The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a hot air circulation heating device and a temperature raising machine, which solve the problems that the heating effect of an asphalt pavement is influenced due to inconsistent gap between an air outlet net surface and the ground and overlarge gap caused by serious deformation of the heating device in the current in-situ heat regeneration construction.
In order to achieve the above purpose/solve the above technical problems, the present invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a hot air circulation heating device comprises a main heating wall and an auxiliary heating wall arranged on the side surface of the main heating wall;
the main heating walls comprise a first main heating wall and a second main heating wall; a gap is formed between the first main heating wall and the second main heating wall; an adapter used for rotating is connected between the first main heating wall and the second main heating wall;

as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of first connecting seats 1011 are welded to the rear side of the top of the first main heating wall 101, a plurality of second connecting seats 1021 are welded to the front side of the top of the second main heating wall 102, the number of the second connecting seats 1021 corresponds to the number of the first connecting seats 1011, the first connecting seats 1011 and the second connecting seats 1021 are L-shaped, the first connecting seats 1011 and the second connecting seats 1021 are symmetrical with respect to a gap, and the first connecting seats 1011 and the second connecting seats 1021 are fastened together by bolts; an adjusting pad 4 is inserted between the first connecting seat 1011 and the second connecting seat 1021, the number of the inserted adjusting pads 4 can be increased, so that the first connecting seat 1011 and the second connecting seat 1021 rotate around the adapter seat 3 at the bottom and arch upwards, the angle between the bottom of the first connecting seat 1011 and the bottom of the second connecting seat 1021 is alpha, the angle alpha is smaller than 180 degrees and is reduced along with the increase of the number of the inserted adjusting pads 4, the bottom surfaces of the first main heating wall 101 and the second main heating wall 102 are heated and expanded in a heating state, the bottom surfaces of the first main heating wall 101 and the second main heating wall 102 are flat in a heat balance state, the included angle alpha is equal to 180 degrees, thereby achieving the effect of inverse deformation, the first main heating wall 101 and the second main heating wall 102 are hinged with the upper adjusting pad 4 through the lower part, and an upward arch degree is formed between the first main heating wall 101 and the second main heating wall 102 in an unheated state, the bottom of the heating net is in a thermal equilibrium state, the thermal expansion extends to be coplanar, the gap between the whole heating net surface and the ground is consistent, and the hot air heating effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 7, temperature raising cavities 5 are formed in the bottom of the first main heating wall 101 and the bottom of the second main heating wall 102, the temperature raising cavities 5 are trapezoidal, the shape of the milled asphalt mixture pile is trapezoidal, the height and the width of the trapezoidal temperature raising cavity 5 are matched with those of the trapezoidal temperature raising cavity 5, and the asphalt mixture is completely located in the trapezoidal temperature raising cavity 5 in the operation process; the inner top wall of the temperature raising cavity 5 is fixedly connected with a plurality of rows of turning devices 6 distributed in a stepped manner, two adjacent rows of turning devices 6 are distributed in a staggered manner, the heights of the turning devices 6 in the temperature raising cavity 5 of the first main heating wall 101 from the ground are from low to high, namely the depths of the turning devices 6 inserted into the ground and stacked with the asphalt mixture are changed from deep to shallow; the height of the scarifier 6 on the second main heating wall 102 from the ground is from high to low, namely the depth of the scarifier 6 inserted into the ground to pile up the asphalt mixture is changed from shallow to deep, so that the temperature of the asphalt mixture inside and outside is simultaneously raised, the height difference between an asphalt material pile and the original pavement is effectively overcome, good effects of temperature raising of reclaimed materials and thermal connection of the pavement are achieved, the temperature raising capability of the asphalt mixture is not lower than 40 ℃, and the thermal connection temperature of the pavement is not lower than 120 ℃.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the sub-heating wall 2 includes two first sub-heating walls 201 and two second sub-heating walls 202 for road surface thermal connection heating; the two first auxiliary heating walls 201 are hinged to the left side and the right side of the first main heating wall 101 respectively, and the front surfaces of the first auxiliary heating wall 201 and the first main heating wall 101 are provided with latches for fastening the two; the two second auxiliary heating walls 202 are hinged to the left and right sides of the second main heating wall 102, and the back sides of the second auxiliary heating walls 202 and the second main heating wall 102 are provided with latches for fastening the two.

The heated air circulation heating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first main heating wall and the second main heating wall are provided with temperature raising cavities respectively at the side where the first main heating wall is viewed from the ground and the side where the second main heating wall is viewed from the ground.
7. The heated air circulation heating apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature raising cavity is trapezoidal.
8. The heated air circulation heating apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature raising cavity is provided with a plurality of rows of turners distributed in a stepped manner, and two adjacent rows of turners are distributed in a staggered manner.
9. The heated air circulation heating apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the height of the said scarifier from the ground on the first main heating wall is from low to high; the height of the scarifier on the second main heating wall from the ground is from high to low.
