Description

Refrigerator control method, refrigerator system and refrigerator
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of refrigerators, and more particularly, to a control method of a refrigerator having a temperature changing chamber, a refrigerator system, and a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a method and system for performing an upgrade switching of a control mode group of a temperature changing chamber of a refrigerator, and a refrigerator capable of performing the upgrade switching.
Background
In daily life, a refrigerator is an important electrical device, and generally has a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber, wherein the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is generally about 0-10 ℃, and the temperature of the freezing chamber is generally about-18-30 ℃. In recent years, with the development of intellectualization of refrigerators, functions of the refrigerators are not limited to refrigeration and freezing, and some refrigerators have temperature-changing chambers in which temperature, humidity, and the like can be adjusted in addition to a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber. The temperature changing chamber enables the functions of the refrigerator to be more abundant, for example, some temperature changing chambers of the refrigerator can switch among functions of micro-freezing, drying, fresh freezing and the like according to the requirements of users.

The controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 can control the actions of the first barrier 11, the first fan 12, the first heater 13, the second barrier 21, the second fan 22, and the second heater 23. Here, the operation of the first barrier 11 and the second barrier 21 includes not only the full opening or the full closing but also the opening at a predetermined opening degree. Similarly, the operations of the first fan 12 and the second fan 22 include not only turning on or off, but also a mode of operating at a predetermined ratio of the maximum rotational speed, and the operations of the first heater 13 and the second heater 23 include not only turning on or off, but also a mode of heating at a predetermined power.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the first baffle 11 and the first fan 12 are provided on the inner wall of the first heat-changing chamber 1, the first heater 13 is provided on the bottom surface of the first heat-changing chamber 1, the second baffle 21 and the second fan 22 are provided on the inner wall of the second heat-changing chamber 2, and the second heater 23 is provided on the bottom surface of the second heat-changing chamber 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the present invention may be appropriately provided as long as the functions of each baffle, fan, and heater can be realized. For example, the first fan 12 may be disposed above the first temperature changing chamber 1 so as to face the first heater 13, and the second fan 22 may be disposed above the second temperature changing chamber 2 so as to face the second heater 23.
Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the first heat-changing chamber 1. As shown in fig. 2, the first variable temperature chamber 1 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape (i.e., a drawer shape) having an opening at an upper side, and can be opened or closed independently of other compartments of the refrigerator 100. In fig. 2, the first baffle 11, the first fan 12, the first heater 13, and the like are not illustrated. The second variable temperature chamber 2 has the same structure as the first variable temperature chamber 1, and a description thereof will be omitted.
Fig. 3 is a schematic system block diagram of a controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 includes a microprocessor, a communication part, a storage part, a display part, a power management part, a first temperature changing chamber control part and a second temperature changing chamber control part connected to the microprocessor. The refrigerator 100 may be connected to the internet through a WiFi connection at the user's home by a communication part. That is, the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment has a network connection function. Accordingly, the refrigerator 100 can be connected to a function upgrade server (see fig. 4) storing a control mode group of the temperature varying compartment via a communication network to online upgrade the control mode groups of the first and second temperature varying compartments 1 and 2.
At the time of shipment of the refrigerator 100, the first and second heat-changing chambers 1 and 2 have basic functions, for example, 3 functions of micro-freezing, drying, and fresh-freezing, and a user can switch between these 3 basic functions as needed. That is, the first and second variable temperature chambers 1 and 2 of the refrigerator 100 can be operated based on a first control mode group including 3 control modes of micro-freezing, drying, and fresh-freezing.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of the refrigerator system of the present embodiment. Before or after the refrigerator 100 leaves the factory, a technical developer of the manufacturer develops a new control mode group of the first and second variable temperature chambers 1 and 2, which is a scalable function matched with the hardware configuration of the refrigerator 100, for different demands of users, for example, for individual conditions (e.g., life stages or life styles) of users. The control modes in the new control mode group may be different from the control modes in the existing control mode group, or only the parameters of the control modes in the existing control mode group may be corrected. After developing a new control pattern group, the technology developer transmits the new control pattern group to a function upgrade server (see fig. 4, hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as "server") through a management system (see fig. 4).
When a user wants to upgrade a function of the variable temperature chamber of the refrigerator 100, for example, a function upgrade request may be transmitted to a server through the refrigerator 100 connected to a communication network or a portable terminal (e.g., a smart phone or the like) which has been bound to the refrigerator 100 and connected to the communication network. For example, when a user selects "function upgrade" by operating a control panel of the refrigerator 100 or a display screen of a portable terminal (smart phone or the like), an upgradeable control mode group, which may include 1 control mode or a plurality of control modes, is displayed on the control panel or the display screen.
