Abstract
本发明涉及一种美白精华液,包括如下质量分数的组分:3‑邻‑乙基抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯、龙舌兰叶提取物、透明质酸钠、草棉籽提取物、植物提取物、抗氧剂、保湿剂、调理剂、防腐剂和水。本申请还提供一种制备方法:将龙舌兰叶提取物、透明质酸钠、草棉籽提取物、植物提取物、保湿剂和防腐剂在70~90℃混合,保温搅拌,得到混合溶液A;将3‑邻‑乙基抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯、毛瑞榈籽油、抗氧剂、调理剂和水在中高温混合得混合溶液B;将混合溶液A与混合溶液B在70~80℃混合并均质10min,速度为80r/min,并保温后降温过滤后得到所述美白精华液。本申请的护肤精华液从保湿、抗皱和美白都有所改善,提供了由基础保湿到美白抗皱功效的精华液,能够较好地焕活肌肤。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种美白精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术发展,人们不仅可通过皮肤表面的感官评价,而且可利用生理学来研究皮肤粗糙程度。已经使用仪器测量透过皮肤水分损失(TEWL),测量皮肤电导变化。与此同时消费者对化妆品功效的要求也不断发展,要求更有效、简便快捷、满足特定需要的化妆品。精华液就是在这样的背景下出现。
精华液是护肤品的一种浓度比较高,质地比较粘稠,主要的功效包括美白、保湿、抗衰老,涂抹时候不需要涂抹全脸,针对需要护理的部位涂抹即可,一般适合30岁以上的女性使用。精华露可以给肌肤提供营养,弥补传统护肤品的不足,可以有效延缓肌肤衰老。但是,当前精华液的功效不够全面,不能够满足用户的需求。
发明内容
为了提高精华液在保湿的基础上具有更多的美白和抗皱效果,本发明提供一种美白精华液及其制备方法。
第一方面,本发明提供一种美白精华液,包括如下质量分数的组分:
进一步地,还包括毛瑞榈籽油,所述毛瑞榈籽油的质量份数为3~5份。
进一步地,所述植物提取物包括羟基积雪草苷,所述羟基积雪草苷的质量份数为3~6份。
进一步地,所述植物提取物还包括宁夏枸杞果提取物、苦参根提取物、桂竹根茎提取物和火棘果提取物中的一种或两种以上的混合。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂包括四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸,所述四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸的质量份数为4~8份。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂还包括虾青素,所述虾青素的质量份数为2~4份。
进一步地,所述保湿剂包括丁二醇、甘油、1,2-己二醇中的一种或两种以上的混合。
进一步地,所述防腐剂包括对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油中的一种或两种以上的混合。
进一步地,所述调理剂包括磷脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、柠檬酸、丙二醇的一种或两种以上的混合。
第二方面,本申请提供一种美白精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将龙舌兰叶提取物、透明质酸钠、草棉籽提取物、植物提取物、保湿剂和防腐剂在70~90℃混合,保温10~20min并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(2)将3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯、毛瑞榈籽油、抗氧剂、调理剂和水在70~80℃混合均匀,得混合溶液B;
(3)将混合溶液A与混合溶液B在70~80℃混合搅匀并均质10min,速度为80r/min,并保温30~60min,降温到40℃以下,过滤后得到所述美白精华液。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请添加了具有保湿效果的透明质酸钠。同时添加了龙舌兰叶提取物,其对透明质酸酶有抑制作用表明,它在使用中可有效抑制透明质酸的分解,因而有皮肤保湿作用。另外,该提取物能够增加角质层的含水量,对游离组胺的抑制,对弹性蛋白酶和胶原蛋白酶活性的抑制。充分说明了其保湿、抑制过敏以及防皱的作用。
2、本申请还添加了维生素C的衍生物之一,3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸。其能抑制酪氨酸酶的生成,从而抑制黑色素的产生,具有美白祛斑的功效。且它具有良好的稳定性,容易穿透皮肤角质层进入真皮层,进入皮肤后,容易被生物酶分解而发挥出维生素C的生物学功效,从而提高其生物利用度,在美白和抗老化方面具有显著效果。本申请还添加了维生素E的衍生物之一,生育酚乙酸酯。生育酚乙酸酯是一种油溶性的天然物质,在保湿和维持结缔组织,以及保护皮肤不受紫外线伤害都有很好表现,该成分能使肌肤触感柔软并保持肌肤水分,促进伤口愈合、预防发炎防止肌肤粗糙皲裂、改善黑斑。
3、本申请添加的草棉籽提取物是从草棉籽中提取的纯天然产物,含有槲皮素、棉花甙和草棉甙等多种组分,具有润肤功效,有效对抗氧化,让肌肤保持年轻状态,且其香气更给人以愉悦感。
4、本申请还添加了毛瑞榈籽油,毛瑞榈果油是以不饱和脂肪酸为主的油脂,脂肪酸中含油酸78.73%,亚油酸3.93%,棕榈酸17.34,另含类胡萝卜素、维E和维C。毛瑞榈果油用作护肤品的基础油脂,具有很好的渗透性,能滋养皮肤,以此油脂制得的乳状液稳定性好,同时具有很好的保湿效果。
5、本申请还添加了少量的虾青素,其清除自由基的能力较强,结合四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸和生育酚乙酸酯,能够具有更显著的抗氧化抗皱的效果。
综上,本申请的护肤精华液从保湿、抗皱和美白方面都有所改善,提供了由基础保湿到美白抗皱功效的精华液,能够较好地焕活肌肤。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种美白精华液,包括如下质量分数的组分:

