Description

Detachable drainage flushing sleeve device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to medical devices for treating post-operative complications, and more particularly to a detachable drainage irrigation cannula device.
Background
The formation of the fistula is a common complication after the operation of the digestive tract, and the formation of the fistula is very easy to be accompanied with the infection. If infection occurs, the hospital stay of the patient is prolonged, and a series of subsequent complications which seriously endanger life occur, so that the life health and family economy of the patient are greatly influenced. The fistula formation is unpredictable and is usually closely related to uncontrollable factors such as the constitution, local blood supply and the surrounding environment of the operation area of a patient.
The drainage tube is used for draining secretion, blood and pus in the fistula outwards, and the drainage aims to reduce the probability of postoperative inflammation. For some operations with or without pollution, such as gastrointestinal tract operation, the drainage tube is put into the human body in advance to play a preventive role. One end of the drainage tube is inserted into the wound surface generating the fistula, the other end of the drainage tube is connected with extracorporeal equipment, and secretions, blood and pus in the fistula are drained outwards in modes of negative pressure, gravity and the like. However, the early placement of the drain may cause a medical side-effect injury to patients who do not have a fistula or abscess formed.
The drainage tube is likely to be blocked due to the viscosity of pus or blood stasis in the drainage process. The drainage tube may be folded and deformed due to factors such as suction force during drainage, so that the drainage is not smooth. When a blockage occurs in the drainage tube, the prior art pulls out the drainage tube and then re-inserts a new drainage tube. However, the drainage tube is fixed on the skin of the patient in advance through a suture line, if the drainage tube is to be pulled out, the suture line for fixing the drainage tube is cut off, then the patient is instructed to inhale deeply and then hold the breath, and the drainage tube is pulled out when the patient holds the breath. Sutures are also required to secure the new drain to the patient's skin after the new drain is placed. It can be seen that the replacement of a new drainage tube increases the pain of the patient during treatment and further increases the risk of secondary infection
Therefore, how to avoid the medical side injury caused by the drainage tube and how to avoid the pain of the patient when a new drainage tube is placed is a key problem to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a detachable drainage flushing sleeve, which can avoid medical side injury caused by a drainage tube and can avoid pain of a patient when a new drainage tube is placed.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Reference herein to the "anterior end" is to the end proximal to the patient and reference to the "posterior end" is to the end distal to the patient.
Please refer to fig. 1-5.
The invention discloses a detachable drainage flushing sleeve device, which comprises: a drainage tube 9, an irrigation tube 8, an inner sleeve 12 and an outer sleeve 11. The drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 can be inserted into the inner sleeve 12. After the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 are inserted into the inner tube 12, the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 are fixed with respect to the inner tube 12, so that the drainage tube 9, the irrigation tube 8 and the inner tube 12 are combined into an inner tube 12 combined tube. And, the drainage operation mouth of drainage tube 9 and the washing operation mouth of washing pipe 8 all stretch out from the front end of interior sleeve pipe 12, just so drainage operation mouth and washing operation mouth can the smooth operation.
The inner sleeve 12 can be inserted into the outer sleeve 11, and the inner sleeve 12 can be axially displaced relative to the outer sleeve 11 under the influence of an external force. Both ends of the outer sleeve 11 are open, the inner sleeve 12 is inserted from the rear end opening of the outer sleeve 11, and the drainage operation port of the drainage tube 9 and the flushing operation port of the flushing tube 8 extend from the front end opening of the outer sleeve 11. Also, the outer cannula 11 may be placed within the body of the patient.
In a surgery such as a gastrointestinal tract surgery where contamination may occur, the overtube 11 is inserted into the body of the patient. If a fistula is formed in the patient's body, the inner cannula 12, fitted with the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8, is inserted into the outer cannula 11, thereby achieving the placement of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8. Compared with the technical scheme that the drainage tube 9 is pre-arranged in the body of the patient in the prior art, the drainage tube 9 is not arranged in advance, and the drainage tube 9 is arranged only when the fistula appears in the body of the patient, so that the medical side injury is effectively avoided.
The drainage tube 9 is likely to be blocked due to the viscosity of pus or blood stasis during the drainage process. The drainage tube 9 may be folded and deformed due to factors such as suction force during the drainage process, so that the drainage is not smooth. If a drainage disorder occurs, it is only necessary to pull out the inner cannula 12, then to fit a new drain tube 9 into the inner cannula 12, and finally to reinsert the inner cannula 12 into the outer cannula 11. Compared with the technical scheme that the suture for fixing the drainage tube 9 needs to be cut off firstly, the drainage tube 9 is fixed on the skin of a patient through the suture after a new drainage tube 9 is placed in the drainage tube, the technical scheme that the suture does not need to be cut off and only the inner sleeve 12 needs to be pulled out or inserted can obviously relieve the pain of the patient, and the efficiency for placing the new drainage tube 9 can be obviously improved, so that the risk of infection of the patient can be reduced.
