Abstract
本发明涉及含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法及应用,属于药肥制备技术领域,该药肥颗粒剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:第一步、按重量百分比称取原料;第二步、将农药复配混合物和助剂混合,然后加入去离子水,制得混合液;第三步、将制得的混合液和肥料混合,然后加入填料和粘结剂,混合均匀后用挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后得到含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂;将制得的粘结剂加入药肥中,将药肥中各组分结合起来,形成保护,在使用过程中可以减少药肥的损失,并且延长药肥的持效期,从而减少农药的用量和施药次数,减轻环境压力,也降低了种植户的成本,在甘蔗虫害防治领域具有良好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于药肥制备技术领域,具体地,涉及含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法及应用。
背景技术
甘蔗蔗螟俗称钻心虫,主要分布在广东、广西、云南、贵州、海南等省蔗区,种类包括条螟、二点螟、黄螟、白螟、大螟、台湾稻螟等。甘蔗螟虫年发生多世代,经常几种螟虫同时发生,且繁殖力强,隐蔽性强,世代重叠,各地发生情况差异较大,生产上防治难度较大,其在整个甘蔗生长期均有危害,苗期为害生长点造成枯心苗;生长中后期钻蛀为害蔗茎,破坏蔗茎组织,妨碍甘蔗生长,降低产量和糖分,引起风折。
多年来用于防治蔗螟药剂大多是一些高毒、高残留农药,给环境水土造成严重污染,对人畜和天敌造成伤害。这些化学药剂的不合理使用导致3R问题越来越突出,非常不利于甘蔗的安全生产。市场上针对甘蔗的杀虫药剂仍存在“毒性较大、残留严重、药效不稳定、伤害生物天敌、登记作物非甘蔗”等问题。因此,开展对相关问题的研究,研发、生产和推广更先进、更稳定的相关产品,对甘蔗安全、高效、稳定生产具有非常重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法及应用。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步、按重量百分比称取如下原料:农药复配混合物3.01-6%,去离子水5-15%、助剂5-10%、肥料20-40%、填料10-20%,余量为粘结剂;
第二步、将农药复配混合物和助剂混合,然后加入去离子水,制得混合液;
第三步、将制得的混合液和肥料混合,然后加入填料和粘结剂,混合均匀后用挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后得到含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂。其中,挤压造粒机为螺杆挤压造粒机,干燥方式为流化床干燥或转筒干燥。
粘结剂通过如下步骤制备:
将添加剂和四氢呋喃混合,然后加入黄原胶,在室温条件下,搅拌1.5-2h,然后在66℃条件下,加入浓硫酸,加热回流反应25h,反应结束后,过滤除去四氢呋喃,然后将剩余物和体积分数90%的乙醇水溶液混合,醇沉、离心,弃去上清液,在40℃真空干燥至3h,得到粘结剂。
进一步地,添加剂和黄原胶的用量质量比为1.2-1.4:3;四氢呋喃作为溶剂;添加剂和浓硫酸的用量质量比为5:1;浓硫酸的质量分数为95%。
进一步地,添加剂通过如下步骤制备:
步骤S11、将三聚氯氰和丙酮混合,在0℃条件下搅拌10min,然后加入2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和氢氧化钠水溶液,加完后,保持温度不变,继续搅拌反应8h,反应结束后,减压抽滤,滤饼依次用乙醇、蒸馏水、乙醇洗涤,洗涤结束后,在40℃真空条件下干燥至恒重,得到中间体1;其中,三聚氯氰、丙酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和氢氧化钠水溶液的用量比为1.8g:35mL:1g:20mL;氢氧化钠水溶液为氢氧化钠和去离子水按照用量比0.6g:5mL混合而成;
反应过程如下所示:
步骤S12、在温度为0℃条件下,将中间体1和丙酮混合,然后加入7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素溶液,加完后用质量分数10%的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为6,保持温度不变,搅拌反应至pH值不变,反应结束后,经抽滤、洗涤得到中间体2;其中,7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素溶液为7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺按照用量比0.025mol:20mL混合而成;中间体1、丙酮和7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素溶液的用量比为9g:40mL:20mL;