For example, the user can confirm the functions of the first temperature changing chamber 1 and the second temperature changing chamber 2 of the refrigerator 100 by operating an operation panel provided on the main body of the refrigerator 100 or a display screen of a portable terminal (smart phone or the like), select a temperature changing chamber to be subjected to a function update, confirm information (temperature, humidity, etc. in the chamber) of the second control mode group corresponding to the user's demand in the temperature changing chamber, and send a function update request to the server after the confirmation. For example, the user changes the setting of the personal status of the user based on the confirmation result, and selects the second control mode group corresponding to the changed personal status, thereby transmitting a request to the server to upgrade to the second control mode group.
After receiving the above-mentioned control mode group upgrade request, the server transmits an upgrade software package (control program) storing the second control mode group to the controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 through the communication network. The controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 switches the control mode group of the temperature varying compartment, which the user wants to upgrade, to the second control mode group after receiving the control program, so that the temperature varying compartment operates based on the second control mode group.
As described above, the user may have a need to upgrade the functions of the refrigerator variable temperature chamber due to a change in personal conditions such as a life stage or a life style. Examples of the life stage include a single body, a new married, a child-care, a parent-child-care, and an aged person. Examples of the lifestyle include health, child care, cooking, taste, and the like.
As an example, user requirements and corresponding techniques for different phases of life are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1
In addition, as an example, user requirements and corresponding techniques for different lifestyles are shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2
The refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment can adjust the temperature, humidity, and air circulation in the respective temperature change chambers by using the baffles, heaters, and fans provided in the first temperature change chamber 1 and the second temperature change chamber 2 by upgrading the control pattern group of the first temperature change chamber 1 and the second temperature change chamber 2, and thus the first temperature change chamber 1 and the second temperature change chamber 2 can operate based on the upgraded control pattern group, that is, have functions corresponding to the respective control patterns in the upgraded control pattern group.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of the variable temperature chamber of the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, before the control mode group upgrade (function upgrade) is performed, the temperature changing chamber of the refrigerator 100 is operated based on a first control mode group including at least one control mode set in advance (step S101). For example, as described above, when the refrigerator 100 is shipped, the first temperature changing chamber 1 and the second temperature changing chamber 2 each have 3 basic functions of slight freezing, drying, and fresh freezing, which are set in advance. That is, the user can operate based on the first control mode group including 3 control modes of micro-freezing, drying, fresh-freezing. Therefore, after the user purchases the refrigerator 100, the functions of the first and second heat varying chambers 1 and 2 can be switched between the above 3 basic functions.
For example, when the user switches the function of the first variable temperature chamber 1 to micro-freezing, the controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 causes the first variable temperature chamber control section to control the opening degree of the 1 st baffle 11, the rotation speed of the 1 st fan 12, the power of the 1 st heater 13, etc. of the first variable temperature chamber 1 based on the parameters set in the micro-freezing control mode in the first control mode group so that the temperature inside the first variable temperature chamber 1 reaches, for example, -3 ℃. After the micro-freezing function at the temperature of minus 3 ℃ is selected, the surface of the food can be only slightly frozen, the micro-frozen food does not need to be thawed, and the food is suitable for storing fresh foods such as fish, meat and the like. For example, when the user switches the function of the second variable temperature chamber 2 to dry, the controller module of the refrigerator 100 causes the second variable temperature chamber control section to control the opening degree of the 2 nd barrier 21, the rotation speed of the 2 nd fan 22, the power of the 2 nd heater 23, and the like of the second variable temperature chamber 2 based on the parameters set in the drying control mode in the first control mode group so that the temperature in the second variable temperature chamber 2 reaches, for example, -1 ℃ to 4 ℃ and the humidity reaches, for example, 20% rh. After the drying function is selected, the second temperature changing chamber 2 becomes a drying chamber and is suitable for storing dried seafood, tea, dried food, coarse cereals and the like.
When a user makes a new demand for a function of the variable temperature chamber so as to want to upgrade the control mode group of the first variable temperature chamber 1 or the second variable temperature chamber 2 of the refrigerator 100 to the second control mode group, a function upgrade request may be transmitted to the server through a terminal device (refrigerator main body or smart phone) via a communication network. After receiving the function upgrade request transmitted by the user, the server transmits the control program corresponding to the second control mode group to the controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 via the communication network (step S102).