It should be noted that, if the drainage tube 9 is fixedly connected with the inner sleeve 12 in an interference fit manner, when the drainage tube 9 is blocked, the drainage tube 9 can be only pulled out, and after a new drainage tube 9 is replaced, the new drainage tube 9 is assembled into the inner sleeve 12, so that the new drainage tube 9 can be inserted.
It should also be noted that for fistulae with larger or narrow cavities, the specific depth of the fistula is not known. The drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 are often placed at an insufficient depth to cause incomplete irrigation and drainage. When this occurs, it is necessary to increase the depth of insertion of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8. If the depth of insertion of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 is to be increased in the prior art, the suture for fixing the irrigation tube 8 and the drainage tube 9 is released first, and after the insertion into place, the irrigation tube 8 and the drainage tube 9 need to be fixed to the skin of the patient again by the suture. This mode of operation not only increases patient's misery, has improved the risk of patient's infection simultaneously. In the present invention, however, if the depth of insertion of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 is to be changed, it is only necessary to apply an external force to the inner tube 12 so as to move the inner tube 12 in the axial direction of the outer tube 11. If the depth of the drainage tube 9 and the flushing tube 8 is increased, the inner sleeve 12 is driven to move towards the front end of the outer sleeve 11; if the depth of insertion of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 is to be reduced, the inner sleeve 12 is driven towards the rear end of the outer sleeve 11. It should be noted that, since the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 are fixed relative to the inner tube 12, the movement amount of the inner tube 12 is the movement amount of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8.
In addition, because the inner sleeve 12 is placed in the body of a patient, the inner sleeve 12 forms certain attraction to surrounding tissues, the fistula tissues tend to be attached continuously due to the attraction under the condition of full flushing, the filling of granulation tissues and fibrous tissues in the fistula is promoted, and the healing process is promoted. At the same time, the inner cannula 12 is gradually pulled out, so that the fistula tissue is continuously repaired and healed, thereby greatly shortening the hospitalization time of the patient.
In the present invention, the material of the outer sleeve 11 is preferably silica gel, that is, the outer sleeve 11 is a silica gel tube. The material of the inner tube 12 is preferably silicone, and the inner tube 12 is also a silicone tube. And the present invention defines that the outer diameter of the inner sleeve 12 is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve 11 by 0.1 mm. After the inner sleeve 12 is inserted into the outer sleeve 11, the inner sleeve 12 is fixed relative to the outer sleeve 11 when no external force is applied, and the inner sleeve 12 is almost in sealing engagement with the outer sleeve 11, or the gap between the inner sleeve 12 and the outer sleeve 11 is very small. If it is desired to adjust the replacement of the inner cannula 12 or to adjust the depth of insertion of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8, an external force can be applied to the inner cannula 12 to axially displace the inner cannula 12 within the outer cannula 11.
In one embodiment of the invention, the outer diameter of the inner jacket tube 12 is designed to be 9.5mm and the inner diameter is designed to be 8mm, and the outer diameter of the outer jacket tube 11 is designed to be 11.5mm and the inner diameter is designed to be 9.6 mm.
The outer sleeve 11 of the present invention is also a transparent tube, and the outer sleeve 11 is provided with scales arranged along the axial direction of the outer sleeve 11. The inner sleeve 12 can be seen through the outer sleeve 11 as moving axially relative to the outer sleeve 11. Specifically, the axial movement of the inner tube 12 can be judged by the scale line indicated by the rear end of the inner tube 12.
After the inner tube 12, the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 are placed in the patient's body, the scale value corresponding to the rear end of the inner tube 12 is recorded. When the drainage tube 9 or the irrigation tube 8 is pulled out due to accidental pulling of a patient and the like, the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 can be assembled into the inner sleeve 12 again, and then the inner sleeve 12 is inserted according to the recorded scale value, so that the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 can be ensured to be placed to the initial depth, and the optimal irrigation and drainage effects can be obtained again.
It should be noted that the length of the flushing tube 8 and the drainage tube 9 extending out of the front end of the inner casing 12 is usually a fixed value, so that the depth of the flushing tube 8 and the drainage tube 9 is the initial depth after the rear end of the inner casing 12 is inserted to the recorded scale value.
Regarding the specific assembly relationship of the drainage tube 9 and the irrigation tube 8 with the inner cannula 12: in the present invention, the front end of the inner tube 12 is provided as a closed end for closing the front end opening of the inner tube 12. A drainage tube through hole 121 and a flushing tube through hole 122 are provided at the closed end of the inner casing 12. The drainage tube 9 is in interference fit with the drainage tube through hole 121. The flush tube 8 is an interference fit with the flush tube through bore 122. In this way, after the drainage tube 9 and the flushing tube 8 are assembled in the inner sleeve 12, the drainage tube 9 and the flushing tube 8 can be kept fixed by the interference fit relationship, so that the drainage tube 9 and the flushing tube 8 are ensured not to be extruded in a dislocation manner due to factors such as water flow and suction, and smoothness of drainage and flushing is ensured. The interference fit also acts as a seal to prevent the exuded fluids from escaping through the gap between the inner sleeve 12 and the outer sleeve 11.
