In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step S22 of obtaining the candidate predetermined condition input by the user specifically includes the following steps:
s221: a candidate reservation page including a plurality of candidate reservation fields is presented to the user.
After determining whether the user needs to use the candidate preset function, if determining that the user needs to use the candidate preset function, displaying a candidate preset page to the user, wherein the candidate preset page comprises a plurality of candidate preset fields, so that the user fills in standard candidate preset conditions according to the preset fields on the candidate preset page, the input standardization of the candidate preset conditions is improved, the problem of data volume increase caused by different candidate preset conditions input by different users is reduced, and the data processing efficiency is improved.
The candidate reservation field comprises cancellation time of candidate reservation requirement, the minimum number of people in the conference room, the shortest conference time period (or the latest conference opening time and the shortest conference time), the conference room floor requirement and the like.
S222: and acquiring the input content of the user to each candidate preset field, and generating a plurality of candidate preset conditions according to the input content of the candidate preset fields.
After a candidate preset page comprising a plurality of candidate preset fields is displayed for a user, the input content of the user to each candidate preset field is obtained, and a plurality of candidate preset conditions are generated according to the input content of the candidate preset fields.
For example, the candidate reservation field includes the cancellation time of the candidate reservation requirement, the minimum number of people in the conference room, the requirement of the floor of the conference room, etc., and the input content corresponding to the cancellation time of the candidate reservation requirement may be 2 months, 19 days, 16:00, the input content corresponding to the minimum number of people in the meeting room is 8 people, and the input content corresponding to the meeting room floor requirement is 18 floors of a movie and television building.

In the embodiment, a candidate reservation page comprising a plurality of candidate reservation fields is displayed to a user, the candidate reservation fields comprise cancellation time of candidate reservation requirements, the minimum number of people in a conference room and the shortest conference time, input contents of the user to each candidate reservation field are obtained, a plurality of candidate reservation conditions are generated according to the input contents of the candidate reservation fields, a specific step of obtaining the candidate reservation conditions input by the user is defined, and the user inputs the candidate reservation conditions through the preset candidate reservation fields, so that the standardization of the candidate reservation conditions is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in step S30, that is, performing meeting room matching on the candidate reservation requirement at preset intervals until a target meeting room meeting the candidate reservation requirement is matched, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s31: and determining all current idle meeting rooms according to a preset interval.
After the candidate preset requirements are generated, the relevant information of all meeting rooms is obtained according to the preset intervals, all current idle meeting rooms are determined according to the relevant information of all meeting rooms, the idle meeting room state can be obtained in time, and the possibility that part of meeting rooms are temporarily released and cannot be known in time is reduced.
The idle conference room is a conference room in which any working time period is not scheduled, for example, the working time period of the conference room is 8: 00-18: 00, a meeting room on a certain working day, except 16: 00-18: and when the time period 00 is idle (not scheduled) and other time periods are scheduled, the conference room has an idle working time period, and the conference room is determined to be an idle conference room.
In this embodiment, the working time period and the idle working time period of the conference room are only exemplary, and in other embodiments, the working time period and the idle working time period of the conference room may be other, which is not described herein.
The preset interval is an interval which is calibrated in advance, and can be an interval which takes seconds(s) as a unit, for example, the preset interval can be 1s, 5s, 10s, 30s, 40s, 50s and the like, so that the query interval of the idle conference room is increased, the idle conference room is determined in time for carrying out candidate reservation requirements in the future, the matching efficiency is increased, the idle rate of the conference room is reduced, and the utilization rate of the conference room is increased; in addition, the preset interval may be an interval in units of minutes (min), and the preset interval may be between 1min and 30min, 1min, 3min, 5min, 6min, 10min, 15min, 20min, 25min, or the like, and increasing the interval of the preset interval can reduce the data query processing amount, thereby reducing the server load.
S32: and matching each idle meeting room with all candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table to obtain a matching result of each idle meeting room.
After all the current idle meeting rooms are determined each time, each idle meeting room is matched with all the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table until all the idle meeting rooms are traversed, and a matching result of each idle meeting room is obtained. The matching result of the idle meeting room is the result of whether the idle meeting room is matched with each candidate preset requirement.

After whether the idle conference room is matched with a plurality of candidate preset requirements or not is determined according to the matching result of the idle conference room, if the idle conference room is matched with one candidate preset requirement, the idle conference room is used as a target conference room of the matched candidate preset requirement, at the moment, the matching task of the candidate preset requirement is completed, the candidate preset requirement matched with the idle conference room is deleted in the candidate preset table, so that follow-up repeated matching is avoided, and the data processing amount is reduced.
