The use method of the recycled PE plastic granulator comprises the following steps:
s1, installing the filter screen assembly on the sliding frame 8 through the fixing unit, and fixing the sliding frame on the linear sliding groove 5 through the locking unit to enable the filter screen assembly to be matched with the engine room 2, namely two sides of the filter screen assembly are matched with one end, close to the extrusion opening 6 and the material storage pipe 12, of the filter screen assembly, so that the filter screen assembly can play a normal filtering role;
s2, when the filter screen needs to be cleaned or replaced, a new filter screen assembly is installed on the sliding frame 8 and is arranged side by side with the original filter screen assembly, the locking unit is released, the sliding frame 8 slides along the linear sliding groove 5, the new filter screen assembly is matched with the engine room 2, the normal work of the granulator is ensured, meanwhile, the replaced filter screen assembly slides to one end of the linear sliding groove 5, and then the replaced filter screen assembly is detached for cleaning;
s3, similarly, when the filter screen needs to be cleaned or replaced next time, a new filter screen component is installed, the original filter screen component is replaced at the same time, and the filter screen is replaced quickly under the condition that the normal work of the granulator is not influenced under the condition that the sliding frame 8 moves leftwards and rightwards.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
by arranging the width of the filter screen component close to the width of the engine room 2, the width of the sliding frame 8 is slightly larger than twice of the width of the filter screen component, and the length of the linear sliding groove 5 is about three times larger than the width of the filter screen component, so that two filter screen components can be simultaneously and parallelly arranged on the sliding frame 8, one filter screen component is arranged on the sliding frame 8 through the fixing unit, and the sliding frame is fixed on the linear sliding groove 5 through the locking unit, so that the filter screen component is matched with the engine room 2, namely the two sides of the filter screen component are matched with the end, close to each other, of the extrusion opening 6 and the storage pipe 12, so that the filter screen component has a normal filtering function, when the filter screen needs to be cleaned or replaced, a new filter screen component is arranged on the sliding frame 8 and is parallelly arranged with the original filter screen component, the locking unit is released, the sliding frame 8 slides along the linear sliding groove 5, so that the new filter screen component is matched with the engine room 2, guarantee the normal work of granulator, make the filter screen subassembly that gets off of changing slide to the one end of sharp sliding tray 5 simultaneously, dismantle the filter screen subassembly that gets off of changing again and wash, like the same thing, when treating that next time need wash or change the filter screen, install new filter screen subassembly, replace former filter screen subassembly simultaneously, under the removal about sliding frame 8, realize under the condition that does not influence the normal work of granulator, replace the filter screen fast, it is simple swift, promote production efficiency.
