Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for installing a three-dimensionally adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system, the method comprising:
step one; welding an aluminum alloy frame 2, and connecting the aluminum alloy frame 2 and the UHPC plate 4 into a whole through a second three-dimensional adjusting device 3;
step two; mounting a first three-dimensional adjusting device 1 on an aluminum alloy frame 2;
step three; embedding a hanging support on a main body structure to be installed;
step four; transporting the integrated whole of the aluminum alloy frame 2 and the UHPC plate 4 to a floor needing to be installed, and hanging the first three-dimensional adjusting device 1 on the hanging support after being lifted by a lifting device;
step five; and adjusting the first three-dimensional adjusting device 1 and the second three-dimensional adjusting device 3 to enable the whole integrated body of the aluminum alloy frame 2 and the UHPC plate 4 to be consistent with the placed control line, and finishing installation.
In addition, the UHPC plate is mostly formed by stacking, temperature change, thermal expansion and contraction, aggregate solidification deformation and other indelible tolerances exist in the processing process, once construction cannot be adjusted and absorbed, the installation flatness and the installation quality of the UHPC curtain wall are obviously affected, so in order to solve the problem, an insulating layer is filled between the aluminum alloy frame 2 and the UHPC plate 4, and the aluminum alloy plate 21 in the aluminum alloy frame 2 is blocked.

1. A three-dimensionally adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system, comprising:
a first three-dimensional adjusting device (1) arranged on the installation surface;
the first three-dimensional adjustment device (1) comprises: a connecting support piece (11) locked on the mounting surface; the supporting plate (12) is fixed to the top of the connecting supporting piece (11), and an inner ring groove (121) is formed in the supporting plate (12); a gasket (13) which is pressed against the top of the supporting plate (12), and a locking piece (14) which penetrates through the gasket (13), the supporting plate (12) and the connecting supporting piece (11); the clamping piece (15) is connected to one end, far away from the connecting support piece (11), of the supporting plate (12); a matching piece (16) clamped above the clamping piece (15), and a jackscrew (17) connected to the top of the matching piece (16);
the aluminum alloy frame (2) is clamped with the fitting piece (16), and the jackscrew (17) is positioned in the aluminum alloy frame (2);
and the second three-dimensional adjusting device (3) is L-shaped, the second three-dimensional adjusting device (3) comprises an X-axis adjusting component (31) and a Y-axis adjusting component (32), the Y-axis adjusting component (32) is connected to the aluminum alloy frame (2), the X-axis adjusting component (31) is connected to the UHPC plate (4), and the UHPC plate (4) is connected with the X-axis adjusting component (31) through a Z-axis positioning device (33).

The three-dimensional adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system according to claim 1, characterized in that the X-axis adjusting component (31) comprises a first tooth planing plate (311) tightly attached to the UHPC plate (4), a first tooth planing gasket (312) engaged on the first tooth planing plate (311), a first long groove (313) arranged in the first tooth planing plate (311), and a first locking bolt (314) penetrating through the first tooth planing gasket (312), the first tooth planing plate (311) and locked on the UHPC plate (4).
3. The three-dimensionally adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system according to claim 2, wherein the Y-axis adjusting assembly (32) comprises a second tooth planing plate (321) tightly attached to the aluminum alloy frame (2), a second tooth planing gasket (322) engaged with the second tooth planing plate (321), a second elongated slot (323) formed in the second tooth planing plate (321), and a second locking bolt (324) penetrating through the second tooth planing gasket (322) and the second tooth planing plate (321) and locked on the aluminum alloy frame (2), wherein the second elongated slot (323) is perpendicular to the axis of the first elongated slot (313), one end of the slot length of the second elongated slot (323) is parallel to a vertical line, and one end of the slot length of the first elongated slot (313) is perpendicular to the vertical line.

The UHPC curtain wall unit system capable of realizing three-dimensional adjustment and assembly according to claim 1, wherein the supporting plate (12) is an inclined toothed plate, and one surface of the gasket (13) matched with the toothed plate is provided with sawteeth matched with the toothed plate.

The three-dimensional adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system of claim 1, characterized in that, the aluminum alloy frame (2) comprises two aluminum alloy plates (21), the left end of the aluminum alloy plate (21) on the left side is connected with a first female frame (22), the right end of the aluminum alloy plate (21) on the right side is connected with a first male frame (23), two aluminum alloy plates (21) are connected through a middle vertical frame (24), and the upper and lower ends of the aluminum alloy plate (21) are respectively provided with a second male frame (25) and a second female frame (26).

The three-dimensional adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system according to the claim 5, characterized in that the aluminum alloy plate (21) is provided with a hoop (27) near the first three-dimensional adjusting device (1), the fitting piece (16) is slidingly clamped in the hoop (27), and the jackscrew (17) is positioned at the inner side of the hoop (27).
7. The three-dimensional adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system of claim 5, wherein an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber strip is filled between the aluminum alloy plate (21) and the aluminum alloy plate (21).

The three-dimensionally adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping member (15) comprises an extending part (151) connected with the supporting plate (12), a clamping part (152) which is connected with the extending part (151) and is L-shaped, an inverted bending part (153) which is bent from the top of the clamping part (152) towards the direction of the supporting plate (12), a sliding groove (161) is inwards recessed at the bottom of the matching piece (16), the clamping part (152) and the inverted bending part (153) are slidably matched in the sliding groove (161), and a limiting bolt which abuts against the clamping part (152) and is positioned below the inverted bending part (153) is arranged inside the matching piece (16).
9. A method for installing a three-dimensionally adjustable assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system according to any of claims 1-8, wherein the method comprises:
step one; welding an aluminum alloy frame (2), and connecting the aluminum alloy frame (2) and the UHPC plate (4) into a whole through a second three-dimensional adjusting device (3);
step two; mounting a first three-dimensional adjusting device (1) on an aluminum alloy frame (2);
step three; embedding a hanging support on a main body structure to be installed;
step four; the integral body of the aluminum alloy frame (2) and the UHPC plate (4) is transported to a floor needing to be installed, and the first three-dimensional adjusting device (1) is hung on the hanging support after being hoisted by a hoisting device;
step five; and adjusting the first three-dimensional adjusting device (1) and the second three-dimensional adjusting device (3) to enable the whole integrated aluminum alloy frame (2) and the UHPC plate (4) to be consistent with the placed control line, and finishing installation.
10. The assembled UHPC curtain wall unit system capable of being adjusted in three dimensions as claimed in claim 9, wherein in the step one, the system further comprises:
and an insulating layer is filled between the aluminum alloy frame (2) and the UHPC plate (4), and the aluminum alloy plate (21) in the aluminum alloy frame (2) is blocked.