(1)将龙舌兰叶提取物、透明质酸钠、草棉籽提取物、羟基积雪草苷、宁夏枸杞果提取物、苦参根提取物、桂竹根茎提取物、火棘果提取物、丁二醇、甘油、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮和乙基己基甘油在90℃混合,保温20min并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(2)将3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯、毛瑞榈籽油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、虾青素、磷脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、柠檬酸、丙二醇和水在80℃混合均匀,得混合溶液B;
(3)将混合溶液A与混合溶液B在80℃混合搅匀并均质10min,速度为80r/min,并保温60min,降温到40℃以下,过滤后得到所述美白精华液。
实施例2
一种美白精华液,包括如下质量分数的组分:
本实施例中的美白精华液的制备方法为:
(1)将龙舌兰叶提取物、透明质酸钠、草棉籽提取物、羟基积雪草苷、宁夏枸杞果提取物、苦参根提取物、桂竹根茎提取物、火棘果提取物、丁二醇、甘油、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮和乙基己基甘油在70~90℃混合,保温10~20min并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(2)将3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯、毛瑞榈籽油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、虾青素、磷脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、柠檬酸、丙二醇和水在70~80℃混合均匀,得混合溶液B;
(3)将混合溶液A与混合溶液B在70~80℃混合搅匀并均质10min,速度为80r/min,并保温30~60min,降温到40℃以下,过滤后得到所述美白精华液。

(3)将混合溶液A与混合溶液B在70~80℃混合搅匀并均质10min,速度为80r/min,并保温45min,降温到40℃以下,过滤后得到所述美白精华液。

一种美白精华液,包括如下质量分数的组分:

(1)将龙舌兰叶提取物、透明质酸钠、草棉籽提取物、羟基积雪草苷、宁夏枸杞果提取物、苦参根提取物、桂竹根茎提取物、火棘果提取物、丁二醇、甘油、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮和乙基己基甘油在80℃混合,保温15min并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(2)将3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯、毛瑞榈籽油、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、虾青素、磷脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、柠檬酸、丙二醇和水在75℃混合均匀,得混合溶液B;
(3)将混合溶液A与混合溶液B在70~80℃混合搅匀并均质10min,速度为80r/min,并保温45min,降温到40℃以下,过滤后得到所述美白精华液。

性能检测试验
1、保湿功效评价
根据QB-T 4526-2011的标准进行实验,招募60名20~60岁的志愿者,将以上所有志愿者随机分为六组,每组10人,第一组使用现有产品,该现有产品是于市面上购买的精华液。第二组到第六组分别使用实施例1至5的美白精华液。每人每四小时测定一次,共测定三次,检测并计算得到的结果如表1所示。
2、美白效果评价
招募60名20~60岁的志愿者,将以上所有志愿者随机分为六组,每组10人,第一组使用现有产品,该现有产品是于市面上购买的精华液。第二组到第六组分别使用实施例1至5的美白精华液。每人每天使用一次,连续使用30天,通过黑色素测定仪,分别测试使用前和第30天的皮肤黑色素含量,结果用黑色素的减少量△MI表示,结果如表1所示
3、弹性效果评价
招募60名20~60岁的志愿者,将以上所有志愿者随机分为六组,每组10人,第一组使用现有产品,该现有产品是于市面上购买的精华液。第二组到第六组分别使用实施例1至5的美白精华液。每人每天使用一次,连续使用30天,并每天通过皮肤弹性测试仪检测,得到弹性效果结果如表1所示。

从表1可知在一个月内第一组的保湿效果、弹性和美白的改善,不够显著。第二组至第六组都分别有较为明显的改善。其中,第六组尤为明显,这表明维生素C和维生素D的衍生物的结合,对皮肤的美白和保湿效果都更好,同时结合具有强抗氧性的虾青素,提高了皮肤的抗皱性能。其次,添加的植物提取物,不仅具有纯天然不易致敏的效果,还能够提高皮肤的保湿性和抗氧化性。且具有一定香气,给使用者带来更好的体验,给人以愉悦感。上述结果有效的说明应用本发明的产品与市面上的现有产品具有突出的效果与优势。

8.根据权利要求1所述的美白精华液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油中的一种或两种以上的混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的美白精华液,其特征在于,所述调理剂包括磷脂、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、柠檬酸、丙二醇的一种或两种以上的混合。
10.一种如权利要求1~9任一项所述的美白精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将龙舌兰叶提取物、透明质酸钠、草棉籽提取物、植物提取物、保湿剂和防腐剂在70~90℃混合,保温10~20min并搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(2)将3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯、毛瑞榈籽油、抗氧剂、调理剂和水在70~80℃混合均匀,得混合溶液B;
(3)将混合溶液A与混合溶液B在70~80℃混合搅匀并均质10min,速度为80r/min,并保温30~60min,降温到40℃以下,过滤后得到所述美白精华液。
