Moreover, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the matching surfaces of the middle frame 2 and the speaker 4 are both inclined surfaces that are adapted to each other, and specifically, the top end (the end facing the opening of the installation cavity) of the matching surface of the middle frame 2 is inclined to the side outside the installation cavity, that is, the sectional area of the opening end of the installation cavity is larger than the sectional area of the bottom end, so that when the speaker 4 is installed, because the space of the opening end is large, the matching surface of the speaker 4 does not contact with the matching surface of the middle frame 2 at first, and before the speaker 4 is installed in place, a gap still remains between the matching surface of the speaker 4 and the matching surface of the middle frame 2, the hard sealing element 8 and the flexible sealing element 7 are not completely matched, the speaker 4 can be installed smoothly, and contact sliding between the two matching surfaces and between the hard sealing element 8 and the flexible sealing element 7 is reduced, so that the acting force of the hard sealing element 8 rubbing the flexible sealing element 7 is reduced, and the installation operation is facilitated, and the sealing protection effect after installation is ensured.
Therefore, in the electronic device provided in this embodiment, when the speaker 4 is installed in the installation cavity, the speaker 4 may be directly installed from outside to inside along the depth direction of the installation cavity, the speaker 4 does not need to be tilted, and the installation operation is relatively convenient, and meanwhile, the arrangement of the limiting structure 54 can also avoid that the relative position between the flexible sealing element 7 and the first installation surface 5 changes due to the rubbing action during the installation process, so as to ensure the sealing protection effect after the installation is completed, and meanwhile, the structure of the speaker 4 does not need to be changed, so as to ensure the sound output effect of the electronic device.
The depth of the installation groove 52 is not less than the thickness of the flexible sealing element 7, that is, the flexible sealing element 7 is entirely located in the installation groove 52 and does not protrude out of the first matching surface 5, meanwhile, the hard sealing element 8 protrudes out of the second matching surface 6, during installation, because the flexible sealing element 7 does not protrude out of the first matching surface 5, when the hard sealing element 8 slides along the first matching surface 5, the hard sealing element 8 cannot be scraped and rubbed against the flexible sealing element 7 until the two matching surfaces relatively move to the right position, the hard sealing element 8 is matched with the flexible sealing element 7, at this time, one side end of the hard sealing element 8 facing the first matching surface 5 can just enter the installation groove 52 and abut against and be matched with the flexible sealing element 7, and the sealing effect is ensured.
When the two mating surfaces are mated, the end of the hard sealing member 8 facing the first mating surface 5 may partially enter the mounting groove 52 and abut against the flexible sealing member 7, and a gap may be left between the two mating surfaces, or when the two mating surfaces are mated, the hard sealing member 8 may completely enter the mounting groove 52 and abut against the flexible sealing member 7, and the two mating surfaces are attached to each other.
In this embodiment, the depth of the mounting groove 52 may also be smaller than the thickness of the flexible sealing element 7, at this time, a part of the flexible sealing element 7 extends out of the mounting groove 52, that is, a part of the flexible sealing element 7 protrudes out of the first mating surface 5, when the hard sealing element 8 slides relatively along the first mating surface 5 during mounting, the flexible sealing element 7 protruding out of the first mating surface 5 can be cut and rubbed, but due to the limiting effect of the groove wall of the mounting groove 52, the position of the flexible sealing element 7 on the first mating surface 5 does not move, and the sealing protection effect after mounting in place can also be ensured.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the limiting structure 54 may be formed by disposing a stopper (not shown) on the first mating surface 5, where the stopper is specifically disposed on one side of the flexible sealing member 7 facing the first direction, when the first direction is from outside to inside along the depth direction of the mounting cavity, the stopper is disposed on one side of the flexible sealing member 7 facing the mounting cavity, and when the first direction is from inside to outside along the depth direction of the mounting cavity, the stopper is disposed on one side of the flexible sealing member 7 facing the outside of the mounting cavity. Specifically, the stopper may be a protruding structure arranged at intervals or a continuous protruding structure, and the situation that the flexible sealing element 7 is scratched by the hard sealing element 8 and moves at the position of the first mating face 5 can be limited.
