Claims (10)

1. A method for detecting a working environment of a terminal device, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring a terminal login account of a user to which the terminal equipment belongs, and associating personnel information of the user according to the terminal login account;
extracting user attributes from the personnel information;
determining the target user authority of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs according to the second corresponding relation between the user attribute and the user authority;
determining an item to be detected corresponding to the target user permission according to a first corresponding relation between the user permission and the detection item;
executing a service corresponding to the item to be detected to detect the working environment of the terminal equipment;
if the user attribute of the user is determined to be a ticket booking member, the item to be detected comprises at least one of the following:
detecting the connection condition of the terminal equipment of the user and a ticket booking interface of an airline company service, the connection condition of a ticket booking interface of a railway company server, the connection condition of a ticket booking interface of a hotel company server and the installation condition of ticket booking software;
and/or, if the user attribute of the user is a developer, the item to be detected includes at least one of the following: detecting whether the terminal equipment of the user comprises development database access rights, development center access rights, connection conditions of the development database, installation conditions of development software and installation conditions of development environment;
and/or, if the user attribute of the user is a salesman, the item to be detected comprises at least one of the following:
detecting whether the terminal equipment of the user comprises access rights and business trip rights of a business database, monitoring software installation conditions in the terminal equipment of the user, memory encryption conditions and connection conditions of the terminal equipment to the business database.
2. The work environment detection method according to claim 1, characterized in that the work environment detection method further comprises:
responding to a detection request, and displaying candidate detection items corresponding to the target user permission according to the first corresponding relation;
and determining the selected candidate detection items as the items to be detected.
3. The work environment detection method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the item to be detected corresponding to the target user right includes:
periodically determining items to be detected corresponding to the target user rights;
or determining the item to be detected corresponding to the target user authority when the target event is triggered.
4. The method for detecting working environment according to claim 1, wherein different scores are set for monitoring software installation conditions, memory encryption conditions, whether the authority of the terminal equipment of the user accords with the access authority of a salesman or not and the connection conditions of the terminal equipment to a service database;
deducting corresponding scores when the monitoring software is not installed, the memory is not encrypted, the authority of the terminal equipment of the user is not in accordance with the access authority of a service operator or the connection of the terminal equipment to a service database is abnormal;
when the score is buckled to a certain preset value, the target user authority of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs is correspondingly adjusted.
5. The work environment detection method according to claim 1, wherein detecting the connection condition of the server specifically comprises the steps of:
the terminal equipment pings the server address to detect whether the server address access is normal;
and the terminal equipment calls the test interface of the server, identifies the return data, and determines that the interface service of the server to be detected is normal if the return data is preset data.
6. The work environment detection method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target user authority of the user to which the terminal device belongs is further performed before the step of determining at least one of:
and detecting the external network connection condition, the internal network connection condition, the public server access authority, the public software installation condition, the camera and microphone function condition and the incoming and outgoing function condition of the terminal equipment of the user.
7. The work environment detection method according to claim 1, characterized in that the work environment detection method further comprises:
if the detection result represents that the terminal equipment is abnormal, an abnormality prompt is generated;
and/or correspondingly setting repair operations for different items to be detected, and correspondingly executing the repair operations when the items to be detected are abnormal;
and/or if the repair operation fails, generating a repair operation failure prompt.
8. The working environment detection system of the terminal equipment is characterized by comprising a user authority module and a detection module;
the user permission module is used for acquiring a terminal login account of a user to which the terminal equipment belongs, extracting user attributes from personnel information of the user according to the personnel information of the user associated with the terminal login account, and determining target user permission of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs according to a second corresponding relation between the user attributes and the user permission;
determining an item to be detected corresponding to the target user permission according to a first corresponding relation between the user permission and the detection item;
the detection module is used for executing the service corresponding to the item to be detected so as to detect the working environment of the terminal equipment;
the detection module is further configured to, if it is determined that the user attribute of the user is a ticket subscriber, wherein the item to be detected includes at least one of:
detecting the connection condition of the terminal equipment of the user and a ticket booking interface of an airline company service, the connection condition of a ticket booking interface of a railway company server, the connection condition of a ticket booking interface of a hotel company server and the installation condition of ticket booking software;
and/or, if the user attribute of the user is a developer, the item to be detected includes at least one of the following: detecting whether the terminal equipment of the user comprises development database access rights, development center access rights, connection conditions of the development database, installation conditions of development software and installation conditions of development environment;
and/or, if the user attribute of the user is a salesman, the item to be detected comprises at least one of the following:
detecting whether the terminal equipment of the user comprises access rights and business trip rights of a business database, monitoring software installation conditions in the terminal equipment of the user, memory encryption conditions and connection conditions of the terminal equipment to the business database.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of operating environment detection according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the working environment detection method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
