The personnel can leave the sauna room 10 and enter the culture area after the disinfection and cleaning in the sauna room 10 are up to the qualified disinfection and cleaning time, thereby ensuring that the personnel can be disinfected fully in the sauna room 10 and avoiding bringing germs into the culture area.
It is noted that the second reading device 22 may also employ RFID technology, which also enables monitoring of the location of the tag by radio frequency. When the tag worn by the person is not in the sauna room 10, the timer 30 stops counting, further ensuring that the person can be disinfected in the sauna room 10 sufficiently.
Referring to figures 1-3, in some embodiments, sauna bathing system 100 includes temperature collection device 50, temperature collection device 50 being used to collect the temperature within sauna room 10.
In this way, temperature collection device 50 can collect the temperature in sauna room 10 in real time, so that the person can maintain a good disinfection temperature during the disinfection process.
Specifically, temperature collection device 50 may be disposed within sauna room 10 and associated with processor 40. The temperature collected by the temperature collecting device 50 is transmitted to the processor 40, the processor 40 may be set to a preset temperature for sufficient sterilization, and the timer 30 may count the sterilization time of the person only when the temperature reaches or exceeds the preset temperature. If the temperature does not reach the preset temperature, the timer 30 will stop timing, and the timing can be restarted after the temperature is heated to the preset temperature. Thus, the person can be further ensured to be sufficiently sterilized in the sauna room 10.
In some embodiments, temperature-collecting device 50 includes a plurality of temperature sensors 51, and a plurality of temperature sensors 51 are disposed at intervals inside sauna room 10, and the average of the ambient temperatures collected by plurality of temperature sensors 51 is taken as the temperature inside sauna room 10.
In this way, the temperature sensors 51 can more accurately collect the temperature in the sauna room 10, and the situation that the disinfection progress of a person in the sauna room 10 is influenced by the fact that one temperature sensor 51 collects abnormal temperature is avoided.
Specifically, the plurality of temperature sensors 51 may include two, three, four, or the like. The plurality of temperature sensors 51 are disposed at intervals inside the sauna room 10, and may be installed on a circumferential side wall inside the sauna room 10, for example, and further the plurality of temperature sensors 51 can collect the temperature at each position inside the sauna room 10, and the average value of the temperatures collected by the plurality of temperature sensors 51 can be compared with the preset temperature, and only when the average temperature reaches the preset temperature, the person can perform effective disinfection, and the timer 30 can perform effective timing.
Referring to figures 1-3, in some embodiments sauna bathing system 100 includes heating device 60, heating device 60 being used to heat sauna device 12 when the temperature in sauna room 10 is below a preset temperature.
In this way, the heating device 60 can allow a person to be sufficiently sterilized and cleaned in the sauna room 10.
In particular, a heating device 60 may also be associated with the processor 40. When the temperature in sauna room 10 does not reach the preset temperature, processor 40 will control heating device 60 to activate to heat sauna device 12 so that the person can better sanitize and wash in sauna room 10. The length of time that the person is disinfected is only started when the temperature in sauna room 10 reaches the preset temperature. If the temperature does not reach the preset temperature, timing is started, so that the condition of insufficient disinfection is easy to occur, germs are brought into the culture area, and the sterile environment in the culture area is affected.
It is understood that the temperature sensor 51 can collect the temperature in the sauna room 10 at regular time. When the temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the heating device 60 is started to heat the sauna device 12, so that the person can directly disinfect and clean when entering the sauna room 10 for disinfection, the person does not need to wait for the heating time for a long time, and the person can disinfect and clean in the sauna room 10 more quickly and smoothly.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, sauna bathing system 100 includes an alarm device 70, wherein the alarm device 70 is configured to send an alarm message when the bathing time does not meet the preset duration, and the alarm message can be reported by voice or displayed on a display screen.
In this manner, the alarm device 70 can indicate to the person that the person has not reached a sufficient length of time to disinfect, and that the person needs to continue to disinfect and clean in the sauna room 10.
Specifically, when the person does not have the predetermined time for washing in sauna room 10 and wants to leave sauna room 10, alarm device 70 will give a prompt to the person to leave after sufficient disinfection. Wherein the alarm device 70 includes at least one of a horn or a display, for example, the person may be alerted to insufficient disinfection by the horn, or an effective sanitizing time by displaying a sanitizing duration on the display.
