According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the telescopic bracket 310 and the rotating shaft 210 are respectively located at two sides of the supporting member 110, and the first telescopic member 311 and the rotating shaft 210 are coaxially disposed, so that the telescopic bracket 310 and the clamp 220 can support the same reel 300.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a push block 313 is slidably sleeved on a surface of the support block 312, and a spring is disposed between the push block 313 and the support member 110, in a specific implementation, the spring is used for supporting the push block 313, when the first telescopic member 311 is contracted, the support block 312 is drawn out from the reel 300, and the push block 313 pushes the reel 300 under the support of the spring, so as to facilitate separation of the support block 312 and the reel 300; furthermore, a guide rod 314 is installed on the surface of the push block 313, one end of the guide rod 314 slidably penetrates through the support 110, and one end of the guide rod 314 is provided with a protrusion, so that the support 110 supports the guide rod 314, and further can support the push block 313, and the push block 313 can move more stably.
When the water treatment membrane is rolled up, leftover materials at the edge part need to be cut off, but the cut leftover materials are easy to move along with the water treatment membrane, so that the leftover materials are rolled into the membrane roll, and the quality of the membrane roll is influenced.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7, an edge cutting mechanism 400 is disposed on a surface of the workbench 100, the edge cutting mechanism 400 includes a slot plate 410 and a double-headed screw 420, the slot plate 410 is mounted on the surface of the workbench 100, a first guide roller 411 is rotatably mounted inside the slot plate 410, a sliding slot 412 is formed at a top end of the slot plate 410, the double-headed screw 420 is rotatably mounted in the slot of the sliding slot 412, a slider 421 is threadedly sleeved on both threaded sections of the double-headed screw 420, a blade 422 is disposed on a surface of the slider 421, one side of the blade 422 is attached to the first guide roller 411, a driving motor 413 is mounted on the surface of the slot plate 410, and an output shaft of the driving motor 413 is in transmission connection with the double-headed screw 420; an upper box body 430 is arranged at the top end of the slot plate 410, a suction pump 440 is arranged on the surface of the upper box body 430, the input end of the suction pump 440 is communicated with the upper box body 430, a lower box body 450 is communicated with the surface of the upper box body 430, connecting rods 460 are connected to the surfaces of the two sliding blocks 421, a suction pipe 470 is arranged on the surface of each connecting rod 460, and one end of each suction pipe 470 is inserted into the lower box body 450 in a sliding manner; in specific implementation, the double-threaded screw 420 is formed by symmetrically welding two screws with the same specification, a sealant coating is arranged at the joint of the upper box body 430 and the lower box body 450, and the blade part is arranged on the surface of the blade 422, so that the cutting of the water treatment membrane is facilitated; it can be understood that, when the water-treatment membrane is rolled, the direction of the water-treatment membrane is changed by the upper end face of the first guide roller 411, and then the water-treatment membrane moves to the surface of the winding drum 300, the blade 422 on the surface of the first guide roller 411 can cut the water-treatment membrane passing through the first guide roller 411, the leftover materials at the edge of the water-treatment membrane are removed, the edge of the water-treatment membrane is more tidy and beautiful, the suction pump 440 is started, the suction pump 440 can pump the gas in the upper box body 430, the lower box body 450 and the suction pipe 470, so that negative pressure is formed in the upper box body 430 and the lower box body 450, under the action of the negative pressure, the suction pipe 470 can pump the leftover materials into the lower box body 450, the leftover materials can be collected, the possibility that the leftover materials are rolled to the surface of the winding drum 300 along with the water-treatment membrane is reduced, and the quality of the rolled membrane can be improved;
in addition, the driving motor 413 is started, the driving motor 413 drives the double-threaded screw 420 to rotate, so that the two sliding blocks 421 can move oppositely or reversely along the length direction of the double-threaded screw 420, the two connecting rods 460 and the two blades 422 can be driven to move, the distance between the two blades 422 can be adjusted, and the two blades 422 can be used for cutting the water treatment film into different widths;
when the sliding block 421 moves, the connecting rod 460 and the suction pipe 470 are driven to move, so that the position of the suction pipe 470 can be adjusted according to the position of the blade 422, and the leftover materials can be sucked by the suction pipe 470 more conveniently.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6, the sliding block 421 is located in the sliding slot 412, and the side wall of the sliding block 421 abuts against the inner wall of the sliding slot 412, so that the slot plate 410 can limit the movement of the sliding block 421, and the movement of the sliding block 421 is more stable.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, a filter screen is disposed inside the upper box 430, and one end of the suction pipe 470 is funnel-shaped, and in a specific implementation, the filter screen is disposed to filter the gas pumped by the suction pump 440, so as to reduce the possibility that the leftover material enters the suction pump 440 and damages the suction pump 440.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, a sealing ring 471 is sleeved on a surface of the suction pipe 470, and one side of the sealing ring 471 is fixedly connected to the lower box body 450, in a specific implementation, a sealant coating is provided at a joint of the sealing ring 471 and the lower box body 450, and the sealing ring 471 is provided to improve the sealing property at the joint of the suction pipe 470 and the lower box body 450.
When the water treatment membrane is rolled up, if the water treatment membrane deviates, the edge of the rolled membrane is easily uneven, the appearance of the membrane roll is attractive, and the quality of the membrane roll is affected.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 6 and 8, a guide mechanism 500 is disposed on a surface of the slot plate 410, the guide mechanism 500 includes a rim plate 510 and a second guide roller 520, the rim plate 510 is mounted on the surface of the slot plate 410, the second guide roller 520 is rotatably mounted on the surface of the rim plate 510, two limiting rings 530 are rotatably mounted on the surface of the second guide roller 520, the two limiting rings 530 are respectively connected to corresponding connecting rods 460, a limiting plate 540 is mounted on a surface of the limiting ring 530, and an upper plate 550 is mounted on opposite sides of the two limiting plates 540; the surface of the limit plate 540 is hinged with a support rod 560, one end of the support rod 560 is provided with a limit arc rod 570, and the limit arc rod 570 is sleeved on the surface of the winding drum 300; in the specific implementation, after the water treatment membrane changes direction through the upper end surface of the first guide roller 411, the water treatment membrane changes direction through the lower end surface of the second guide roller 520, then moves to the surface of the winding drum 300, and is wound up by the winding drum 300;
when the two sliding blocks 421 move oppositely or reversely along the length direction of the double-headed screw 420, the two connecting rods 460 can drive the two blades 422 to move, the two connecting rods 460 can drive the two limiting rings 530 to move, the distance between the two limiting rings 530 can be adjusted, the two limiting rings 530 can be moved to two sides of the cut water treatment membrane, the two limiting rings 530 and the limiting plates 540 respectively connected with the two limiting rings 530 can limit the movement of the cut water treatment membrane, the cut water treatment membrane can move more stably, the possibility of deviation of the water treatment membrane during movement is reduced, the edge of the water treatment membrane during rolling can be more regular, the membrane roll formed after rolling is more attractive, and the quality of the membrane roll is improved;
in addition, the upper plate body 550 is arranged on the surface of the limiting plate 540, the water treatment membrane moves below the upper plate body 550 after the direction of the water treatment membrane is changed by the second guide roller 520, and the upper plate body 550 limits the movement of the water treatment membrane, so that the movement of the water treatment membrane is more stable;
the limiting arc rod 570 is arranged on the surface of the winding drum 300, the limiting arc rod 570 can limit the movement of the water treatment membrane on the surface of the winding drum 300, the water treatment membrane can be wound on the surface of the winding drum 300 neatly, the limiting arc rod 570 is connected with the limiting plate 540 through the support rod 560, the limiting arc rod 570 and the limiting plate 540 can synchronously move, and the limiting arc rod 570 and the limiting plate 540 can limit the water treatment membrane at the same time;
in addition, when the second telescopic member 580 is telescopic, the supporting rod 560 can be moved to further adjust the position of the limiting arc rod 570, and the movable supporting member 110 can drive the winding drum 300 to move, so that the limiting arc rod 570 can be matched with winding drums 300 of different specifications for use.
According to some embodiments of the present application, both sides of the upper plate body 550 are provided with round corners, and the connection of the upper plate body 550 and the limiting plate 540 is integrally formed, so that the strength of the connection of the upper plate body 550 and the limiting plate 540 can be improved due to the integrally formed design, and the round corners can enable the side of the upper plate body 550 to be more smooth, thereby reducing the possibility of the upper plate body 550 scratching the water treatment membrane.
It is understood that the first and second expansion members 311 and 580 may be any one of a cylinder, an electric push rod, and a hydraulic cylinder.
Other configurations and operations of a rolling membrane device for water treatment membrane production according to an embodiment of the present application are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A membrane rolling equipment for producing water treatment membranes is characterized by comprising:
a workbench (100), wherein a support (110) is arranged on the surface of the workbench (100);
the film rolling mechanism (200) comprises a rotating shaft (210) and a clamp (220), the rotating shaft (210) is rotatably installed on the surface of the supporting piece (110), the clamp (220) is installed on the surface of the rotating shaft (210), a driving piece (120) is arranged on the surface of the supporting piece (110), and the driving end of the driving piece (120) is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft (210);
the winding drum (300) is arranged at the clamping end of the clamp (220), the surface of the support (110) is provided with a telescopic bracket (310), and the movable end of the telescopic bracket (310) is inserted into the winding drum (300).
2. The film rolling equipment for the production of the water treatment film as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end surface of the workbench (100) is a plane, and through holes are formed in the surface of the workbench (100).