For example, after the user enters the new-use stage from the individual state, there are demands for cosmetic preservation, fruit ripening, thawing, etc., and after the user has had a child and thus entered the child-care stage, there are demands for breast milk/milk powder preservation, broken milk food preservation, etc., and when the user has generated a new functional demand due to a change in the individual condition, a request for an upgrade to the second control mode group can be sent to the server by changing the setting of the individual condition. The server, upon receiving the upgrade request, transmits a control program (upgrade package) including a control program corresponding to the second control mode group to the controller component of the refrigerator 100. When the user sends the upgrade request, the user can freely select each control mode (function) in the second control mode group, for example, 3 control modes including cosmetic preservation, fruit ripening and thawing are included in the control mode group corresponding to the new marriage stage, and the user can select at least 1 control mode in the 3 control modes in the control mode group, and the server sends different upgrade packages to the refrigerator 100 according to the control mode selected by the user. In the event that the user needs to pay for the upgrade of the functionality, the cost paid will also vary depending on the upgrade functionality selected.
When the updated second control mode group is normally operable (yes in step S103), the controller module of the refrigerator 100 switches the control mode group of the temperature changing compartment to be updated from the first control mode group to the second control mode group, thereby operating the temperature changing compartment to be updated based on the updated second control mode group (step S104), and the updating process is ended.
If the updated second control mode group is not able to operate normally (no in step S103), the controller module of the refrigerator 100 switches the control mode group of the temperature changing compartment to be updated from the second control mode group to the first control mode group, thereby operating the temperature changing compartment based on the first control mode group before the update (step S105), and transmits a report of update failure to the server (step S106), and the update process is ended. After receiving the report of the upgrade failure, the server transmits the report to a management system (see fig. 4) of the manufacturer, a technical developer analyzes the reason of the upgrade failure, and transmits the analysis result to the refrigerator 100 and the portable terminal bound with the refrigerator 100 through the server.
In order to ensure that the variable temperature compartment of the refrigerator 100 can operate in the control mode group before the upgrade when the control mode group upgrade fails, the storage part of the controller assembly of the refrigerator 100 has a structure shown in fig. 6. As shown in fig. 6, the memory portion of the controller assembly has, in addition to the internal EEPROM, a first ROM for storing a first control pattern group before upgrading and a second ROM for storing a second control pattern group after upgrading. Compared with a mode with only 1 ROM, under the condition of failure in upgrading, the temperature changing chamber can normally operate in the first control mode group before upgrading, so that the condition that the temperature changing chamber cannot operate due to failure in upgrading is avoided. This is particularly important in the case of upgrades to a completely new control mode set.
However, when the control mode is not updated to the completely new control mode group, but only the parameters of the control mode in the existing control mode group are corrected, the memory unit of the controller unit of the refrigerator 100 may have only 1 ROM in addition to the internal EEPROM. That is, the structure shown in fig. 7 may be employed. As shown in fig. 7, the storage portion of the controller assembly has only a first ROM for storing a first control pattern group of the variable temperature chamber of the refrigerator 100, in addition to the internal EEPROM. In this case, in step S102, the control program corresponding to the second control mode group is used only for correcting the parameters of the control modes in the first control mode group.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a function upgrade of the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment by a mobile phone application (mobile phone APP).
Suppose that the user is married in 2021 and purchases the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment for this purpose. When the user purchases the refrigerator 100, the first and second heat-changing chambers 1 and 2 of the refrigerator 100 have the above 3 basic functions set in advance at the time of shipment. After the user purchases the refrigerator 100, the user installs the refrigerator management APP on his smart phone and binds with the purchased refrigerator 100. Thus, the user can upgrade the temperature change chambers (here, the left temperature change chamber and the right temperature change chamber) of the refrigerator 100 using the refrigerator management APP on his own smart phone.
As the life phase of the user changes from a single to a new one, the refrigerator 100 is required to have functions of the "new one" phase, i.e., cosmetic preservation, fruit ripening, and thawing, in addition to the above-mentioned basic functions.
