The control module is further used for sending a color temperature adjusting instruction to the lamp based on the working mode, and the lamp adjusts the color temperature of the lamp based on the color temperature adjusting instruction, so that the color temperature of the lamp is used for lighting based on the specific working mode of the personnel, the light of the personnel is in the best auxiliary state under the corresponding working mode, and the light is prevented from influencing the eye health of the personnel.
The control module is also used for sending a sedentary prompt instruction to the eye protection reminding module based on the sedentary instruction; the sitting posture abnormity prompting module is used for sending a sitting posture abnormity prompting instruction to the eye protection prompting module based on the sitting posture abnormity instruction; the desk is used for determining whether a person still sits in front of the desk body or not based on the sitting posture abnormity monitoring module or the sedentary monitoring unit, and if so, sending a non-resting instruction to the late sleep reminding unit.

2. The desk control method of claim 1, wherein the adjusting the lamp brightness based on the ambient brightness of the target area comprises:
determining a brightness preference type of the person based on the identity information of the person;
and adjusting the brightness of the lamp based on the brightness preference type and the ambient brightness of the target area.
3. The desk control method of claim 1, wherein the sedentary prompt based on the length of sitting of the person is followed by further comprising:
displaying eye protection content and acquiring personnel video of personnel;
and performing action detection on the personnel video, and performing error action prompt based on the eye protection action of the personnel obtained through detection.
4. The desk control method of claim 1, further comprising:
controlling a lamp to be turned on under the condition that the sitting of the person is not performed in the target area and the sitting of the person is performed in the target area;

and adjusting the color temperature to a fourth color temperature when the working mode is a rest mode.
7. A desk control device, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting personnel in a target area, and the target area is determined based on the placing position of a desk;