The film rolling equipment for water treatment film production according to claim 1, wherein the support member (110) comprises an electric sliding table (111) and a gantry (112), the electric sliding table (111) is installed on the surface of the workbench (100), the gantry (112) is installed at the movable end of the electric sliding table (111), and the driving member (120), the rotating shaft (210) and the telescopic bracket (310) are all installed on the surface of the gantry (112).
4. A water treatment membrane production roll film apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving member (120) is a motor and the clamp (220) is a chuck.
5. The film rolling equipment for water treatment film production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross section of the winding drum (300) is circular ring-shaped, and the surface of the winding drum (300) is provided with a slot.

A water treatment membrane production roll film device according to claim 1, wherein the telescopic bracket (310) comprises a first telescopic member (311) and a support block (312), the first telescopic member (311) is installed on the surface of the support member (110), the support block (312) is rotatably installed at the movable end of the first telescopic member (311), and one side of the support block (312) is slidably inserted into the roll (300).
7. A water treatment membrane production roll film device according to claim 6, characterized in that one side of the support block (312) is set to be conical, and the surface of the support block (312) is engraved with anti-skid lines.

A membrane rolling device for water treatment membrane production according to claim 6, characterized in that the telescopic bracket (310) and the rotating shaft (210) are respectively located at two sides of the support member (110), and the first telescopic member (311) and the rotating shaft (210) are coaxially arranged.
9. A water treatment membrane production roll film device according to claim 6, characterized in that a push block (313) is sleeved on the surface of the support block (312) in a sliding manner, and a spring is arranged between the push block (313) and the support member (110).

A water treatment membrane production roll film device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a guide rod (314) is mounted on the surface of the push block (313), one end of the guide rod (314) is slidably inserted through the support member (110), and a protrusion is arranged at one end of the guide rod (314).