The drainage port and the flushing port are described next: the drainage operation port of the invention comprises a front port 91 of the drainage tube 9 and a drainage hole 92 arranged on the tube body of the drainage tube 9. The drainage hole 92 is plural, and the plural drainage holes 92 are spirally arranged around the axis of the draft tube 9. And along the spiral trajectory, the two adjacent drainage apertures 92 are spatially angled at 120 °. Similar to the drainage port, the flushing port includes a front port 81 of the flushing pipe 8 and a flushing hole 82 provided in the body of the flushing pipe 8. The flushing holes 82 are plural, and the plural flushing holes 82 are spirally arranged around the axis of the flushing pipe 8. And the adjacent two flushing holes 82 have an included angle of 120 degrees in space along the spiral track.
Further, the present invention opens the drainage hole 92 from about 150mm from the front port 91 of the drainage tube 9 to form a large area drainage. The present invention begins with the irrigation hole 82 being approximately 50mm from the front port 81 of the irrigation tube 8 so that the irrigation hole 82 is closer to the fistula wound bed.
The drainage holes 92 which are spirally arranged on the drainage tube 9 form a multi-section omnibearing suction area, and the suction area for drainage is larger and more uniform. In addition, the helically arranged drainage openings 92 of the drainage tube 9 can form a vortex in the fistula cavity of the fistula when the air flow is drawn in, thereby facilitating sufficient drainage. The helically arranged flushing holes 82 of the flushing tube 8 enable a vortex to be formed in the fistula cavity of the fistula during flushing, thereby facilitating an adequate irrigation.
Further, the present invention defines that the length of the drainage tube 9 protruding out of the front end of the inner tube 12 is shorter than the length of the irrigation tube 8 protruding out of the front end of the inner tube 12. In other words, the irrigation tube 8 is closer to the fistula wound than the drainage tube 9. So set up on the one hand and ensure that the flush fluid that the flushing pipe 8 flows out can not be by drainage operation mouth of drainage tube 9 and can attract to can keep sufficient washing time, on the other hand is attracted by drainage operation mouth again after being assembled by the filth that the flush fluid washed, thereby ensures that the filth is fully attracted.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the length of the extension of the irrigation tube 8 is defined to be 3cm longer than the length of the extension of the drainage tube 9. And the drainage holes 92 and the flushing holes 82 are both 3.5mm in outer diameter and 2.5mm in inner diameter. The aperture of the drainage hole 92 and the aperture of the flushing hole are both 1.5 mm.
The emergency drainage hole 123 is formed in the front end of the tube body of the inner sleeve 12, the number of the emergency drainage holes 123 is multiple, and the multiple emergency drainage holes 123 are spirally arranged around the axis of the inner sleeve 12. When the drainage tube 9 is blocked, the dirt can be discharged out of the body through the emergency drainage hole 123, so that drainage interruption is avoided, and the infection risk is further reduced. In one embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the emergency drainage hole 123 is designed to be 2.5 mm.
Further, the length of the inner sleeve 12 is limited to be longer than that of the outer sleeve 11, so that even if the rear end of the inner sleeve 12 is located at the zero graduation mark of the outer sleeve 11, the front end of the inner sleeve 12 extends out of the outer sleeve 11, and the emergency drainage hole 123 is located outside the outer sleeve 11, thereby ensuring that the emergency drainage hole 123 always plays a role in emergency drainage. In one embodiment of the invention, the length of the inner sleeve 12 is designed to be 270mm and the length of the outer sleeve 11 is designed to be 250 mm.
The front end of the flushing pipe 8 in the invention is used for being placed in the body of a patient and points to the wound surface of the fistula. The rear end of the rinsing pipe 8 is intended to be inserted into the rinsing liquid container 2. And a flush regulator 4 is provided on the flush pipe 8. The flushing regulator 4 is used to regulate the flow rate of the flushing liquid.
The front end of the drainage tube 9 is used for being placed into the body of a patient and pointing to the wound surface of the fistula. The rear end of the drainage tube 9 is for insertion into the drainage fluid collection receptacle 3. And a drainage tube 9 is provided with a drainage regulator 6, and the drainage regulator 6 is used for regulating the flow of drainage liquid.
The drainage liquid collecting container 3 is communicated with the negative pressure source device 1 through a negative pressure connecting pipe 10. The negative pressure connecting pipe 10 is provided with a pressure regulator 5. The drainage operation opening draws in dirt by means of the negative pressure source device 1.
The invention adjusts the negative pressure intensity by adjusting the pressure regulator 5, adjusts the drainage flow by the drainage regulator 6, and adjusts the flow of the flushing liquid by the flushing regulator 4, thereby obtaining the best flushing and drainage effects.
In addition, the drain tube 9 of the present invention is divided into two parts which are brought together by the quick disconnect 7.
In the prior art, when a patient goes to the toilet or performs a medical examination, the patient is required to carry the negative pressure source apparatus 1 with him.