After determining whether the idle meeting room is matched with a plurality of candidate reservation requirements according to the matching result of the idle meeting room, if the idle meeting room is not matched with the candidate reservation requirements, skipping the idle meeting room, and comparing the next idle meeting room with all the candidate reservation requirements.
In the embodiment, all current idle conference rooms are determined according to preset intervals, an idle conference room is a conference room with any working time period which is not preset, each idle conference room is matched with all candidate preset requirements in a candidate preset table to obtain a matching result of each idle conference room, whether the idle conference room is matched with a plurality of candidate preset requirements is determined according to the matching result of the idle conference room, if the idle conference room is matched with one candidate preset requirement, the idle conference room is used as a target conference room of the matched candidate preset requirement, the candidate preset requirement matched with the idle conference room is deleted in the candidate preset table, the specific process that the conference room matching is carried out on the candidate preset requirement according to the preset intervals until the target conference room meeting the candidate preset requirement is matched is determined, the current idle conference room is determined according to the preset intervals and all the candidate preset requirements are matched, the method and the device can obtain the idle meeting room in time and match with the candidate reservation requirement, reduce the idle rate of the meeting room, improve the utilization rate of the meeting room, solve the candidate reservation requirement in time and improve the user experience.
In one embodiment, the candidate reservation table includes serial numbers of the candidate reservation requirements. As shown in fig. 6, in step S33, after determining whether the idle conference room matches a plurality of candidate reservation requirements according to the matching result of the idle conference room, the method further includes the following steps:
s35: and if the idle meeting room is matched with the candidate reservation requirements, determining the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number in the candidate reservation requirements, and recording as the matched candidate reservation requirement.
In this embodiment, when the candidate reservation requirement is updated to the candidate reservation table, a sequence number is automatically generated for the candidate reservation requirement, the sequence number is determined according to the time of updating to the candidate reservation table, and the smaller the sequence number is, the later the time of updating the candidate reservation requirement to the candidate reservation table is, that is, the smaller the sequence number is, the later the time of generating the candidate reservation requirement is.
After determining whether the idle meeting room is matched with the candidate reservation requirements according to the matching result of the idle meeting room, if the idle meeting room is matched with the candidate reservation requirements, determining the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number in the candidate reservation requirements, and marking as the matched candidate reservation requirement. And determining the prior candidate reservation requirement according to the sequence number is quick and simple.
S36: and taking the idle meeting room as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the matching candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table.
After the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number in the candidate reservation requirements is determined, the idle meeting room is used as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, the matching candidate reservation requirement is deleted from the candidate reservation table, the idle meeting room is used as the target meeting room of the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number, the prior candidate reservation requirement is solved preferentially, the possibility that the matching of the candidate reservation requirement is completed firstly and even the candidate reservation requirement cannot be matched and break a suitable meeting room all the time is reduced, the user satisfaction is improved, the candidate reservation requirement matched by the idle meeting room is deleted from the candidate reservation table, the follow-up repeated matching is avoided, and the data processing amount is reduced.
In this embodiment, after determining whether the idle meeting room matches a plurality of candidate reservation requirements according to the matching result of the idle meeting room, if the idle meeting room matches the plurality of candidate reservation requirements, determining the candidate reservation requirement with the smallest sequence number among the plurality of candidate reservation requirements, and marking as the matching candidate reservation requirement, taking the idle meeting room as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the matching candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table, so that the prior candidate reservation requirement can be solved preferentially, the possibility that the candidate reservation requirement is matched first and is completed even the candidate reservation requirement cannot be matched all the time to break a suitable meeting room is reduced, and the user satisfaction is improved.
In an embodiment, after step S20 and before step S40, that is, after generating candidate reservation requirements according to meeting conditions, updating the candidate reservation requirements to the candidate reservation table, and before generating meeting room reservation information according to a target meeting room and the candidate reservation requirements, a target meeting room of the candidate reservation requirements may also be determined by reservation cancellation information of a user on the meeting room, where as shown in fig. 7, the determination of the target meeting room of the candidate reservation requirements by reservation cancellation information of the user on the meeting room specifically includes the following steps:
s51: and when the reservation cancellation information of any conference room is received, updating the conference room to an idle conference room according to the reservation cancellation information.
