In an alternative exemplary embodiment, after determining to send a cleaning instruction to the first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, a method for determining how the first object has completed cleaning is further provided, specifically including: determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the cleaning result returned by the first object is received and the cleaning result is that the cleaning is completed; determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the door opening maintaining time of the refrigerator equipment indicated by door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period is larger than a first preset value; determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the power-off maintaining time of the refrigerator equipment indicated by door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period is larger than a second preset value; under the condition that the bacterial content monitored by the refrigerator equipment is smaller than a third preset value, determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned; and under the condition that the air quality index monitored by the refrigerator equipment is larger than a preset air quality index, determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned.
In this embodiment, if the cleaning result returned by the first object is not received within the preset time period, or the door opening maintaining time of the refrigerator device indicated by the door opening and closing data of the refrigerator device within the preset period is smaller than a first preset value, or the power-off maintaining time of the refrigerator device indicated by the door opening and closing data of the refrigerator device within the preset period is smaller than a second preset value, or the bacterial content monitored by the refrigerator device is larger than a third preset value, or the air quality index monitored by the refrigerator device is smaller than a preset air quality index, it is determined that the refrigerator device does not complete cleaning, and a cleaning instruction is continuously sent to the first object.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, a technical solution is also provided, and the specific steps include: and under the condition that the cleaning instruction is sent to the first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, sending cleaning instruction audio to the first object according to a cleaning strategy corresponding to the cleaning instruction so as to instruct the first object to clean the refrigerator equipment according to the cleaning instruction audio.
It should be noted that, the second weight value, the third weight value, the fourth weight value, and the fifth weight value may be set corresponding to different types of doors of the refrigerator device, and the setting manner is similar to that of the first weight value, which is not repeated herein.
In order to better understand the process of the method for sending the cleaning instruction, the following description is given with reference to the alternative embodiment to implement the flow of the method for sending the cleaning instruction, but the method is not limited to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, a method for sending a cleaning instruction is provided, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a method for sending a cleaning instruction according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, specifically includes the following steps:
step S301: data collection, namely acquiring collected target parameter data of refrigerator equipment;
specifically, the target parameter data may be collected according to a user's behavior of using the refrigerator, where the user's behavior includes a number of times the user opens and closes the door, a time and a number of times the user opens the sterilization function.
The air detection function can also acquire environmental parameter data of the refrigerator according to the bacteria detection function of the refrigerator, wherein the environmental parameter data comprise the bacteria content of the refrigerator equipment and the air quality index inside the refrigerator equipment, and the environmental parameter data also correspond to the weight value.
In this embodiment, different scores corresponding to different times of opening and closing may be set, and each time the door is opened, 1 minute is counted, and when the score is greater than a preset score, a cleaning instruction is sent to the user. The weight value corresponding to the different door opening/closing times may be determined according to the correspondence between the door opening/closing times and the weight value (corresponding to the first correspondence).
In this embodiment, a corresponding weight value may also be set for the time when the user turns on the sterilization function each time, as shown in table 1 below.

Step S302: calculating a weight value;
the sum (corresponding to the second sum) of the weight value (corresponding to the first weight value) corresponding to the number of times the door is opened and closed, the time the user has opened the sterilization function and the weight value (corresponding to the second weight value) corresponding to the number of times the user has opened the sterilization function, and the weight value (corresponding to the third weight value) corresponding to the environmental parameter data may be used.

From the description of the above embodiments, it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus the necessary general hardware platform, but of course also by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. and a sending module 46, configured to determine whether to send a cleaning instruction to a first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, where the cleaning instruction is used to remind the first object to clean the refrigerator device.
The first object may be an object using the refrigerator device, or may be an object to which the refrigerator device is bound, or may be a person or a robot, which is not limited in the present application.