反应过程如下所示:
步骤S13、向中间体2中加入四氢呋喃,然后加入氯化锌,加完后滴加间苯二酚溶液然后在70℃条件下加热回流反应8h,反应结束后,加入蒸馏水静置24h,然后减压浓缩除去溶剂,得到中间体3;其中,间苯二酚溶液为间苯二酚和四氢呋喃按照用量比0.7g:20mL混合而成;中间体2、四氢呋喃、氯化锌和间苯二酚溶液的用量比为5g:50mL:1.4g:1.1g;
反应过程如下所示:
步骤S14、将中间体3、无水碳酸钾和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,升温至70℃,然后加入溴代丙二酸二乙酯溶液,加完后保持温度不变,继续反应4h,反应结束后,进行后处理:减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用去离子水溶解,加入质量分数36%的盐酸水溶液,进行水解,加热回流4h,回流结束后,降温至室温,加入甲苯和蒸馏水搅拌、分液,有机相减压浓缩得到添加剂;其中,溴代丙二酸二乙酯溶液为溴代丙二酸二乙酯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺按照用量比0.02mol:10mL混合而成;中间体3、无水碳酸钾、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、溴代丙二酸二乙酯溶液的用量比为2g:0.48g:20mL:1g。
反应过程如下所示:
进一步地,农药复配混合物为氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺按照质量比1-15:1-15混合。
进一步地,肥料为无机养分和有机质按照质量比1:1.2混合而成;无机养分为硫酸铵、氯化铵、磷酸二氢铵、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢钾、氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾或柠檬酸钾中的至少一种;有机质为甘蔗滤泥、腐熟鸡粪、黄腐酸中的至少一种。
进一步地,助剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钙和木质素磺酸钠中的一种。
进一步地,填料为高岭土、凹凸棒土和白炭黑中的一种。
进一步地,含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂在防治甘蔗虫害上的应用。
本发明的有益效果:
呋虫胺为烟碱乙酰胆碱受体激动剂,它不仅具有触杀、胃毒作用,还具有卓越的内吸、渗透作用,能被植物的根部和茎叶迅速吸收,并向上传导,速效高,持效长,杀虫谱广。氯虫苯甲酰胺的作用机理是激活害虫的鱼尼丁受体,释放细胞内贮存的钙离子,引起肌肉调节衰弱、麻痹直至最后害虫死亡。胃毒为主,兼具触杀。呋虫胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺的作用机理不同,两者混配后表现为增效作用,在本发明中制得的药肥颗粒剂药效持久,使用时可以减少使用剂量,使得农药残留量低,农产品更加安全。
本发明制得的粘结剂为添加剂和黄原胶进行酯化反应制得,其中黄原胶在分子间和分子内可通过氢键等作用力形成螺旋和多重螺旋刚性结构,具有增稠、耐温、耐酸碱等稳定性质,而制得的添加剂中具有抗氧化和抗紫外的结构,然后通过引入可以与黄原胶反应的羧基,将添加剂和黄原胶结合在一起,然后将制得的粘结剂加入药肥中,将药肥中各组分结合起来,形成保护,在使用过程中可以减少药肥的损失,并且延长药肥的持效期,从而减少农药的用量和施药次数,减轻环境压力,也降低了种植户的成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
制备添加剂:
步骤S11、将三聚氯氰和丙酮混合,在0℃条件下搅拌10min,然后加入2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和氢氧化钠水溶液,加完后,保持温度不变,继续搅拌反应8h,反应结束后,减压抽滤,滤饼依次用乙醇、蒸馏水、乙醇洗涤,洗涤结束后,在40℃真空条件下干燥至恒重,得到中间体1;其中,三聚氯氰、丙酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和氢氧化钠水溶液的用量比为1.8g:35mL:1g:20mL;氢氧化钠水溶液为氢氧化钠和去离子水按照用量比0.6g:5mL混合而成;
步骤S12、在温度为0℃条件下,将中间体1和丙酮混合,然后加入7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素溶液,加完后用质量分数10%的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为6,保持温度不变,搅拌反应至pH值不变,反应结束后,经抽滤、洗涤得到中间体2;其中,7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素溶液为7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺按照用量比0.025mol:20mL混合而成;中间体1、丙酮和7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素溶液的用量比为9g:40mL:20mL;