At this time, as shown in fig. 8, the user may open the refrigerator management APP installed on the smart phone, and perform a function upgrading operation on the display screen of the smart phone. As shown in fig. 8, in the screen of the my refrigerator, functions currently possessed by the refrigerator 100 are displayed below the refrigerator icon, including 3 basic functions of micro-freezing, drying, and fresh-freezing possessed by the temperature change chamber of the refrigerator 100 (left indicates a left temperature change chamber). After clicking "function upgrade" below the screen, a function upgrade screen is popped up, a compartment to be upgraded (here, a left temperature change compartment or a right temperature change compartment) is selected in the function upgrade screen, and after the user selects "left temperature change compartment" and clicks "confirm", a mode selection screen is popped up, where the user can select "life stage" or "life style". When the user clicks "life stage", a screen displaying different life stages is popped up, as shown in fig. 8, 4 life stages of new-born, child-born, parent and aged are available, a list of upgradeable functions of the stage is displayed in each life stage, and clicking "know more" located at the upper right of the list pops up a display screen of detailed description of each function, specifically, lists temperature, humidity, applicable items, etc. of each function. After the user selects the life stage of "new marriage" and clicks on "confirm", the order screen is entered, and information of functions to be ordered by the user, available purchase manners (e.g., 7-day free experience, 1 month, 3 months, 12 months, etc.), available payment manners (e.g., weChat payment, payment of treasures, other payments, etc.), and the like are displayed. When the user makes corresponding selection and clicks 'confirm payment', the user can enter a payment picture, and after the payment is completed, the refrigerator management APP sends an upgrading request to the server. After receiving the function upgrade request, the server transmits a new control mode group from the server to the refrigerator 100 in the manner described above to upgrade the function of the left heat varying compartment of the refrigerator 100. After the upgrade is successful, all functions of the refrigerator 100 are displayed below the refrigerator icon in the screen of the my refrigerator, wherein the functions of the left heat-changing room (functions with (left)) have been switched from the above 3 basic functions to the upgraded 3 functions. That is, the control mode group of the left heat-changing compartment of the refrigerator 100 has been updated from the first control mode group including 3 control modes of micro-freezing, drying, fresh-freezing to the second control mode group including 3 control modes of cosmetic preservation, fruit ripening, thawing.
When the user wants to switch the second control mode group to the first control mode group before upgrading in the lifetime of the second control mode group after upgrading, for example, the user may click on "function setting" in fig. 8, select a corresponding temperature changing chamber, and switch the control mode group of the temperature changing chamber to the first control mode group.
Fig. 8 shows an example in which all functions of a certain life stage are selected as a whole. I.e. when a certain life stage is selected, all functions of that stage are selected. But is not limited thereto and may be designed to be individually selectable for a plurality of functions that each life stage has.
In addition to functionally upgrading the left or right temperature change chamber of the refrigerator 100 by selecting a "life stage" to order the corresponding upgradeable function, the user can also functionally upgrade the left or right temperature change chamber of the refrigerator 100 by selecting a "life style".
The successfully upgraded temperature change chamber can operate based on the upgraded control mode group, thereby providing upgraded functions.
By adopting the method and the device, the control mode group of the temperature changing chamber of the refrigerator can be updated and switched according to the requirements of the user (for example, according to the personal conditions such as the life stage or the life style of the user) without increasing the hardware of the refrigerator, so that the personalized requirements of the user are met.
The control method of the refrigerator, the refrigerator system and the refrigerator of the present invention are described above, but the present invention can be applied not only to a refrigerator but also to other temperature control devices such as a refrigerator.
The embodiment having 2 temperature change chambers has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this, and may have 3 or more temperature change chambers, or may have only 1 temperature change chamber.

For example, the first control mode group may include 3 control modes of micro-freezing, drying, and fresh-freezing, and the second control mode group may include 3 control modes of micro-freezing, cosmetic preservation, and fruit ripening. Alternatively, the first control mode group may include 3 control modes of micro-freezing, drying and fresh freezing, and the second control mode group may include 3 control modes of micro-freezing, drying and fruit ripening.
The first temperature changing chamber and the second temperature changing chamber are the same in structure, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the positions of the baffle, the heater, and the fan may be different in the first temperature changing chamber and the second temperature changing chamber, and at least one of the first temperature changing chamber and the second temperature changing chamber may further have a humidifying member for adjusting humidity.
In the above description, the life stage and the life style are exemplified as the personal condition of the user, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other personal conditions may be used.
The example of the user performing the order of the upgrade function by the operation of the mobile phone APP has been described above, but is not limited thereto. The user may perform the upgrade function order by operating the operation panel of the refrigerator 100, or may perform the upgrade function order by operating the operation panel of the manufacturer.
The invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments, but it will be understood that the invention is not limited in any way by the above description. Modifications and variations of the invention may be made as desired by those skilled in the art without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope of the invention.