Of course, when any one of the devices in sauna bathing system 100 malfunctions or becomes abnormal, or when the temperature in sauna room 10 does not reach the preset temperature, alarm device 70 can also give an alarm to remind the worker to make adjustments or repairs. The alarm device 70 in the embodiment of the present application can prompt or alarm various situations occurring in the sauna bathing system 100, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Referring to figures 1-3, in some embodiments sauna room 10 includes a second door 13, second door 13 being located on a different side of sauna room 10 than first door 11. Therefore, a person can enter the sauna room 10 from the first door 11 for disinfection and cleaning, leave the sauna room 10 from the second door 13 after disinfection and directly enter the culture area, and avoid secondary contamination of germs after leaving the sauna room 10.
Specifically, the second door 13 may be disposed opposite to the first door 11 on both sides of the sauna room 10, or may be disposed adjacent to the first door, which is not limited in the present application. The second door 13 can be directly communicated to the interior of the culture area, so that personnel in the sauna room 10 after disinfection can directly enter the culture area, secondary contamination of the personnel with germs is avoided, and safety is improved.

A third reading device 23 may be provided on the second door 13, and a person may identify the identification tag on the third reading device 23 after the sauna room 10 is disinfected and cleaned.
A third reading device 23 may also be associated with the processor 40, and an identification tag is placed on the third reading device 23 for identification, and the third reading device 23 will send a request to the processor 40 to control the second door 13 to open only after the person finishes the disinfection in the sauna room 10, i.e. the disinfection time reaches a preset time, so that the person can enter the breeding area through the second door 13.
In some embodiments, the second door 13 cannot be opened when the sterilizing time does not reach the preset time. It will be appreciated that if the tag is placed on the third reading device 23 when the wash-out time has not reached the preset time, the processor 40 will not control the second door 13 to open and personnel will not be able to enter the breeding area.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, the timer 30 stops counting time when an abnormality occurs in the sauna bath process;
wherein, the sauna room 10 is returned for sauna and sauna washing continuously within the preset time, the timer 30 counts the time and accumulates, the sauna room 10 is returned after the preset time is exceeded, and the timer 30 counts the time again.
Thus, if the sauna person becomes uncomfortable during disinfection and cleaning in sauna room 10, the sauna person can leave sauna room 10 from first door 11 for adjustment, and then return to sauna room 10 after the adjustment is finished, and the timer can be accumulated.
Specifically, when a person experiences discomfort during the disinfection process, first door 11 may be opened by first reading device 21 to leave sauna room 10, and re-enter after proper adjustment. Wherein, when a person opens the first door 11 from the sauna room 10, the timing is automatically stopped, but the disinfection duration in the sauna room 10 is kept in the label, and the person can return to steam disinfection again within the preset time, and the timing can be accumulated. If the person returns to sauna room 10 for disinfection after the preset time, the timing is started again. The preset time may be one hour, two hours, etc., which is not limited in this application.
In some embodiments, sauna bathing system 100 further comprises a locating device 80, where locating device 80 is used to locate an identification tag, where timer 30 starts counting when the identification tag is in sauna room 10 and the information read by second reading device 22 matches, and where timer 30 stops counting when the identification tag is not in sauna room 10. In this way, it is further ensured that the person is disinfected more sufficiently in the sauna room 10.
In conclusion, the worker who enters the breeding area needs to wear an identification tag, identify the worker through the first reading device 21 outside the first door 11, and enter the sauna room 10 for steam disinfection after identification matching. After entering sauna room 10, sauna device 12 can be turned on by second reading device 22 and timer 30 started to count time, and second reading device 22 can also monitor the person's position in sauna room 10 to ensure the person's disinfection in sauna room 10. After the disinfection reaches the preset time, the sauna room 10 can prompt the personnel to finish the disinfection, the personnel can open the second door 13 through the third reading device 23 to enter the culture area, and the timing is finished while the second door 13 is opened.
In this way, personnel entering the breeding area can be adequately disinfected in the sauna room 10 to avoid introducing pathogens into the breeding area. The whole system degree of automation is high in this application, not only can closely monitor the identity of entering personnel, can also strictly guarantee the disinfection sufficiency of entering personnel, has greatly guaranteed the safety in the breed district.