Through the device, the target parameter data acquired by the refrigerator equipment are acquired, wherein the target parameter data comprise: door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period, and the times and time for starting a sterilization function of the refrigerator equipment in the preset period; respectively determining a target weight value corresponding to the target parameter data according to the corresponding relation between the parameter data and the weight value; according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, whether a cleaning instruction is sent to a first object is determined, wherein the cleaning instruction is used for reminding the first object of cleaning the refrigerator equipment, and the technical problem that in the related art, a user is reminded of how to clean the refrigerator under the condition that the user cannot view the refrigerator at any time is solved, and then the user can be reminded of cleaning the refrigerator.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine, according to a correspondence between parameter data and weight values, a target weight value corresponding to the target parameter data, where the determining module includes: determining a first weight value corresponding to the door opening and closing data and a second weight value corresponding to the times and time according to the corresponding relation between the parameter data and the weight value, wherein the target weight value comprises the first weight value and the second weight value; determining whether to send a cleaning instruction to a first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, including: and calculating the sum of the first weight value and the second weight value as a first sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object under the condition that the first sum value is larger than a first preset threshold value.
It should be noted that, the first weight value is a positive weight value, which indicates that the number of times of opening and closing the refrigerator device has a positive effect on sending the cleaning instruction, that is, the more the number of times of opening and closing the door is, the greater the probability of sending the cleaning instruction is, and the second weight value is a negative weight value, which indicates that the number of times and time of opening the sterilizing function of the refrigerator device have a negative effect on sending the cleaning instruction, that is, the more the number of times of opening the sterilizing function is, the longer the opening time is, and the smaller the probability of sending the cleaning instruction is.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine, in the first correspondence, a weight value corresponding to the first door opening and closing data as a first weight value corresponding to the door opening and closing data, where the first correspondence is a correspondence between the door opening and closing data and the first weight value, when the correspondence includes the first correspondence and the first correspondence is matched with the first door opening and closing data corresponding to the door opening and closing data; and determining the sum of the weight values corresponding to the times data and the time data in the second corresponding relation as a second weight value corresponding to the times and the time when the corresponding relation comprises the second corresponding relation and the times data and the time data corresponding to the times and the time are matched in the second corresponding relation.

For example, in one embodiment, the number of times of opening and closing the door of the refrigerating chamber is 2 is obtained from the door opening and closing data of the refrigerator device in a preset period, the number of times of opening the sterilizing function of the refrigerating chamber is 2 is obtained from the number of times and time of opening the sterilizing function of the refrigerator device in the preset period, and the sterilizing times of the 2 times are 5 minutes and 3 minutes, respectively. It should be noted that the above environmental parameter data may be understood as a bacterial content of the refrigerator device and an air quality index inside the refrigerator device.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, the sending module is further configured to, when the target parameter data further includes image acquisition data of the refrigerator device, obtain a fourth weight value corresponding to the image acquisition data according to the correspondence; and calculating the sum of the fourth weight value, the first weight value and the second weight value as a third sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object under the condition that the third sum value is larger than a third preset threshold value.
In the method 2, a picture (corresponding to the image acquisition data) in the image acquisition area of the refrigerator may be acquired and identified, so as to obtain an identification result, and when it is determined from the identification result that the image acquisition area has a dirty area, and the dirty area is larger than a preset area, it is determined that a cleaning instruction is sent to the first object, and when it is determined from the identification result that the image acquisition area does not have a dirty area, it is determined that the cleaning instruction is not sent to the first object.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, the sending module is further configured to, when the target parameter data further includes smell collection data of the refrigerator device, obtain a fifth weight value corresponding to the smell collection data according to the correspondence; and calculating the sum of the fifth weight value, the first weight value and the second weight value as a fourth sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object under the condition that the fourth sum value is larger than a fourth preset threshold value.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, the sending module is further configured to, when the target parameter data further includes environmental parameter data of the refrigerator device, image acquisition data of the refrigerator device, and smell acquisition data of the refrigerator device, obtain a third weight value corresponding to the environmental parameter data, a fourth weight value corresponding to the image acquisition data, and a fifth weight value corresponding to the smell acquisition data according to the correspondence; calculating the sum of the third weight value, the fourth weight value, the fifth weight value, the first weight value and the second weight value as a fifth sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object when the fifth sum value is larger than a fifth preset threshold value.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the weight values corresponding to the different target parameter data have different weight coefficients, for example, when the parameter data includes door opening and closing data of the refrigerator device in a preset period, the number of times and time of opening and closing the sterilization function of the refrigerator device in the preset period, environmental parameter data of the refrigerator device, image acquisition data of the refrigerator device, and smell acquisition data of the refrigerator device, a first weight value corresponding to the door opening and closing data of the refrigerator device in the preset period corresponds to a first weight coefficient, a second weight value corresponding to the number of times and time of opening and closing the sterilization function of the refrigerator device in the preset period corresponds to a second weight coefficient, a third weight value corresponding to the environmental parameter data of the refrigerator device corresponds to a third weight coefficient, a fourth weight value corresponding to the image acquisition data of the refrigerator device corresponds to a fourth weight coefficient, a fifth weight value corresponding to the smell acquisition data of the refrigerator device corresponds to a fifth weight coefficient, and the first weight coefficient, the third weight coefficient, the fourth weight coefficient, and the fifth weight coefficient are the first weight coefficient, the fourth weight coefficient and the fifth weight coefficient.
