A hollow cavity is arranged in the opening and closing blow molding mold 24, a cooling liquid outlet and a cooling liquid inlet which are communicated with the hollow cavity are respectively arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the opening and closing blow molding mold 24, and the cooling liquid outlet and the cooling liquid inlet are respectively externally connected with a cooling liquid collecting tank and a cooling liquid storage tank.
The blow molding process of the bottle blank in the blow mold device 2 is as follows:
firstly, bottle blanks fixed in a blow molding hole 121 of a blow molding device of a circular conveying track 11 are heated in a bottle blank heating device arranged on a blow molding conveying device 1 and then conveyed to the lower part of a blow molding mould device 2;
then, the two open-close mold bases 23 are controlled to open through a motor and a telescopic open-close rod, the mold telescopic rod 21 is controlled to lift through the motor, the heated bottle blank is placed between the two open-close blow molds 24, and the two open-close blow molds 24 are controlled to close;
finally, the blow molding vent pipe 19 is controlled by a motor to vertically lift, the blow molding vent pipe 19 conducts ventilation and pressurization blow molding on the heated bottle embryo, the expanded bottle embryo is limited and cooled and shaped by the two open-close blow molding dies 24 and the fixed blow molding die 27, the blow molding vent pipe 19 continues to conduct ventilation and pressurization on the cooled and shaped plastic bottle, the pressure in the bottle embryo in the blow molding process can be monitored by a pressure sensor arranged on the blow molding vent pipe 19, the plastic bottle after blow molding can be conveniently detected whether cracks and air leakage exist, and therefore the blow molding process of the bottle embryo is completed; and the plastic bottle after blow molding is clamped and taken out through a clamping jaw arranged in the plastic bottle blanking device, and then blanking is carried out, namely the whole process of plastic bottle production and processing is realized.
According to the production and processing device for the plastic bottle, raw material plastic particles are heated in the bottle blank processing device and are molded into the bottle blank through the mold, the bottle blank is limited and fixed with the bottle blank fixing device on the blow molding conveying device 1 through the convex supporting ring arranged on the outer wall of the bottle blank, the convex threads A on the bottle blank can be matched and fixed with the threads B122 arranged on the inner wall of the blow molding hole 122 of the blow molding device of the blow molding conveying device 1, the bottle blank is heated through the bottle blank heating device and then is blow molded in the blow molding mold device, and the production and processing device is convenient to operate, stable and reliable.
The production and processing device for the plastic bottles is ingenious in design, compact in structure but not complex, low in equipment manufacturing cost and strong in stability; the product quality is stable, the production efficiency is higher, the safety and the reliability are realized, the production operation and the maintenance are easy, the operation is simple, and the popularization and the application in domestic plastic bottle production plants are convenient.

The production and processing device for the plastic bottles is characterized by comprising a bottle embryo processing device, an automatic bottle embryo feeding device, a blow molding transmission device (1), a blow molding device (2) and a plastic bottle discharging device, wherein the blow molding device (2) is arranged above the blow molding transmission device (1), and a bottle embryo heating device is arranged on the blow molding transmission device (1);
heating raw material plastic particles in a bottle blank processing device and shaping the raw material plastic particles into a bottle blank by a mold, wherein the bottle blank is of a tubular structure with a closed rear end and an open front end, a raised thread A is arranged on the outer side of the open end of the bottle blank, and an annular raised support ring is arranged on the outer wall of the bottle blank behind the raised thread;
the blow molding transmission device (1) comprises an annular circulating transmission rail (11), a plurality of blow molding devices which are arranged at equal intervals are arranged on the circulating transmission rail (11), each blow molding device comprises a base (12) and a bottle blank fixer arranged on the base (12), a blow molding hole (121) is formed in the center of the upper end face of the base (12), a blow molding vent pipe (19) is arranged in the center of the blow molding hole (121), and a thread B (122) matched with a raised thread A of a bottle blank is arranged on the inner wall of the blow molding hole (122);
the blow molding device (2) comprises a mold telescopic rod (21), a mold fixing rod (22), an opening and closing mold base (23), an opening and closing blow molding mold (24) and a fixed blow molding mold (27), wherein the mold fixing rod (22) is installed at the lower end of the mold telescopic rod (21), the opening and closing mold base (23) is provided with two parts and symmetrically hinged on the mold fixing rod (22), the opening and closing blow molding mold (24) is provided with two parts and is respectively arranged at the inner sides of the two opening and closing mold bases (23), and the fixed blow molding mold (27) is installed at the upper end between the two opening and closing blow molding molds (24).

The plastic bottle production and processing device according to claim 1, wherein an annular groove is formed in the upper end surface of the base (12) outside the blowing hole (121), an annular rotary table (13) is installed in the annular groove, at least two linear sliding rails (14) are symmetrically arranged on the annular rotary table (13), the linear sliding rails (14) are in a radial shape with a blowing vent pipe (19) as a center, and the bottle blank holders are installed on the linear sliding rails (14) in at least two positions.