Compared with the arrangement of a stop block, the arrangement of the mounting groove 52 can simplify the overall structure, when the flexible sealing element 7 is completely arranged in the mounting groove 52, the hard sealing element 8 is not scratched mutually before being matched with the flexible sealing element 7 in the mounting process of the loudspeaker 4, the position stability of the flexible sealing element 7 is ensured, meanwhile, the mounting resistance between the first matching surface 5 and the second matching surface 6 can be reduced, and the mounting operation of the loudspeaker 4 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the flexible sealing member 7 is adhesively fixed to the inner wall (side wall and/or bottom wall) of the mounting groove 52 by the first adhesive layer 53, that is, the flexible sealing member 7 is adhesively fixed to the mounting groove 52. In this way, it can be further ensured that the flexible sealing member 7 can be stably positioned in the mounting groove 52, further ensuring the mounting stability. If the position-limiting structure 54 is a stopper disposed on the first mating surface 5, the flexible sealing member 7 and the stopper and/or the flexible sealing member 7 and the first mating surface 5 may be bonded and fixed by the first adhesive layer 53 to ensure the stability of the flexible sealing member 7.
Or, the flexible sealing element 7 may be directly placed in the mounting groove 52, when the depth of the mounting groove 52 is not less than the thickness of the flexible sealing element 7, the flexible sealing element 7 may be entirely located in the mounting groove 52, and there may be no other connection manner between the two, and when the flexible sealing element 7 is fixed by bonding through the first adhesive layer 53, the stability of the flexible sealing element 7 in the mounting groove 52 may be further ensured.
Of course, in this embodiment, the fixing manner of the flexible sealing member 7 is not limited, for example, the flexible sealing member 7 and the first mating surface 5 may be fixed by a fastener, and the adhesive fixing by the first adhesive layer 53 may simplify the overall structure and simplify the installation operation, and may further ensure the sealing function between the first mating surface 5 and the flexible sealing member 7.
Hard seal 8 (annular protruding muscle) can be fixed through fastener and second fitting surface 6, also can be fixed with second fitting surface 6 through bonding, or can also be as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 9, annular protruding muscle and 6 formula structures as an organic whole of second fitting surface, simplify overall structure, can also guarantee the fixed stability between the two when simplifying processing technology, avoid taking place the in-process of relative movement at two fitting surfaces, the condition of drunkenness takes place for annular protruding muscle in the position of second fitting surface 6, the equipment process can also be simplified simultaneously, the packaging efficiency is improved.
The annular convex rib can abut with the flexible sealing member 7 (the silica gel sealing gasket) towards one side end of the first matching surface 5, and the flexible sealing member 7 is elastically deformed, so that the annular convex rib is of a smooth arc-shaped structure 81 towards one side end of the first matching surface 5 as shown in fig. 5 and 9, and the annular convex rib can be prevented from damaging the flexible sealing member 7 when abutting with the flexible sealing member 7.
And, the cross-section of annular protruding muscle is by one side of second fitting surface 6 to one side convergent of first fitting surface 5, that is to say, the cross-section of this annular protruding muscle is less towards one side width of first fitting surface 5, can specifically set up the cross-section of this annular protruding muscle into the triangle-shaped structure as shown in fig. 5 and 9, wherein, one side of triangle-shaped structure is towards second fitting surface 6 (specifically can be the laminating fixed also can be the integral type structure), and the angle outer wall that corresponds with this side is smooth arc structure 81 and can butt flexible sealing member 7, or, the cross-section of this annular protruding muscle also can set up to the trapezium structure, its long limit is laminated with second fitting surface 6, the minor face can form smooth transition arc structure 81 and can butt flexible sealing member 7 etc. all can. When setting up the width of annular protruding muscle towards the one end of first fitting surface 5 less, can reduce tip and flexible sealing member 7's butt area, increase flexible sealing member 7's deflection, further guarantee sealed guard effect.
