Description

Environment-friendly oil-resistant high-strength NBR rubber sheet and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber plates, in particular to an environment-friendly oil-resistant high-strength NBR rubber plate and a preparation method thereof.

The rubber industry is one of the important basic industries of national economy, not only provides daily and medical light industrial rubber products which are indispensable to daily life for people, but also provides various rubber production equipment or rubber parts for heavy industries such as mining, traffic, building, machinery, electronics and emerging industries. For example, chinese patent CN110223862B discloses a safety carpet and a production process thereof, rubber is used as a protective layer of the safety carpet, and for example, chinese patent CN204307823U discloses a wear-resistant rubber sieve plate, and rubber is made into a wear-resistant sieve plate.
When the rubber plate in the prior art is used as the main material of the safety carpet, the operation area of large-scale stamping mechanical equipment with severe operation environment is concentrated in the application scene of the safety carpet in the industrial field, so that the rubber main material has higher characteristics in the aspects of strength, wear resistance, oil resistance and the like, the service life and the functional sensitivity of the safety carpet under different working conditions can be furthest improved, and the overall product performance of the safety carpet is further improved.
Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), a rubber, is a copolymer polymerized from acrylonitrile and butadiene monomers and is mainly produced by a low-temperature emulsion polymerization method. The nitrile rubber can be used in air at 120 ℃ or oil at 150 ℃ for a long time, and in addition, because the nitrile rubber also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding performance, the nitrile rubber is widely used for manufacturing various oil-resistant rubber products, various oil-resistant gaskets, sleeves, flexible packages, flexible rubber tubes, printing and dyeing rubber rollers, cable rubber materials and the like.
For example, chinese patent CN105153499B discloses a preparation method of NBR/MXDP high temperature resistant and high wear resistant rubber material, through the addition of ternary nylon, the tensile strength and wear resistance of vulcanized rubber can be greatly improved, an anti-aging agent adopts NAPM, and the anti-aging performance of vulcanized rubber is obviously improved, but Chinese patent CN105153499B takes carbon black as a reinforcing agent, has large processing pollution, serious pollution of processing places, difficult cleaning, long mixing time in the mixing process and large energy consumption.
Also, for example, chinese patent CN103724731B discloses an NBR rubber sealing member material for garbage disposers and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the following specific components in parts by weight: 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 1 to 1.5 parts of plasticizer, 5 parts of activator, 2 to 5 parts of antioxidant, 20 to 35 parts of carbon black, 10 to 18 parts of softening plasticizer, 2.25 to 2.5 parts of accelerator and 2.71 parts of vulcanizing agent; however, the antioxidant in CN103724731B is directly mixed and kneaded, which causes migration and uneven distribution of the antioxidant, thus affecting the vulcanization efficiency and the properties of the final rubber.