The production and processing device of plastic bottles of claim 2, wherein said bottle embryo holder comprises a holder base (15), a holder expansion link (16), a bottle embryo clamping base (17), the fixer base (15) is arranged on the linear slide rail (14), the fixer telescopic rod (16) is vertically arranged on the fixer base (15), the bottle embryo clamping base (17) is arranged at the upper end of the telescopic rod (16) of the fixer, the inner side surface of the bottle embryo clamping base (17) is arc-shaped, an arc-shaped groove (18) is arranged on the inner side surface of the bottle blank clamping base (17), the convex supporting ring of the bottle blank can be clamped with the arc-shaped groove (18) of the bottle blank clamping base (17), and the inner side surface of the bottle blank clamping base (17) can be attached to the outer walls of the bottle blanks in front of and behind the protruding supporting ring.

The production and processing device for plastic bottles of claim 3, wherein said ring-shaped rotating table (13) is controlled by a motor to rotate, said holder base (15) is controlled by a motor to slide on a linear slide rail (14), and said holder telescopic rod (16) is controlled by a motor to vertically lift.

The production and processing device for the plastic bottle according to the claims 1-4, wherein a plug is arranged in the blowing hole (121) at the center of the upper end face of the base (12), the blowing vent pipe (19) is controlled by a motor to vertically lift, the lower end of the blowing vent pipe (19) is connected with a high-pressure air source and is controlled by an electromagnetic switch to vent, and a pressure sensor is arranged on the blowing vent pipe (19).

The production and processing device of the plastic bottle according to claim 4, wherein the bottle blanks heated and molded by the bottle blank processing device are held at the rear ends of the bottle blanks by claws arranged in an automatic bottle blank feeding device and are placed on a blow molding device of a circulating conveying rail (11) one by one, and the holder base (15) is controlled by a motor to slide on a linear slide rail (14) to clamp the protruding support ring of the bottle blanks with the bottle blank clamping base (17) of the bottle blank holder; the annular rotary table (13) is controlled to rotate by a motor, the telescopic rod (16) of the fixer is controlled to vertically lift by the motor, and the bottle blanks are screwed into the blowing hole (121) in the center of the upper end face of the base (12) to be fixed through the matching of the raised threads A of the bottle blanks and the threads B (122) on the inner wall of the blowing hole (122).

The production and processing device for plastic bottles of claim 6, wherein the upper end of said telescopic mold rod (21) is fixed on a frame mounted on the blow transfer device (1), and said blow mold device (2) is placed above the blow device of the circulating transport rail (11); be provided with L type connecting rod (25) on mould dead lever (22) of mould base (23) top opens and shuts, the screw fixation is passed through on mould dead lever (22) to the front end of the horizontal pole of L type connecting rod (25), the end of the montant of L type connecting rod (25) is provided with fixed mould base (26), terminal surface under fixed mould base (26) is installed through the screw in fixed blow mould (27), be provided with mould annular groove (271) on fixed blow mould (27) outer wall, two be provided with mould annular convex ridge (241) on the inner wall of the blow mould (24) upper end that opens and shuts, mould annular convex ridge (241) and mould annular groove (271) realize coincideing.

The production and processing device for plastic bottles of claim 7, wherein one side end face of each of two open-close mold bases (23) is hinged with a mold fixing rod (22) and is controlled by a motor and a telescopic rod to open and close; the other end face of one of the opening and closing mold bases (23) is provided with a clamping head (241); the other side end face of the other opening and closing mold base (23) is provided with a clamping notch (242), the clamping head (241) can be clamped in the clamping notch (242), a locking hole is formed in the clamping head (241), a locking pin shaft (243) is arranged in the opening and closing mold base (23) where the clamping notch (242) is located, and the locking pin shaft (243) is controlled by a motor to stretch and be inserted into the locking hole to be locked.

The production and processing device for plastic bottles of claim 1, 7 or 8, wherein a hollow chamber is arranged in the open-close blow molding mold (24), a cooling liquid outlet and a cooling liquid inlet both communicated with the hollow chamber are respectively arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the open-close blow molding mold (24), and the cooling liquid outlet and the cooling liquid inlet are respectively externally connected with a cooling liquid collecting tank and a cooling liquid storage tank.

firstly, bottle blanks fixed in a blowing hole (121) of a blowing device of the circular conveying track (11) are heated in a bottle blank heating device arranged on a blowing transmission device (1) and then are conveyed to the lower part of a blowing mould device (2);
then, the two opening and closing mold bases (23) are controlled to open through a motor and a telescopic opening and closing rod, the mold telescopic rod (21) is controlled to lift through the motor, the heated bottle blank is placed between the two opening and closing blow molding molds (24), and then the two opening and closing blow molding molds (24) are controlled to close;
finally, the blow molding vent pipe (19) is controlled by a motor to vertically lift, the blow molding vent pipe (19) is used for ventilating, pressurizing and blow molding the heated bottle embryo, and the expanded bottle embryo is limited, cooled and shaped by two open-close blow molding dies (24) and a fixed blow molding die (27), so that the blow molding process of the bottle embryo is completed; and the plastic bottle after blow molding is clamped and taken out through a clamping jaw arranged in the plastic bottle blanking device, and then blanking is carried out, namely the whole process of plastic bottle production and processing is realized.
