When the device is used specifically, after a user is bitten by a snake or an insect, the user firstly needs to calm down to avoid the acceleration of the blood flow rate caused by violent movement;
then the bitten limb passes through the magic tape bandage body 36, so that the wound is approximately positioned at the right center of the annular base 11;
then the device is fixed near the wound by tensioning the magic tape bandage body 36, and simultaneously the blood vessel near the wound is pressed by the binding of the magic tape bandage body 36, so that the blood flow speed is reduced;
then the lifting ratchet rack 28 is drawn out to the height of the tension of the linkage binding band 29, and then the annular pressing plate 12 is slowly pressed down;
in the process of pressing down the annular pressing plate 12, the liquid medicine in the injection tube 7 can be injected to the periphery of the wound through the injection needle 10 by the propulsion of the injection piston 8, so that the effects of diminishing inflammation, killing virus and relieving pain are achieved;
the annular pressing plate 12 can drive the liquid pumping cylinder piston 23 to move upwards through the linkage binding band 29 while pressing downwards, the vacuum pumping cylinder 22 generates negative pressure due to the upward movement of the liquid pumping cylinder piston 23, and the poisonous fluid at the wound, the polluted blood and tissue fluid flow into the vacuum pumping cylinder 22 under the action of the negative pressure because the arc-shaped edge 24 of the base is attached to the skin of the patient;
all or most of the venom can be extracted by first extraction, if the venom needs to be extracted again, the joint between the annular pressing plate 12 and the pressing part 16 needs to be damaged, the annular pressing plate 12 is communicated with the detachable vacuum type venom extraction mechanism 2 to be wholly removed, and the lifting ratchet rack 28 is completely removed so as not to influence subsequent operation;
then, a new detachable vacuum type venom extraction mechanism 2 is replaced, and venom is extracted again in a manual extraction mode;
after the extraction is finished, taking down the whole annular base 11, and then repeatedly washing the wound with clean water;
after the cleaning is finished, the patient can wait for rescue, and the magic tape bandage body 36 needs to be loosened for a few minutes every half hour in the period, so that tissue necrosis caused by non-circulation of blood is avoided.

the injection assembly (5) comprises an injection cylinder (7), an injection piston (8), an injection end cover (9) and an injection needle (10), the injection tube (7) is clamped in the annular support component (6), the injection tube (7) is provided with an injection tube bottom connector (13), the injection piston (8) is clamped and arranged in the injection cylinder (7) in a sliding way, a piston part (14) is arranged on the injection piston (8), the piston part (14) is in sliding sealing contact with the inner wall of the injection cylinder (7), the piston part (14) of the injection piston (8) is provided with a cross-shaped guide part (15) corresponding to the inner wall of the injection cylinder (7), the injection piston (8) is also provided with a pressing part (16), the injection end cover (9) is clamped on a joint (13) at the bottom of the injection cylinder, and the injection needle (10) is clamped in the injection end cover (9);

a cylinder body joint (26) is arranged on the vacuum extraction cylinder (22), the vacuum extraction cylinder (22) is clamped in the base joint (25) through the cylinder body joint (26), the liquid extraction cylinder piston (23) is clamped and slidably arranged in the vacuum extraction cylinder (22), and the liquid extraction cylinder piston (23) is in sliding sealing contact with the inner wall of the vacuum extraction cylinder (22);