After any user initiatively cancels the reservation of any conference room, the server receives the reservation cancellation information of any conference room from the user, the conference room is released to be an idle conference room at the moment, when the reservation cancellation information of any conference room is received, the server updates the idle state information of the conference room according to the reservation cancellation information, wherein the idle state information of the conference room is used for indicating that the conference room is reserved in certain time periods and/or is idle (not reserved) in certain time periods, then the idle state information is updated to the relevant information of the conference room, and the idle conference room is updated. After receiving the reservation cancellation information of any conference room, the reservation of some time periods of the conference room is cancelled, the conference room is idle in some time periods, and the conference room is an idle conference room.
S52: the free meeting room is matched with all candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table.
And after the conference room is updated to the idle conference room according to the reservation cancellation information, matching the idle conference room with all the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table to obtain a matching result of the idle conference room and each candidate reservation requirement.
S53: when the idle meeting room is matched with a plurality of candidate reservation demands, determining the candidate reservation demand with the minimum serial number in the plurality of candidate reservation demands, and recording as the matched candidate reservation demand.
S54: and taking the idle meeting room as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the matching candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table.
After the idle meeting room is matched with all candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table, if the idle meeting room is found to be matched with a plurality of candidate reservation requirements according to the matching result of the idle meeting room and each candidate reservation requirement, namely when the idle meeting room is matched with the plurality of candidate reservation requirements, the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number in the plurality of candidate reservation requirements is determined and is marked as a matching candidate reservation requirement, then the idle meeting room is used as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, and the matching candidate reservation requirement is deleted in the candidate reservation table. The target meeting room with the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum sequence number of the idle meeting room seat can solve the prior candidate reservation requirement preferentially, reduce the possibility that the candidate reservation requirement is matched firstly, even the candidate reservation requirement can not be matched all the time to break a suitable meeting room, and improve the satisfaction degree of users; and deleting the candidate reservation requirement matched with the idle meeting room in the candidate reservation table so as to avoid subsequent repeated matching and reduce the data processing amount.
After the idle meeting room is matched with all candidate preset requirements in the candidate preset table, if the idle meeting room is found to be matched with one candidate preset requirement according to the matching result of the idle meeting room and each candidate preset requirement, namely when the idle meeting room is matched with one candidate preset requirement, the idle meeting room is used as a target meeting room of the matched candidate preset requirement, and at the moment, the matching task of the candidate preset requirement is finished, the candidate preset requirement matched with the idle meeting room is deleted in the candidate preset table, so that subsequent repeated matching is avoided, and the data processing amount is reduced.
After determining whether the idle meeting room is matched with a plurality of candidate preset requirements according to the matching result of the idle meeting room, if the idle meeting room is not matched with the candidate preset requirements, waiting for meeting room matching on all the candidate preset requirements next time.
In this embodiment, when reservation cancellation information of any conference room is received, an idle conference room is updated according to the reservation cancellation information, then the idle conference room is matched with all candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table, and when the idle conference room is matched with a plurality of candidate reservation requirements, the candidate reservation requirement with the smallest serial number in the plurality of candidate reservation requirements is determined and is marked as a matched candidate reservation requirement; the method comprises the steps of taking an idle meeting room as a target meeting room meeting matching candidate reservation requirements, deleting the matching candidate reservation requirements from a candidate reservation table, defining another mode of determining the target meeting room for the candidate reservation requirements, modifying the meeting room into the idle meeting room in time according to reservation cancellation information of a user when the user cancels reservation of the meeting room so as to be convenient for matching the candidate reservation requirements, matching at a fast speed after the meeting room is temporarily released, reducing the idle rate of the meeting room, improving the utilization rate of the meeting room, improving the solution efficiency of the candidate reservation requirements, matching the target meeting room for the user, and accordingly improving the satisfaction of the user.
In an embodiment, to remove the invalid requirement and reduce the data processing amount of the server, it is necessary to perform validity management on the candidate reservation table according to the candidate reservation requirement to eliminate the invalid candidate reservation requirement, where as shown in fig. 7, the candidate reservation table is managed by:
s01: carrying out validity detection on the candidate preset demands in the candidate preset table according to a preset frequency so as to determine whether the candidate preset demands are valid;
s02: if the candidate reservation requirement is invalid, deleting the invalid candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table.
