The shape of the first step surface 12112 may be any shape, and is not specifically provided here. The shape of the second step surface 12312 matches the shape of the first step surface 12112.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the first overlapping portion 1211 extends toward the middle of the first longitudinal beam 123 in the first arc direction, and the fifth overlapping portion 1231 extends toward the middle of the first cross beam 121 in the first arc direction. It should be noted that four top corners of the skylight reinforcing plate 12 are all rounded corners. The first arc direction is an arc direction in which rounded corners at the first and fifth overlapping portions 1211 and 1231 of the sunroof reinforcing panel 12 are located.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of first louver mounting portions 1233 are disposed on the first longitudinal beam 123, a plurality of second louver mounting portions 1243 are disposed on the second longitudinal beam 124, the plurality of first louver mounting portions 1233 are disposed near the first side wall assembly 40, the plurality of second louver mounting portions 1243 are disposed near the second side wall assembly 50, centers of the plurality of first louver mounting portions 1233 are located on a first straight line, and centers of the plurality of second louver mounting portions 1243 are located on a second straight line. Note that the broken line in fig. 3 is a first straight line and a second straight line.
The centers of the plurality of first bolt mounting portions 421 are disposed near the first straight line, and the centers of the plurality of second bolt mounting portions are disposed near the second straight line. The first skylight installation part 1233 and the second skylight installation part 1243 are skylight installation holes. The sunroof may be mounted through the first sunroof mounting part 1233 and the second sunroof mounting part 1243.
In an alternative embodiment, the centers of the plurality of first bolt mounting portions 421 are located on a first straight line, and the centers of the plurality of second bolt mounting portions are located on a second straight line.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of first mounting legs 1234 are further disposed on the first side member 123, and a plurality of second mounting legs 1244 are further disposed on the second side member 124, wherein the first mounting legs 1234 overlap the roof outer panel 11, and the first mounting legs 1234 are connected to the roof outer panel 11 by spot welding. The second mounting leg 1244 and the roof outer panel 11 have overlapping portions, and the second mounting leg 1244 and the roof outer panel 11 are connected together by spot welding. So configured, the rigidity of the roof assembly 10 can be improved, thereby facilitating the transportation of the roof assembly 10 during the production process.
A first plurality of mounting legs 1234 is disposed proximate the first skirt assembly 40, a second plurality of mounting legs 1244 is disposed proximate the second skirt assembly 50, the first plurality of mounting legs 1234 is configured to overlap the first skirt shell 411, and the second plurality of mounting legs 1244 is configured to overlap the second skirt shell. The first mounting leg 1234 and the first side wall outer plate 411 have overlapping portions, and the first mounting leg 1234 and the first side wall outer plate 411 are connected together by structural glue. There is a mutual overlapping portion between the second mounting leg 1244 and the second side wall outer plate, and the second mounting leg 1244 and the second side wall outer plate are connected together by using structural adhesive. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of first welding avoidance holes 4131 are provided in the first roof side rail inner panel 413, the plurality of first welding avoidance holes 4131 are spaced apart in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the plurality of first welding avoidance holes 4131 are used to connect the roof outer panel 11, the first side wall outer panel 411, and the first roof side rail outer panel 412 by three-layer spot welding. By such an arrangement, the connection between the roof outer panel 11 and the first side wall assembly 40 can be more stable.

the top cover assembly comprises a top cover outer plate and a skylight reinforcing plate, the first side wall assembly comprises a first side wall main body and a first extending portion, the second side wall assembly comprises a second side wall main body and a second extending portion, the top cover outer plate is respectively connected with the top cover front cross beam, the top cover rear cross beam, the first side wall main body and the second side wall main body in an overlapped mode and fixedly connected, and the skylight reinforcing plate is respectively connected with the top cover front cross beam, the top cover rear cross beam, the first extending portion and the second extending portion in an overlapped mode and fixedly connected.

the second side wall main body comprises a second side wall outer plate, a second upper side beam outer plate and a second upper side beam inner plate, the second side wall outer plate is connected with the top cover outer plate, the second extending part is connected to the second upper side beam outer plate and/or the second upper side beam inner plate, and the second extending part extends towards the inside of the vehicle;
the first extending part is provided with a plurality of first bolt installation parts and a plurality of first gluing parts, the first bolt installation parts are used for enabling the first extending part and the skylight reinforcing plate to be in threaded connection, and the first gluing parts are used for enabling the first extending part and the skylight reinforcing plate to be bonded together through structural glue;
the second extension is provided with a plurality of second bolt installation portions and a plurality of second rubber coating portions, the second bolt installation portions are used for enabling the second extension to be connected with the skylight reinforcing plate in a threaded mode, and the second rubber coating portions are used for enabling the second extension to be bonded with the skylight reinforcing plate through structural rubber.

The vehicle body reinforcing structure according to claim 2, wherein the first extension portion includes a plurality of first extension plates that are provided at intervals in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, each of the first extension plates being provided with the first bolt mounting portion and the first glue portion;
the second extension includes a plurality of second extension boards, and is a plurality of the second extension board is in the interval sets up in the fore-and-aft direction of vehicle, every the second extension board is provided with the second bolt installation department with second rubberizing portion.

The vehicle body reinforcing structure according to claim 3, wherein the first bolt mounting portion is a first bolt mounting hole, the first rubberized portion is a first rubberized surface, and the first bolt mounting portion and the first rubberized portion are arranged in a stepped manner on the first extension plate;

The vehicle body reinforcing structure according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of first louver mounting portions are provided on the first side member, a plurality of second louver mounting portions are provided on the second side member, the plurality of first louver mounting portions are provided adjacent to the first side wall assembly, the plurality of second louver mounting portions are provided adjacent to the second side wall assembly, centers of the plurality of first louver mounting portions are located on a first straight line, and centers of the plurality of second louver mounting portions are located on a second straight line;
the center of the first bolt installation part is close to the first straight line, and the center of the second bolt installation part is close to the second straight line.

The vehicle body reinforcing structure according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of first mounting legs are further provided on the first side member, a plurality of second mounting legs are further provided on the second side member, the plurality of first mounting legs are provided adjacent to the first side wall assembly, the plurality of second mounting legs are provided adjacent to the second side wall assembly, the plurality of first mounting legs are used for overlapping with the first side wall outer panel, and the plurality of second mounting legs are used for overlapping with the second side wall outer panel;
the plurality of first extension plates and the plurality of first mounting legs are arranged in a staggered mode, and the plurality of second extension plates and the plurality of second mounting legs are arranged in a staggered mode.
8. The vehicle body reinforcing structure according to claim 5, wherein both ends of the roof front cross member are screwed with the first cross member, and the middle of the roof front cross member is bonded with the first cross member by structural adhesive;
the two ends of the top cover rear cross beam are in screwed connection with the second cross beam, and the middle of the top cover rear cross beam is bonded with the second cross beam through structural adhesive.

The vehicle body reinforcing structure according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein a plurality of first welding avoidance holes are formed in the first upper side sill inner panel, the plurality of first welding avoidance holes are arranged at intervals in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the plurality of first welding avoidance holes are used for connecting the roof outer panel, the first side wall outer panel and the first upper side sill outer panel by three-layer spot welding;
