本公开提供一种HARQ反馈方法及装置、存储介质,其中,所述HARQ反馈方法包括:确定发送HARQ反馈信息的目标时域位置是否位于基站传输的目标物理下行共享信道PDSCH所在的第一信道占用时长COT内,得到第一确定结果;其中,所述HARQ反馈信息是与所述目标PDSCH对应的HARQ反馈信息;基于所述第一确定结果,确定与所述目标时域位置所关联的目标COT。本公开中,终端可以基于HARQ反馈信息的目标时域位置是否位于基站传输的目标PDSCH所在的第一COT内,确定与目标时域位置关联的目标COT,可用性高。
