Abstract

本发明提供一种提高应急电源切换速度的电路。包括主板电路和副板电路,设置一个三极管,基极通过分压电阻、二极管与整流桥电源的输入市电连接,三极管集电极输出通过一电阻与另一三极管基极连接,该三极管集电极与主板电路U2的FB脚连接,发射极接地。一旦市电断电,三极管Q2导通,使U2的FB脚电位被拉到地,U2处于开路保护模式,副板电路的处理器判断为切换模式,控制输出切换信号,切换工作模式。本发明的优点是,使用电子器件少,设备体积小,安装方便。特别是电路切换速度快,没有延迟时间,能够瞬间切换电源工作模式。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,尤其是有关于LED驱动电源技术领域。
背景技术
随着LED照明技术的发展和应用范围越来越广,对响应速度的要求越来越高,特别是应急照明灯和具有多种电源的灯具。例如,LED灯夜晚正常照明情况下,突然市电断电,需要快速切换到应急灯照明。
现有技术是,请参阅附图3、4,市电正常供电情况下,主板电路U2工作,启动变压器T2对电池BAT正负极充电,副板电路处理器MCU(图4的XU2)的7脚CV为高电平,处理器MCU判断为非切换状态。
一旦市电断电,大电解电容器C1慢速放电,使主板电路U2继续工作一段时间后停止工作,再使T2停止工作,并使CV为低电平,处理器MCU判断为切换状态,使13脚PWM2输出控制信号给主板电路U3的5脚启动工作模式切换到电池供电模式。
缺点是工作模式切换延迟了一段时间,不能快速切换工作模式。
发明内容
为使现有LED驱动电源工作模式能够快速切换,本发明提供一种提高应急电源切换速度的电路。包括主板电路和副板电路,其特征在于,设置一个三极管,基极通过分压电阻、二极管与整流桥电源的输入市电连接,三极管集电极输出通过一电阻与另一三极管基极连接,该三极管集电极与主板电路U2的FB脚连接,发射极接地。
本发明的优点是,使用电子器件少,设备体积小,安装方便。特别是电路切换速度快,没有延迟时间,能够瞬间切换电源工作模式。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1、2、4所示,图3和图4是现有工作模式的切换电路,本发明在现有主板电路(图3)上增设快速切换电路,由三极管Q1,基极通过分压电阻R1和R2、二极管D1与整流桥电源的输入市电L/ N连接,三极管Q1集电极输出通过一电阻R4与另一三极管Q2基极连接,该三极管Q2集电极与主板电路U2的3脚FB连接,发射极接地。
市电正常供电时,Q1导通,Q2截止,FB为高电平。主板电路U2正常工作.并使变压器T2工作,CV为高电平,副板电路的处理器XU2判断为非切换工作状态。
一旦市电断电,三极管Q1截止,三极管Q2导通,使主板电路的U2的FB脚电位被拉到地,U2处于开路保护模式,停止输出,使变压器T2不工作,CV为低电平,处理器XU2判断为切换状态,并使处理器的13脚输出控制信号PWM2给主板电路U3的5脚启动工作模式切换到电池供电模式。