In order to remove the invalid requirement and reduce the data processing amount of the server, the server needs to perform validity detection on the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table according to a preset frequency so as to determine whether the candidate reservation requirements are valid, and if the candidate reservation requirements are invalid, the invalid candidate reservation requirements are deleted from the candidate reservation table.
The method for detecting the effectiveness of the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table to determine whether the candidate reservation requirements are effective comprises the following steps: determining whether the created account of the candidate reservation requirement is an invalid account and determining whether the meeting time period of the candidate reservation requirement is an invalid time period, wherein the created account of the candidate reservation requirement is an account of a user sending the candidate reservation requirement; if the created account in the candidate preset demands is an invalid account and/or the meeting time period in the candidate preset demands is an invalid time period, determining that the candidate preset demands are invalid; and if the created account in the candidate reservation demands is an effective account and the meeting time period in the candidate reservation demands is an effective time period, determining that the candidate reservation demands are effective. By detecting the effectiveness of the created account and/or the conference time period of the candidate reservation demands, invalid candidate reservation demands can be screened out quickly, and the method is simple and quick.
The invalid account refers to that the created account cannot be matched with a corresponding person (such as employee leave and account logout); the invalid time period refers to a time period in which the meeting time period of the candidate reservation requirement is sent in a history (namely, the meeting time period is expired), or the meeting time period of the candidate reservation requirement is not a working time period of the meeting room.
In this embodiment, validity detection is performed on the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table according to a preset frequency to determine whether the candidate reservation requirements are valid, if the candidate reservation requirements are invalid, the invalid candidate reservation requirements are deleted from the candidate reservation table, and by removing the invalid candidate reservation requirements, the amount of the requirements of the candidate reservation table can be reduced, the subsequent meeting room requirement matching amount can be reduced, it is ensured that the matched candidate reservation requirements are valid, and the possibility of the server doing useless work can be reduced.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
In one embodiment, a conference room reservation apparatus is provided, and the conference room reservation apparatus corresponds to the conference room reservation method in the above embodiment one to one. As shown in fig. 9, the conference room reservation apparatus includes a first matching module 901, a first generation module 902, and a second generation module 904. The functional modules are explained in detail as follows:
a first matching module 901, configured to obtain meeting conditions input by a user, and perform meeting room matching according to the meeting conditions;
a first generating module 902, configured to generate a candidate reservation requirement according to a meeting condition and update the candidate reservation requirement to a candidate reservation table when a meeting room meeting the meeting condition is not matched;
a second matching module 903, configured to perform conference room matching on the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table according to a preset interval until a target conference room meeting the candidate reservation requirements is matched;
and a second generating module 904, configured to generate meeting room reservation information according to the candidate reservation requirement and the target meeting room, and send the meeting room reservation information to the user.
Further, the first generating module 902 is specifically configured to:
determining whether the user needs to use the candidate predetermined function;

matching each idle meeting room with all candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table to obtain a matching result of each idle meeting room;
determining whether the idle meeting room is matched with a plurality of candidate preset requirements according to the matching result of the idle meeting room;
and if the idle meeting room is matched with one candidate reservation requirement, taking the idle meeting room as a target meeting room of the matched candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the candidate reservation requirement matched with the idle meeting room in the candidate reservation table.
Further, the candidate reservation table includes a serial number of the candidate reservation requirement, and after determining whether the idle conference room matches multiple candidate reservation requirements according to the matching result of the idle conference room, the second matching module 903 is further specifically configured to:
if the idle meeting room is matched with a plurality of candidate reservation requirements, determining the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number in the plurality of candidate reservation requirements, and recording as a matched candidate reservation requirement;
and taking the idle meeting room as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the matching candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table.