Optionally, in an exemplary embodiment, the sending device of the cleaning instruction further includes a receiving module, configured to determine that the refrigerator device has been cleaned if it is determined that a cleaning result returned by the first object is received and the cleaning result is that cleaning is completed; determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the door opening maintaining time of the refrigerator equipment indicated by door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period is larger than a first preset value; determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the power-off maintaining time of the refrigerator equipment indicated by door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period is larger than a second preset value; under the condition that the bacterial content monitored by the refrigerator equipment is smaller than a third preset value, determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned; and under the condition that the air quality index monitored by the refrigerator equipment is larger than a preset air quality index, determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned.
In this embodiment, if the cleaning result returned by the first object is not received within the preset time period, or the door opening maintaining time of the refrigerator device indicated by the door opening and closing data of the refrigerator device within the preset period is smaller than a first preset value, or the power-off maintaining time of the refrigerator device indicated by the door opening and closing data of the refrigerator device within the preset period is smaller than a second preset value, or the bacterial content monitored by the refrigerator device is larger than a third preset value, or the air quality index monitored by the refrigerator device is smaller than a preset air quality index, it is determined that the refrigerator device does not complete cleaning, and a cleaning instruction is continuously sent to the first object.
It should be noted that, the second weight value, the third weight value, the fourth weight value, and the fifth weight value may be set corresponding to different types of doors of the refrigerator device, and the setting manner is similar to that of the first weight value, which is not repeated herein.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram (two) of a configuration of a transmission device of a cleaning instruction according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the above-mentioned apparatus for sending a cleaning instruction further includes a guiding module 52, configured to send cleaning instruction audio to the first object according to a cleaning policy corresponding to the cleaning instruction, so as to guide the first object to clean the refrigerator device according to the cleaning instruction audio, in a case where the cleaning instruction is determined to be sent to the first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value.
An embodiment of the present application also provides a storage medium including a stored program, wherein the program executes the method of any one of the above.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the above-described storage medium may be configured to store program code for performing the steps of:
s1, acquiring target parameter data acquired by refrigerator equipment, wherein the target parameter data comprises: door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period, and the times and time for starting a sterilization function of the refrigerator equipment in the preset period;
S2, respectively determining a target weight value corresponding to the target parameter data according to the corresponding relation between the parameter data and the weight value;
and S3, determining whether to send a cleaning instruction to a first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, wherein the cleaning instruction is used for reminding the first object of cleaning the refrigerator equipment.
An embodiment of the application also provides an electronic device comprising a memory having stored therein a computer program and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the method embodiments described above.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, where the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the above-described processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, acquiring target parameter data acquired by refrigerator equipment, wherein the target parameter data comprises: door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period, and the times and time for starting a sterilization function of the refrigerator equipment in the preset period;
S2, respectively determining a target weight value corresponding to the target parameter data according to the corresponding relation between the parameter data and the weight value;
and S3, determining whether to send a cleaning instruction to a first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, wherein the cleaning instruction is used for reminding the first object of cleaning the refrigerator equipment.

