is a big end, and the end extends to the middle thin structure to form at least 1 compression slot 8, so that the end shrinks and passes through the first anti-falling slot hole 4 when the compression slot 8 is stressed, and then the end rebounds to form a fixing structure for the end of the expansion pin 6, so that the free end of the expansion pin 6 is clamped on the sternum plate 1. Preferably, the compression grooves 8 are 3 equally divided along the circumferential direction, and meanwhile, the 3 compression grooves are communicated to form a middle deformation blind hole 9, so that the free end of the expansion pin 6 can more easily shrink to pass through the first anti-dropping groove hole 4. As for the material of the expansion pin 6, it is preferably made of a polymer material or a polymer composite material.
Further, a second anti-falling groove 7 is formed in the winding fixing band 2, the expansion pin 6 is arranged in the second anti-falling groove 7, and the second anti-falling groove 7 is buckled with the first anti-falling groove 3. At this time, the first anti-falling groove 3, the second anti-falling groove 7 and the expansion pin 6 form an anti-falling structure, and the anti-falling grooves are simultaneously set on the sternum plate 1 and the winding fixing band 7, so that the anti-falling grooves are prevented from being arranged on a single structure, the thickness of the anti-falling grooves is too thin, the strength is reduced, and the simultaneous setting of the anti-falling grooves on the sternum plate 1 and the winding fixing band 7 not only ensures the strength of the sternum plate 1, but also ensures the strength of the winding fixing band 2. Further, it is preferable that the surface of the winding and fastening band 2 is flush with the surface of the sternum plate 1 or the surface of the winding and fastening band 2 is slightly lower than the surface of the sternum plate 1 after the second anti-slip groove 7 is fastened to the first anti-slip groove 3.
As far as the free ends of the expansion pins 6 are concerned, they may be flush with the surface of the thoracic bone plate 1 or slightly higher than the surface of the thoracic bone plate 1 when mounted.
As for the number of the first retaining groove hole 4 and the expansion pin 6, there is no particular limitation, and in this embodiment, the number of the first retaining groove hole 4 is 1, and the number of the expansion pin 6 is 3, and when in use, 2 are omitted according to actual conditions.
Example 3
The present example discloses a sternum plate device, which is transformed on the basis of example 2, with the difference that: the expansion pin 6 is integrally formed or connected with the sternum plate 1, preferably integrally formed, and in use, one end of the expansion pin 6 is inserted into or through the second anti-slip slot 5 of the winding and fixing band.
Example 4
This example discloses a sternum plate device which is a variation of the examination of examples 1-3, except that: the sternum plate 1 is provided with a visualization structure. As to the type of development structure, it may be a development wire or development station or other development arrangement.
As for the using process of the sternum plate device of the present invention, after the sternum plate 1 and the winding and fixing band 2 are fixedly connected by the expansion pin 6, the sternum plate 1 is fixed by bone screws, and then the winding and fixing band 2 is wound around the sternum and the sternum plate 1 for use, as shown in FIG. 10, the sternum plates 1 of 2 structures are used at different positions of the sternum. The specific positions are as follows: the sternum plate is attached to the sternum, and the winding fixing band is used for enclosing the sternum plate and the sternum.
As for the materials of the wound portion of the wound securing band, the sternum plate and the expansion pin, it is preferable to use a polymer material or a continuous fiber-reinforced polymer composite material such as PEEK continuous carbon fiber composite material, or pure PEEK material, etc. When the expansion pin is integrally formed with one of the above-described two structures, it is preferable to use a polymer material or a continuous fiber-reinforced polymer composite material for the structure and the expansion pin, and in this case, it is easy to remove the excess expansion pin.

Claims (11)
1. The sternum plate device is characterized by comprising a sternum plate and a winding fixing band, wherein the sternum plate is provided with a first anti-falling groove, the angle between the first anti-falling groove and the length direction of a cut sternum is more than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees, and the first anti-falling groove is internally provided with at least one first anti-falling groove hole; the winding fixing belt is placed or embedded into the first anti-falling groove, and at least one second anti-falling groove hole is formed in the winding fixing belt; further comprising at least one expansion pin inserted into or through the second and first anti-slip slots to secure the sternum plate and the wound fixation band; when in use, the sternum plate is arranged in a manner of fitting with a sternum, and the wound fixing band is used for surrounding the sternum plate and the sternum; the winding part of the winding fixing belt is made of a high polymer material or a high polymer composite material; the sternum plate is prepared from a high polymer material or a continuous fiber reinforced high polymer composite material.

The sternal plate device of claim 1 wherein said wrap-around fixation strap is provided with a second anti-slip groove, said second anti-slip groove engaging said first anti-slip groove; the second escape prevention groove hole is provided on the second escape prevention groove, and the expansion pin is inserted into the second escape prevention groove hole and the first escape prevention groove hole to fix the sternum plate and the winding fixing band.
3. The sternal plate device of claim 2, wherein after the second anti-slip groove is snapped into place with the first anti-slip groove, the surface of the wrap strap is flush with or slightly below the surface of the sternum plate.
4. The thoracic plate device of claim 3 wherein the expansion pin is configured to: the diameters of the circumscribed circles at the two ends of the expansion pin are respectively larger than the diameters of the first anti-falling slotted hole and the second anti-falling slotted hole, one end of the expansion pin extends to the main body to form at least one compression groove, so that the end is contracted when the compression groove is stressed and penetrates through the first anti-falling slotted hole and the second anti-falling slotted hole, and then the end rebounds to form a fixed structure at the end of the expansion pin.
5. The sternal plate device of claim 4 wherein said compression slots are 3 circumferentially equally spaced, and wherein said 3 compression slots are interconnected to form a blind central deformation hole.
6. The sternal plate device of claim 5 wherein said winding strap is a cable tie, said cable tie comprising a cable tie body and cable tie fixing holes and cable tie guide hooks at both ends of said cable tie body, said cable tie fixing holes having fixing teeth formed therein, said cable tie body having sliding teeth formed thereon for engaging said fixing teeth.

The thoracic plate apparatus of any of claims 1 to 6 wherein the expansion pin is integrally formed with or attached to the thoracic plate, the expansion pin being inserted into or through the second anti-slip slot in use; or, the expansion pin and the winding fixing band are integrally formed or connected, and when the winding fixing band is used, the expansion pin is inserted into or penetrates through the first anti-dropping slotted hole.
8. The thoracic plate device of claim 7 wherein the expansion pin is integrally formed with the wrap fixation band at the second anti-drop slot.
9. The thoracic plate device of claim 8 wherein the expansion pin is configured to: one end of the expansion pin extends to the main body to form at least one compression groove, so that the end is contracted to penetrate through the first anti-falling groove hole when the compression groove is stressed, and then the end rebounds to form a fixed structure on the end of the expansion pin; meanwhile, the end part of the expansion pin, which is far away from the compression groove, is integrally formed with the winding fixing band, and the end surface is flush with the winding fixing band.
10. The thoracic plate device of claim 9 wherein the expansion pins are 3, all integrally formed with the wrap-around strap; meanwhile, the number of the first anti-drop slotted holes is 1; when the anti-dropping slot is used, 2 expansion pins are removed as required, and 1 expansion pin is reserved to be matched with the first anti-dropping slot for use.
11. The sternal plate device of claim 10, wherein said sternal plate is provided with a visualization structure.
