Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The figure is a simplified schematic diagram illustrating the basic structure of the invention only by way of illustration, and therefore it shows only the constitution related to the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a crushing roller for a paper box crusher, which comprises a roller set 1, wherein the roller set 1 comprises a crushing assembly 11 and a driving assembly 12 arranged on one side of the crushing assembly 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the pulverizing assembly 11 includes a housing assembly 111, and a plurality of roller blades 112 provided in the housing assembly 111.

The accommodating component 111 comprises an end cover I1111, an end cover II 1113 symmetrically arranged with the end cover I1111, a plurality of arc plates 1112 arranged between the end cover I1111 and the end cover II 1113, the end cover I1111 and the end cover II 1113 are fixedly connected with the arc plates 1112, the guide plates 1114 are fixedly connected with the end cover II 1113, the accommodating component 111 is internally provided with a rotating shaft 1116 in a penetrating way, the rotating shaft 1116 is fixedly connected with the circle center of the end face of the gear 1115, the roller blade 112 comprises a cutter handle 1121, a cutter head 1122 arranged at one end of the cutter handle 1121 and fixedly connected with the cutter handle 1121, the rack 1123 is arranged at one side of the cutter handle 1121 and fixedly connected with the cutter handle 1121, and the width of the cutter handle 1121 is equal to the distance between the guide plates 1114.
One side of the end cover I1111 away from the end cover II 1113 is fixedly connected with an external shaft 113, and two threaded holes I1130 are symmetrically formed in the side surface of the external shaft 113.
As shown in fig. 2-6, the driving assembly 12 includes a peripheral ring 121 and bolts 122 disposed on the peripheral ring 121, two second screw holes 1201 are symmetrically disposed on the peripheral ring 121, the bolts 122 are disposed in the first screw holes 1130 and the second screw holes 1201 in a penetrating manner, a pressure sensor 1221 is sleeved on an outer side wall of the bolts 122 contacting with an inner wall of the second screw holes 1201, the peripheral ring 121 is connected with an external torque, the external torque is electrically connected with a control end, and the pressure sensor 1221 is electrically connected with the control end.
The external torque provides power to drive the external ring 121 to rotate, the external ring 121 drives the external shaft 113 to rotate through the bolts 122, the external shaft 113 drives the whole crushing assembly 11 to rotate, and the crushing assembly 11 cuts the paper box by using the rotating roller knife 112.
When the thickness of the paper box to be cut is changed, the rotary shaft 1116 is rotated to drive the gear 1115 to rotate, the gear 1115 drives the roller blade 112 to move through the meshing action of the gear 1123, the roller blade 112 moves along the direction of the guide plate 1114 under the guiding action of the guide plate 1114, the gear 1115 is controlled to rotate positively and negatively at the moment, the extension and retraction of the roller blade 112 can be controlled, the exposed length of the roller blade 112 is changed, the torque is different when the roller blade rotates, and the torque of the roller blade 112 can be adapted to the cutting of paper boxes with different thicknesses after the thickness of the paper box is changed through the adjustment.
When a hard substance (e.g., metal) is mixed in the cut paper box, the roller blade 112 is easily damaged by collision with the hard substance when it rotates to cut the hard substance.
Because the external torque drives the external ring 121 to rotate, the external ring 121 drives the external shaft 113 to rotate through the bolts, and finally drives the crushing assembly 11 to rotate, in the whole motion process, the side surface of the bolt 122 bears the driving force of the external torque and provides the torque force for driving the crushing assembly 11 to rotate and the reaction force formed when the paper box is cut, namely, the key part for bearing the whole rotation when the bolt 122.
If the roller blade 112 cuts a hard material, the reaction force generated by the roller blade 112 on the bolt 122 will become larger, at this time, the relative force between the bolt 122 and the side wall of the threaded hole two 1201 of the peripheral ring 121 will increase, the pressure sensor 1221 receives this force, when the change force exceeds a certain set threshold, the pressure sensor 1221 inputs an electrical signal to the control end, the control end outputs an electrical signal to the external torque, and the external torque is controlled to stop when the power is off, i.e. when the roller blade 112 cuts a too hard material, the roller set 1 stops when the power is off, so as to avoid damage caused by forced cutting of the hard material by the roller blade 112.