步骤S13、向中间体2中加入四氢呋喃,然后加入氯化锌,加完后滴加间苯二酚溶液然后在70℃条件下加热回流反应8h,反应结束后,加入蒸馏水静置24h,然后减压浓缩除去溶剂,得到中间体3;其中,间苯二酚溶液为间苯二酚和四氢呋喃按照用量比0.7g:20mL混合而成;中间体2、四氢呋喃、氯化锌和间苯二酚溶液的用量比为5g:50mL:1.4g:1.1g;
步骤S14、将中间体3、无水碳酸钾和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,升温至70℃,然后加入溴代丙二酸二乙酯溶液,加完后保持温度不变,继续反应4h,反应结束后,进行后处理:减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用去离子水溶解,加入质量分数36%的盐酸水溶液,进行水解,加热回流4h,回流结束后,降温至室温,加入甲苯和蒸馏水搅拌、分液,有机相减压浓缩得到添加剂;其中,溴代丙二酸二乙酯溶液为溴代丙二酸二乙酯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺按照用量比0.02mol:10mL混合而成;中间体3、无水碳酸钾、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、溴代丙二酸二乙酯溶液的用量比为2g:0.48g:20mL:1g。
实施例2
制备粘结剂:
将添加剂和四氢呋喃混合,然后加入黄原胶,在室温条件下,搅拌1.5h,然后在66℃条件下,加入浓硫酸,加热回流反应25h,反应结束后,过滤除去四氢呋喃,然后将剩余物和体积分数90%的乙醇水溶液混合,醇沉、离心,弃去上清液,在40℃真空干燥至3h,得到粘结剂。
其中,添加剂和黄原胶的用量质量比为1.2:3;四氢呋喃作为溶剂;添加剂和浓硫酸的用量质量比为5:1;浓硫酸的质量分数为95%;添加剂为实施例1制得的。
实施例3
制备粘结剂:
将添加剂和四氢呋喃混合,然后加入黄原胶,在室温条件下,搅拌2h,然后在66℃条件下,加入浓硫酸,加热回流反应25h,反应结束后,过滤除去四氢呋喃,然后将剩余物和体积分数90%的乙醇水溶液混合,醇沉、离心,弃去上清液,在40℃真空干燥至3h,得到粘结剂。
其中,添加剂和黄原胶的用量质量比为1.4:3;四氢呋喃作为溶剂;添加剂和浓硫酸的用量质量比为5:1;浓硫酸的质量分数为95%;添加剂为实施例1制得的。
实施例4
制备含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂,包括如下步骤:
第一步、按重量百分比称取如下原料:农药复配混合物3.01%,去离子水5%、助剂5%、肥料20%、填料10%,余量为粘结剂;
第二步、将农药复配混合物和助剂混合,然后加入去离子水,制得混合液;
第三步、将制得的混合液和肥料混合,然后加入填料和粘结剂,混合均匀后用挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后得到含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂。其中,挤压造粒机为螺杆挤压造粒机,干燥方式为流化床干燥或转筒干燥。
其中,农药复配混合物为氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺按照质量比1:15混合;肥料为无机养分和有机质按照质量比1:1.2混合而成;无机养分为硫酸铵;有机质为黄腐酸;助剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;填料为高岭土;粘结剂为实施例3制得的。
实施例5
制备含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂,包括如下步骤:
第一步、按重量百分比称取如下原料:农药复配混合物5%,去离子水10%、助剂8%、肥料30%、填料15%,余量为粘结剂;
第二步、将农药复配混合物和助剂混合,然后加入去离子水,制得混合液;
第三步、将制得的混合液和肥料混合,然后加入填料和粘结剂,混合均匀后用挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后得到含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂。其中,挤压造粒机为螺杆挤压造粒机,干燥方式为流化床干燥或转筒干燥。
其中,农药复配混合物为氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺按照质量比1:1混合;肥料为无机养分和有机质按照质量比1:1.2混合而成;无机养分为硫酸铵;有机质为黄腐酸;助剂为木质素磺酸钙;填料为凹凸棒土;粘结剂为实施例3制得的。
实施例6
制备含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂,包括如下步骤:
第一步、按重量百分比称取如下原料:农药复配混合物6%,去离子水15%、助剂10%、肥料40%、填料20%,余量为粘结剂;
