Therefore, mushroom spikes are the most suitable repair solution in this condition.

In examples 9 and 10, when the injury type is an open injury hole on a crown, the size b of the internal injury is between 3mm and 3.7mm, the difference value of the injury is not more than 3mm, and the inclination beta of the injury is not less than 15 degrees, the tire repair is most suitable by selecting the integral stopper rod matched with 45x75mm film with the corresponding size, the reason is similar to that of examples 7 and 8, the difference is that the examples 9 and 10 have larger inclination, and the integral stopper rod matched with the film can effectively ensure air tightness and reduce the air leakage probability, so the integral stopper rod matched with the film is the most suitable repair scheme under the condition.

The invention is also used for repairing the tire with the tire pattern below 4.5mm, the production date above 3 years, the appearance of the tire having scratches, rubber defects, cracks, lacerations and corrosion for more than 2 times and the included angle of the circle centers of the damaged holes being less than 90 degrees, and the speed of the repaired tire is limited to 50 kilometers.
And the tire is irreparable when the tire is damaged or deformed by tire bead defect or deformation, tire tread deformation, air-tight layer 5 blistering, tire overall structure damage, rubber corrosion by chemicals or tire under-inflation rolling damage and the like.
The grades of the repaired tires of examples 1 to 16 of the present invention are shown in Table 9.

The repaired grade is a repaired grade obtained by driving under standard conditions with reference to a new tire from a factory as a grade a.
The fracture of the steel cord and the cord fabric of the framework structure of the passenger vehicle tire is irreversible, the tire is still in a fracture state after being repaired, only the tire is repaired without air leakage, the steel cord and the cord fabric of the framework structure of the tire are still in the fracture state, the steel cord and the cord fabric have no slight repairing effect, and if the whole stopper is matched with a rubber sheet or a mushroom nail tire repairing material is used for repairing the tire improperly, the secondary damage of the steel cord and the cord fabric can be caused. In addition, the normal-temperature vulcanization tire repair materials in the market are all bonded or bonded by a bonding process, the tire repair materials comprise an integral stopper stem matched rubber sheet and a mushroom nail, and the bonding or bonding process is that linear molecules of interface rubber react to diffuse and permeate under the action of a rubber vulcanizing agent to form a three-dimensional net structure for bonding. Therefore, the quality of the repaired tire of the passenger car can not reach the quality of the tire when the tire is delivered from the factory.
According to the number of broken steel cords and cord fabrics (errors are 0.3), damage condition difference values, damage types and damage positions of the steel cords and the cord fabrics of the tire framework structure of the passenger vehicle, and the reference grade and the use range after repair, which are driven under standard conditions, are marked by taking the grade A of a factory new tire as a reference.
The post-supplementation rating is specified as follows:
b +: according to the tire with closed tire crown, the internal damage size B is not more than 1mm, the damage difference value is not more than 3mm, the damage or the breakage of the steel cord and the cord fabric is less than 1, the damage or the breakage of the steel cord and the cord fabric is 1, and the grade after repairing is B +.
B-: according to the tire with closed tire crown, the internal damage size B is not more than 2mm, the damage difference value is not more than 3mm, the damage or the breakage of the steel cord and the cord fabric is more than 1 respectively, the damage or the breakage of the steel cord and the cord fabric is less than 2 respectively, the damage or the breakage of the steel cord and the cord fabric is 2 respectively, and the grade after the repair is B-.
C-: according to the tire with the crown being open and the internal injury size b not larger than 2mm, the injury difference value not smaller than 3 mm; the steel cord and the cord fabric are damaged or broken by more than 1 respectively, the steel cord and the cord fabric are damaged or broken by less than 2 respectively, the steel cord and the cord fabric are damaged or broken by 2 respectively, and the grade after repairing is C-.
The owner should be informed that the customer is prohibited from installing a tire of grade C-after repair on the front wheel.
C-: according to the tire with the tire crown being openly damaged, the internal damage size b is 3-3.7 mm, the damage difference is not more than 3mm, and the damage gradient beta is not more than 15 degrees; the tire with the crown being open and having the internal injury size b of 3-3.7 mm, the injury difference value being not more than 3mm and the injury inclination being not less than 15 degrees; the steel cord and the cord fabric are damaged or broken by more than 2 respectively, the steel cord and the cord fabric are damaged or broken by less than 3 respectively, the steel cord and the cord fabric are damaged or broken by 3 respectively, and the grade after repairing is C-.
The owner should be informed that the customer is prohibited from installing a tire of grade C-after repair on the front wheel.
The speed limit is 50: according to the tire with the width of the tire side damaged hole and the tire shoulder damaged hole not more than 3mm and the length not more than 4 mm; the tire side 8 and the tire shoulder 7 are both limited in speed by 50 after puncture repair.
The vehicle owner should be informed that the customer is prohibited from installing the tire with the speed limit 50 grade after repair on the front wheel and that the speed limit is temporarily or emergently used for 50 km/h.
Limiting the speed: the tire with the tire crown opening, the damage condition difference value is not more than 3mm and the inclination is not more than 15 degrees is within 3.8-5 mm of the damaged hole; the tire with the crown within 3.8-5 mm of open damaged holes, the difference value of the damage condition not more than 3mm and the inclination not less than 15 degrees has the damage or breakage of more than 3 steel cords and cord fabrics, the damage or breakage of 5 steel cords and cord fabrics, and the grade after repair is 50 speed limit.
The vehicle owner should be notified that the tire rated 50 speed limit after repair is prohibited from being installed on the front wheel. And the speed limit is 50 km/h for temporary or emergency use.
As can be seen from table 9 in conjunction with the description of the repaired grades, the tire repairing method of the present invention not only has a good tire repairing effect, but also facilitates the vehicle owner to clearly know the service grade of the repaired tire.
On the basis of the invention, in order to further ensure the repairing effect of the radial tire of the passenger vehicle, the following process requirements are provided:
(1) the residual air in the interlayer is not sealed in the steel wire belt layer 4 by using an integral stopper matched with a rubber sheet or a mushroom nail material and is naturally discharged.
(2) When the integral stopper is matched with the rubber sheet and the mushroom nail material to repair, bore and trim, attention should be paid to the fact that the steel cord and the cord fabric are not damaged secondarily as much as possible, the damage quantity should be controlled within 1 steel cord and 1 cord fabric, and the steel cord and the cord fabric should not be implanted into a damaged channel violently, so that the steel cord and the cord fabric are extruded and dislocated, and the tension degree of the steel cord and the cord fabric is changed.
(3) The damaged condition difference value is calculated by using a tire wound detector or a tire wound detection cone in the whole stopper stem matched rubber sheet and mushroom nail repairing process, and the diameter data of the cone body which is separated from a damaged hole of the tire cannot be measured by using a vernier caliper and used as tire repairing reference data.
(4) The operation is correspondingly selected according to the invention according to the injury difference, the internal injury size, the injury type and the position and the like.
(5) Conventionally used passenger tires are not necessary and should not be cut for stripping, hole expansion, splice cords.
(6) The conventionally used passenger car tire is not necessary, and the rubber sheet which is thickened and is provided with a steel cord layer and a cord fabric layer is not needed to be repaired.
(7) The wound polishing area is defined, the airtight layer 5 is polished to be even by a low-speed polishing machine, the cord fabric is not polished, and the damaged airtight layer 5 is not expanded as much as possible.
Special cases tires inevitably wear to the cords and should be cured at a low temperature in a spot form.
(8) Note that the air barrier 5 should not be pasted, uneven. The wound area and the wound tunnel should be cleaned. The applied curing agent should be uniform.
(9) And (3) carrying out patching operation after the applied vulcanizing agent is dried and ventilated, pasting the film, paying attention to whether the film has direction requirements and the center of the film is aligned with the center of the wound hole, carrying out central air exhaust type manual patching, and then carrying out central rolling flattening towards the periphery.
(10) The partial rubber spot vulcanization is carried out according to the GB/T21286 regulations.

