In the embodiment of the application, different auditing strategies are formulated according to the bitmap information, whether the auditing information submitted by a merchant passes, rejects or enters a manual auditing process is determined according to the strategies, and different auditing strategies can be configured according to different platforms.
The strategy is configured in a manner that a rule passing through is determined according to the value of each bitmap, if the first bit is 0 (indicating that the query returns null information or query exception), and the configured strategy is 0, manual intervention is performed, and the rule is hit, and then the manual intervention is performed.
For example, the audit policy is set as shown in the following table:
platform Bitmap item Bitmap values Policy
A platform First bit 0: indicating that a query returns null information or a query exception 0: human intervention
B platform First bit 1: indicating three-party information is normal 1: by passing
C platform First bit 2: indicating abnormal inspection and abnormal operation state 2: refuse to
Step two, acquiring parking application information submitted by a merchant, wherein the parking application information comprises character information and image information;
specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the resident application materials mainly include: the system comprises a affiliated platform, basic information of merchants, unified social credit code information and video pieces, legal representative information and video pieces, contact information and video pieces, information and video pieces of shareholders or actual control persons, and beneficiary information and video pieces. After the merchant submits the parking application material through the interface or the business system, the system can automatically carry out strategy matching.
Step three, identifying the image information and generating result character information;
step four, matching the character information with the result character information;
in the prior art, automatic auditing is performed on the business incoming information in an algorithm mode, but if a problem that the business uploads low image quality occurs, a corresponding abnormal processing flow is lacked, and the situation that the rejection rate is too high is caused. According to the method and the device, the first matching is carried out on the information uploaded by the user, the subsequent verification is carried out after the matching is passed, if the matching is not passed, the user is prompted to upload the data again, the subsequent verification is not carried out, the cost is saved, the efficiency is improved, and the fact that the client is rejected due to low quality of the uploaded image information in the subsequent verification is guaranteed.
Step five, calling a three-party platform according to the name of the merchant to acquire the business registration information of the merchant after the matching is passed;
sixthly, comparing the business registration information of the commercial tenant with the image information, and generating a comparison result bitmap;
specifically, in the embodiment of the application, after the matching is passed, the three-party platform is called according to the name of the merchant to obtain the business registration information of the merchant, then the obtained business registration information is compared with the information sent by the merchant one by one, and according to the merchant information bitmap, the business registration information comprises three-party information check, business license information check, corporate information check, sponsor information check, stockholder and real control person information check, income owner information check and the like. The length of the comparison result bitmap is 6 bits, for example, the specific format is 153741, which represents the following contents:
Figure BDA0003717214030000071
and seventhly, verifying the merchant information according to the comparison result bitmap and the verification strategy.
And checking item by item according to the comparison result bitmap and the auditing strategy, wherein in the embodiment of the application, if the strategy of each bit of the comparison result bitmap is passed, the verification is successful, if at least one bit of rejection exists, the rejection is directly rejected and the rejection reason is returned, if the rejection does not exist and the manual intervention is carried out, the manual intervention process is carried out, and the merchant information is audited through a back pipe manually.
In the embodiment of the present application, the verification result includes:
if the verification fails, the audit materials are submitted again; and providing a rejection reason for the rejected application system, and after inquiring the rejection reason, completing and resubmitting the information according to the specific rejection reason by the merchant.
Successfully opening an internal account; after the system passes the automatic audit or the manual audit, the internal account number can be automatically opened for transactions such as deposit, account movement, cash withdrawal and the like.
Manual intervention, and manual auditing is carried out; and manually checking item by item according to the returned abnormal reasons, if the returned abnormal reasons pass the checking, informing the merchant of successful checking and opening an internal account, and if the returned abnormal reasons do not pass the checking, filling a rejection reason and informing the merchant of resubmissing the checking information.
