According to the figure 2, a stepping motor 29 is fixedly arranged in the base 210, a rotating disc 26 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the stepping motor 29, a toggle column 28 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the rotating disc 26, a blocking sector 25 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the rotating disc 26, the side surface of the intermittent disc 23 is overlapped with the outer side of the blocking sector 25, and the lower side of the intermittent disc 23 is overlapped with the upper side of the rotating disc 26; the stepping motor 29 is started to work to drive the rotating disc 26 to rotate, and when the toggle column 28 is clamped into the notch of the intermittent disc 23 due to rotation, the intermittent disc 23 is subjected to tangential component force to enable the intermittent disc 23 to rotate intermittently.

The use method and the working principle of the device are as follows: placing a plurality of automobile accessories in a wide-mouth groove 21, starting a stepping motor 29 to work to drive a rotating disc 26 to rotate, when a toggle column 28 is clamped into a notch of an intermittent disc 23 due to rotation, the intermittent disc 23 is subjected to tangential component force, so that the intermittent disc 23 drives a supporting column 22 to rotate in a bearing 27, a spraying platform 211 moves intermittently, the automobile accessories placed in the wide-mouth groove 21 periodically rotate, after the automobile accessories rotate to a desired position, a hydraulic cylinder 41 is started to work, the front end pushes a connecting plate 42, a frame structure consisting of a smooth short column 43, a movable plate a45 and a movable plate b418 slides on the surface of a smooth long column 414 along a movable column sleeve 4110, a connecting column 4111 drives an anti-splash cover mechanism 49 to approach a target accessory, a servo motor 415 is started to work and drives a gear 419 to rotate, and the servo motor 415 and an L-shaped connecting block 416 move up and down due to the fact that a rack 417 is fixed on the movable plate a45, thereby controlling the height of the splash guard mechanism 49 to be lowered to be close to spraying, starting the high pressure sprayer 5, sucking the coating in the coating cylinder 3 by the input pipe 411, pressurizing by the high pressure sprayer 5, releasing the coating from the output pipe 410, starting the motor 492 to drive the fan blade group 495 to rotate to generate a downward wind speed, leading the coating to enter the spherical pipe 4965 through the connecting pipe 4961, evenly entering the branch pipe 4966, and finally spraying from the atomizer 4967, wherein the atomizer 4967 is obliquely distributed under the branch pipe 4966 at a certain angle, reacting to the atomizer 4967 at the moment of spraying the coating, six groups of reaction forces are used as tangential forces, so that the spherical pipe 4965 rotates around the spherical connecting ring 4964, the coating is sprayed on the surface of the fitting in the form of a spiral water curtain, simultaneously the coating is blown by the wind speed, the coating is accelerated to adhere to the surface of the fitting, and the conical shell 497 plays a role of isolating external dust and impurities, the paint is prevented from splashing.