第二步、将农药复配混合物和助剂混合,然后加入去离子水,制得混合液;
第三步、将制得的混合液和肥料混合,然后加入填料和粘结剂,混合均匀后用挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后得到含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂。其中,挤压造粒机为螺杆挤压造粒机,干燥方式为流化床干燥或转筒干燥。
其中,农药复配混合物为氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺按照质量比15:1混合;肥料为无机养分和有机质按照质量比1:1.2混合而成;无机养分为硫酸铵;有机质为黄腐酸;助剂为木质素磺酸钠;填料为白炭黑;粘结剂为实施例3制得的。
对比例1
将实施例3中的添加剂换成马来酸酐,其余原料及制备过程保持不变。
对比例2
将实施例5中的粘结剂换成对比例1制得的样品,其余原料及制备过程保持不变。
对比例3
将实施例5中的粘结剂换成黄原胶,其余原料及制备过程保持不变。
对实施例4-6和对比例2、3制得的样品在甘蔗种植地进行甘蔗害虫防治和增产田间试验;每个处理重复3次;每个测试区域面积为50m2,区组间、小区间设隔离行,四周设保护行。施药时间均在甘蔗苗期松蔸除草及培土时施药时,在甘蔗种植穴周围掏小沟,把药肥颗粒剂施于沟内。
测试结果如下表1所示:

从上表1可知,本发明制得的药肥颗粒剂的防效好,且防治效果持久,在甘蔗虫害防治领域具有良好的应用前景。

Claims (8)
1.含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第一步、按重量百分比称取如下原料:农药复配混合物3.01-6%,去离子水5-15%、助剂5-10%、肥料20-40%、填料10-20%,余量为粘结剂;
第二步、将农药复配混合物和助剂混合,然后加入去离子水,制得混合液;
第三步、将制得的混合液和肥料混合,然后加入填料和粘结剂,混合均匀后用挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后得到含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂;
粘结剂通过如下步骤制备:
将添加剂和四氢呋喃混合,然后加入黄原胶,在室温条件下,搅拌1.5-2h,然后在66℃条件下,加入浓硫酸,加热回流反应25h,得到粘结剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,添加剂和黄原胶的用量质量比为1.2-1.4:3;添加剂和浓硫酸的用量质量比为5:1;浓硫酸的质量分数为95%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,添加剂通过如下步骤制备:
步骤S11、将三聚氯氰和丙酮混合,在0℃条件下搅拌10min,然后加入2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和氢氧化钠水溶液,加完后,保持温度不变,继续搅拌反应8h,得到中间体1;
步骤S12、在温度为0℃条件下,将中间体1和丙酮混合,然后加入7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素溶液,加完后用质量分数10%的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为6,保持温度不变,搅拌反应至pH值不变,得到中间体2;
步骤S13、向中间体2中加入四氢呋喃,然后加入氯化锌,加完后滴加间苯二酚溶液然后在70℃条件下加热回流反应8h,得到中间体3;
步骤S14、将中间体3、无水碳酸钾和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,升温至70℃,然后加入溴代丙二酸二乙酯溶液,加完后保持温度不变,继续反应4h,反应结束后,进行后处理;得到添加剂。

5.根据权利要求1所述的含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,肥料为无机养分和有机质按照质量比1:1.2混合而成;无机养分为硫酸铵、氯化铵、磷酸二氢铵、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢钾、氯化钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾或柠檬酸钾中的至少一种;有机质为甘蔗滤泥、腐熟鸡粪、黄腐酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,助剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钙和木质素磺酸钠中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,填料为高岭土、凹凸棒土和白炭黑中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法制备的含氯虫苯甲酰胺和呋虫胺的药肥颗粒剂在防治甘蔗虫害上的应用。