Further, before generating meeting room reservation information according to the target meeting room and the candidate reservation requirement, the second matching module 903 is further specifically configured to:
when reservation cancellation information of any conference room is received, generating idle state information of the conference room according to the reservation cancellation information, and updating the conference room into an idle conference room;

Further, the conference room reservation apparatus further includes a management module 905, and the management module 905 is specifically configured to:

The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing data used and generated by meeting room reservation, such as meeting conditions, candidate reservation requirements, candidate reservation tables, meeting room reservation information and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a meeting room reservation method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring meeting conditions input by a user, and matching meeting rooms according to the meeting conditions;
when the meeting room meeting the meeting conditions is not matched, generating candidate reservation requirements according to the meeting conditions, and updating the candidate reservation requirements to a candidate reservation table;
carrying out conference room matching on the candidate preset requirements in the candidate preset table according to a preset interval until a target conference room meeting the candidate preset requirements is matched;
and generating meeting room reservation information according to the candidate reservation requirement and the target meeting room, and sending the meeting room reservation information to the user.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

1. A meeting room reservation method, comprising:
acquiring meeting conditions input by a user, and matching meeting rooms according to the meeting conditions;
when the meeting room meeting the meeting condition is not matched, generating a candidate reservation requirement according to the meeting condition, and updating the candidate reservation requirement to a candidate reservation table;
carrying out conference room matching on the candidate preset requirements in the candidate preset table according to preset intervals until a target conference room meeting the candidate preset requirements is matched;
and generating meeting room reservation information according to the candidate reservation requirement and the target meeting room, and sending the meeting room reservation information to the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating candidate reservation requirements according to the meeting conditions and updating the candidate reservation requirements to a candidate reservation table comprises:
determining whether the user needs to use a candidate predetermined function;
if the fact that the user needs to use the candidate reservation function is determined, acquiring candidate reservation conditions input by the user;
and generating the candidate reservation requirement according to the candidate reservation condition and the meeting condition.
3. The meeting room reservation method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the candidate reservation condition input by the user comprises:
displaying a candidate reservation page comprising a plurality of candidate reservation fields to the user, wherein the candidate reservation fields comprise cancellation time of the candidate reservation requirement, the minimum accommodating number of people in the conference room and the shortest conference time;
and acquiring the input content of the user to each candidate preset field, and generating a plurality of candidate preset conditions according to the input content of the candidate preset fields.
4. The method for reserving meeting rooms as claimed in claim 1, wherein said meeting room matching said candidate reservation requirement according to a preset interval until a target meeting room satisfying said candidate reservation requirement is matched comprises:
determining all current idle meeting rooms according to the preset interval, wherein the idle meeting rooms exist in meeting rooms with any working time period which is not preset;
matching each idle meeting room with all the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table to obtain a matching result of each idle meeting room;
determining whether the idle conference room is matched with a plurality of candidate preset requirements according to the matching result of the idle conference room;
and if the idle conference room is matched with one candidate reservation requirement, taking the idle conference room as a target conference room of the matched candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the candidate reservation requirement matched with the idle conference room in the candidate reservation table.

The method of claim 4, wherein the candidate reservation table comprises serial numbers of the candidate reservation demands, and wherein the method further comprises, after determining whether the free conference room matches a plurality of the candidate reservation demands according to the matching result of the free conference room:
if the idle meeting room is matched with a plurality of candidate reservation requirements, determining the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number in the candidate reservation requirements, and marking as a matched candidate reservation requirement;
and taking the idle meeting room as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the matching candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table.
6. The meeting room reservation method of any of claims 1-5, wherein prior to generating meeting room reservation information based on the target meeting room and the candidate reservation requirement, the method further comprises:
when reservation cancellation information of any conference room is received, generating idle state information of the conference room according to the reservation cancellation information, and updating the conference room into an idle conference room;
matching the free meeting room with all the candidate reservation requirements in the candidate reservation table;
if the idle meeting room is matched with a plurality of candidate reservation requirements, determining the candidate reservation requirement with the minimum serial number in the candidate reservation requirements, and marking as a matched candidate reservation requirement;
and taking the idle meeting room as a target meeting room meeting the matching candidate reservation requirement, and deleting the matching candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table.
7. A method of meeting room reservation according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the method further manages the candidate reservation table by:
according to a preset frequency, carrying out validity detection on the candidate preset demands in the candidate preset table to determine whether the candidate preset demands are valid;
and if the candidate reservation requirement is invalid, deleting the invalid candidate reservation requirement in the candidate reservation table.
8. A meeting room reservation apparatus, comprising:
the first matching module is used for acquiring meeting conditions input by a user and matching meeting rooms according to the meeting conditions;
the first generation module is used for generating candidate reservation requirements according to the meeting conditions and updating the candidate reservation requirements to a candidate reservation table when meeting rooms meeting the meeting conditions are not matched;
the second matching module is used for carrying out conference room matching on the candidate preset requirements in the candidate preset table according to preset intervals until a target conference room meeting the candidate preset requirements is matched;
and the second generation module is used for generating meeting room reservation information according to the candidate reservation requirement and the target meeting room and sending the meeting room reservation information to the user.

Computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the conference room reservation method according to any of the claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the conference room reservation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