The specific structures of the first channel 51 and the second channel 61 are not limited, for example, the two channels may be respectively provided with only one hole structure, or any one of the two channels may be provided with a plurality of hole structures, or the two channels may be provided with a plurality of hole structures, regardless of the number of the hole structures of each channel, the two channels are correspondingly communicated and form the sound outlet channel 9, and the sound outlet channel 9 is integrally located in an annular structure formed by enclosing of a sealing portion, so that the overall sealing protection effect is ensured. When two fitting surfaces are matched, the hole structure of the middle frame 2 can be communicated with the hole structure of the loudspeaker 4 respectively and form a sound outlet channel 9, the sealing part can be sealed along the whole periphery of the sound outlet channel 9, and as shown in fig. 9, when the channel of the middle frame 2 is provided with a plurality of hole structures, the whole hole structures are located in an annular structure formed by the sealing part in a surrounding mode, and the whole sealing protection effect is guaranteed.
A dust screen 10 is further arranged between the first matching surface 5 and the second matching surface 6, the dust screen 10 can seal a channel arranged on the inner wall of the installation cavity, as shown in fig. 4, the dust screen 10 is fixed with the first matching surface 5 through a second adhesive layer and seals the first channel 51, as shown in fig. 10, the dust screen 10 is fixed with the second matching surface 6 through the second adhesive layer and seals the second channel 61. It can be easily understood that the dustproof net 10 is a net structure, and the blocking of the sound outlet channel 9 does not affect the sound outlet effect of the sound outlet channel 9, but can play a dustproof role in the sound outlet channel 9, so as to prevent dust outside the first channel 51 of the middle frame 2 from entering the sound outlet channel 9, thereby protecting the speaker 4. In this embodiment, the specific fixing manner of the dust screen 10 is not limited, and for example, the dust screen may be fixed to the matching surface formed by the fastening member and the inner wall of the corresponding mounting cavity, and the second adhesive layer may be used to bond and fix the dust screen, so as to simplify the overall structure and simplify the mounting process.

the two matching surfaces are respectively a first matching surface (5) and a second matching surface (6), the first matching surface (5) is provided with a limiting structure (54) and a flexible sealing element (7) arranged along the circumferential direction of the channel, the second matching surface (6) is provided with a hard sealing element (8) arranged along the circumferential direction of the channel, the two matching surfaces can move relatively to the hard sealing element (8) to be in sealing fit with the flexible sealing element (7), the limiting structure (54) is used for limiting the flexible sealing element (7) to move towards a first direction relative to the first matching surface (5), and the first direction is the moving direction of the hard sealing element (8) relative to the flexible sealing element (7);
a mounting groove (52) is formed in the first matching surface (5), the flexible sealing element (7) is arranged in the mounting groove (52), and the groove wall of the mounting groove (52) forms the limiting structure (54); or a stop block is arranged on the first matching surface (5), the stop block is arranged on one side, facing the first direction, of the flexible sealing element (7), and the stop block forms the limiting structure (54).
2. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the depth of the mounting groove (52) is not less than the thickness of the flexible sealing member (7), and the hard sealing member (8) protrudes from the second mating face (6).
3. The electronic device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible seal (7) is adhesively fixed to the inner wall of the mounting groove (52) by a first glue layer (53).
4. An electronic device according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the flexible sealing (7) is a silicone gasket.
5. An electronic device according to any one of claims 1-3, characterised in that the second mating surface (6) is integrally formed with an annular bead, which forms the hard seal (8).
6. The electronic device according to claim 5, characterized in that the end of the annular rib facing the first mating face (5) is a smooth arc-shaped structure (81).
7. The electronic device according to claim 6, wherein the cross section of the annular bead is tapered from one side of the second mating face (6) to one side of the first mating face (5).
8. The electronic device according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a dust screen (10) disposed between the first mating surface (5) and the second mating surface (6), wherein the dust screen (10) is capable of blocking a passage disposed in an inner wall of the mounting cavity.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the dust screen (10) is fixed to the matching surface of the inner wall of the installation cavity by a second adhesive layer.
10. The electronic device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mating surface of the mounting cavity and the mating surface of the speaker (4) are mutually matched inclined surfaces, and the mating surface of the mounting cavity is inclined outward of the mounting cavity toward one end of the opening.