1. A method of sending a cleaning instruction, comprising:
acquiring target parameter data acquired by refrigerator equipment, wherein the target parameter data comprises: door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period, and the times and time for starting a sterilization function of the refrigerator equipment in the preset period;
respectively determining a target weight value corresponding to the target parameter data according to the corresponding relation between the parameter data and the weight value;
determining whether to send a cleaning instruction to a first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, wherein the cleaning instruction is used for reminding the first object of cleaning the refrigerator equipment;
the determining the target weight value corresponding to the target parameter data according to the corresponding relation between the parameter data and the weight value respectively includes:
determining a first weight value corresponding to the door opening and closing data and a second weight value corresponding to the times and time according to the corresponding relation between the parameter data and the weight value, wherein the target weight value comprises the first weight value and the second weight value;
Determining whether to send a cleaning instruction to a first object according to the target parameter data and the target weight value, including:
and calculating the sum of the first weight value and the second weight value as a first sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object under the condition that the first sum value is larger than a first preset threshold value.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining a first weight value corresponding to the door opening and closing data and a second weight value corresponding to the number of times and time according to a correspondence between parameter data and weight values, comprises:
when the corresponding relation comprises a first corresponding relation and the first corresponding relation is matched with first door opening and closing data corresponding to the door opening and closing data, determining a weight value corresponding to the first door opening and closing data in the first corresponding relation as a first weight value corresponding to the door opening and closing data, wherein the first corresponding relation is a corresponding relation between the door opening and closing data and the first weight value; and
and when the corresponding relation comprises a second corresponding relation and the frequency data and the time data corresponding to the frequency and the time are matched in the second corresponding relation, determining the sum of the weight values corresponding to the frequency data and the time data in the second corresponding relation as a second weight value corresponding to the frequency and the time.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining whether to transmit the cleaning instruction to the first object based on the target parameter data and the target weight value, comprises:
acquiring a third weight value corresponding to the environmental parameter data according to the corresponding relation under the condition that the target parameter data further comprises the environmental parameter data of the refrigerator equipment;
and calculating the sum of the third weight value, the first weight value and the second weight value as a second sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object under the condition that the second sum value is larger than a second preset threshold value.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining whether to transmit the cleaning instruction to the first object based on the target parameter data and the target weight value, comprises:
acquiring a fourth weight value corresponding to the image acquisition data according to the corresponding relation under the condition that the target parameter data further comprises the image acquisition data of the refrigerator equipment;
and calculating the sum of the fourth weight value, the first weight value and the second weight value as a third sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object under the condition that the third sum value is larger than a third preset threshold value.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining whether to transmit the cleaning instruction to the first object based on the target parameter data and the target weight value, comprises:
acquiring a fifth weight value corresponding to the smell acquisition data according to the corresponding relation under the condition that the target parameter data further comprises the smell acquisition data of the refrigerator equipment;
and calculating the sum of the fifth weight value, the first weight value and the second weight value as a fourth sum value, and determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object under the condition that the fourth sum value is larger than a fourth preset threshold value.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining to send the cleaning instruction to the first object based on the target parameter data and the target weight value, the method further comprises:
determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the cleaning result returned by the first object is received and the cleaning result is that the cleaning is completed;
determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the door opening maintaining time of the refrigerator equipment indicated by door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period is larger than a first preset value;
Determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned under the condition that the power-off maintaining time of the refrigerator equipment indicated by door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period is larger than a second preset value;
under the condition that the bacterial content monitored by the refrigerator equipment is smaller than a third preset value, determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned;
and under the condition that the air quality index monitored by the refrigerator equipment is larger than a preset air quality index, determining that the refrigerator equipment is cleaned.
7. A cleaning instruction transmitting apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring target parameter data acquired by the refrigerator equipment, wherein the target parameter data comprises: door opening and closing data of the refrigerator equipment in a preset period, and the times and time for starting a sterilization function of the refrigerator equipment in the preset period;
