After the device is used, an operator can press the fifth control switch 95 again, the fifth control switch 95 sends a signal, the control module controls the second electric slide rail 142 to shorten the telescopic shaft thereon for resetting, the slide block 143 drives the circular support rod 144 to slide upwards for resetting, the circular support rod 144 is separated from the first hinge plate 131, the operator can pull the support rod 134 to fold upwards, so that the first hinge plate 131, the fixing ring 132, the first electric slide rail 133, the universal ball 135 and the support block 136 are reset, when the first hinge plate 131 is separated from the sixth control switch 96, the sixth control switch 96 sends a signal, the control module receives the signal and then works the control motor 161, meanwhile, the control module energizes the three electromagnets 153, the motor 161 reversely rotates the output shaft thereon to loosen the pull rope 163, and the protection cloth 164 and the connecting ring 165 expand downwards for resetting under the self gravity of the protection cloth 164 and the connecting ring 165, thus, under the shielding effect of the protection plate 162 and the protection cloth 164, the motor 161 and the LCD display 9 can be dustproof, rainproof and sunscreen, the operator can fold the second hinge plate 152 upwards for resetting, and the second hinge plate 152 is fixed under the magnetic action of the electrified electromagnet 153.