Claims (9)

1. A method of repairing a tire, comprising at least the steps of:
(I) judging the injury type: judging according to the state of the position of the injury after the puncture object is removed;
(II) measuring the size of the internal injury: measuring the maximum distance between the tire crown inner wall steel cord and the injury of the middle and inner positions of the cord fabric layer;
(III) calculating an injury difference value: measuring the maximum distance of the injury on the outer wall of the tire crown to obtain the size of the injury, and calculating the difference value between the size of the injury and the size of the injury;
(IV) determining the type of the puncture repair and performing puncture repair according to the type of the puncture injury, the size of the internal puncture injury and the puncture injury difference.
2. The tire repair method according to claim 1, wherein when the type of the injury is crown closure nailing, the size of the internal injury is not more than 1mm, and the difference value of the injury is not more than 3mm, the tire repair is performed using a 40-50 mm film.
3. The tire repair method according to claim 1, wherein when the injury type is crown closure nailing, the internal injury size is between 1mm and 2mm, and the difference in the injuries is not more than 3mm, the tire repair is performed using a 45-60 mm film.

The tire repair method according to claim 1, wherein when the injury type is a crown opening injury hole, the internal injury size is not more than 2mm, and the difference in the injuries is not less than 3mm, the tire repair is performed using a film having a corresponding size in a range of 40 to 60mm, 45x75mm, 55x75mm, 65x80 mm.
5. The method of repairing a tire of claim 1, wherein step (IV) is preceded by measuring a gradient of the injury;
and (IV) determining the type of the puncture repair according to the type of the puncture injury, the size of the internal puncture injury, the puncture injury inclination and the puncture injury difference value, and performing puncture repair.
6. The tire repair method according to claim 5, wherein when the injury type is a crown opening injury hole, the internal injury size is between 3mm and 3.7mm, the difference in the injuries is not more than 3mm, and the inclination of the injuries is not more than 15 °, the tire repair is performed using mushroom nails of corresponding sizes.
7. The tire repair method according to claim 5, wherein when the injury type is a crown opening injury hole, the internal injury size is between 3mm and 3.7mm, the injury difference is not more than 3mm, and the injury gradient is not less than 15 °, the tire repair is performed by using an integral stopper rod matched with 45x75mm rubber sheets with corresponding sizes.
8. The tire repair method according to claim 1, wherein when the injury type is a crown opening injury hole, the internal injury size is between 3.8mm and 5mm, the difference in the injuries is not more than 3mm, and the inclination of the injuries is not more than 15 °, the tire repair is performed using mushroom nails of corresponding sizes.
9. The tire repair method according to claim 1, wherein when the injury type is a crown opening injury hole, the internal injury size is between 3.8mm and 5mm, the injury difference is not more than 3mm, and the injury gradient is not less than 15 °, the tire repair is performed by using an integral stem fitting 55x75mm film of a corresponding size.
