Through setting up large-screen display device, will two transcriptions of in-process two transcriptions show on the large screen, guarantee older or the not good customer of eyesight can clearly understand key links such as responsibility statement in the insurance sales link, not only can effectively cooperate the salesman to accomplish the video and record, can also promote user's the experience of insuring.
In some embodiments, with reference to fig. 2, the mobile terminal includes a face recognition module configured to acquire the dynamic image information, determine, through a pre-trained face recognition model, whether face biological information in the dynamic image information matches face biological information of a pre-stored applicant/insured person, and if not, output recording failure prompt information.
In this embodiment, the dynamic image information includes face biological information of the employee and face biological information of the applicant/insured person, the pre-stored face biological information may be an identification card photo of the applicant/insured person, and when the face biological information of the applicant/insured person exists in the dynamic image information, it may be determined that the video content is valid, and the risk of fraud is small or no risk of fraud exists.
In some embodiments, with reference to fig. 2, the mobile terminal further includes a voice recognition module, where the voice recognition module is configured to acquire the sound information, convert the sound information into a double-recording text through a pre-trained voice recognition model, and determine whether the double-recording text contains a preset answer keyword, and if not, output a recording failure prompt message.
Specifically, taking confirmation of insurance application information as an example:
the service personnel ask questions:
(1) do you buy an insurance product named XXX from XXX company?
(2) XX yuan for the first insurance premium, the main insurance pay once every X years, the payment period is XX, the insurance period is XX, if other additional insurance is paid, information such as other payment frequency, payment period and insurance period are detailed in the insurance book, and are clear?
(3) The insurance is a one-time payment insurance product, the premium is XX yuan, the insurance period is XX, and is clear?
For the answer to question (1), the extracted keywords may be "yes", "no error"; for the answer to question (2), the extracted keywords may be "clear", "understood"; for the answer to the question (3), the extracted keywords may be "clear", "understand" as well.
It should be noted that all the answers to the double entry questions are positive answers and cannot be uncertain answers, such as: "seem to be a bar". In addition, when the answer keywords are set, a plurality of similar meaning words close to the standard answers can be set so as to improve the accuracy of voice recognition.
In some embodiments, with reference to fig. 2, the mobile terminal further includes a double recording result output module, where the double recording result output module is configured to output an audio/video stream corresponding to the dynamic image information and the sound information in response to determining that the human face biological information in the dynamic image information matches the pre-stored human face biological information of the target client and that the double recording text contains a preset answer keyword.
In this embodiment, when any one of the moving image information and the sound information does not satisfy the requirement, the recording is required to be performed again, and when and only when both the moving image information and the sound information satisfy the requirement, the audio/video stream is output and stored.
In some embodiments, the video capture device is a wide-angle camera.
The wide-angle camera is a camera with a wide-angle function. The wide angle of view is wider than a normal lens and has a shorter focal length, and is often used for shooting objects with a larger area. The focal length of the wide-angle lens is generally 38-24 mm, the visual angle is 60-84 degrees, the focal length of the ultra-wide-angle lens is 20-13 mm, and the visual angle is 94-118 degrees. The wide-angle lens has short focal length and large visual angle, so that a scene with a large area can be shot in a short shooting distance range.
In some embodiments, the mobile terminal is a tablet computer or a smartphone.
In this embodiment, in the process of practical application, a suitable mobile terminal may be selected according to practical situations, for example: the notebook computer is not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments, the system further comprises a docking station configured to connect the mobile terminal with the large screen display device, the video capture device, and the sound recording device, respectively.
The docking station refers to a converter with a plurality of interfaces and can support the connection and use of a multi-interface device. A docking station may generally include the following interfaces: type-c charging port, HDMI interface, vga interface, gigabit network port, TF card, SD card and usb3.0 interface. Specifically, the mobile terminal can be connected with a type-c charging port of the docking station, the video acquisition device and the recording device can be connected with a usb3.0 interface of the docking station, and the large-screen display device can be connected with an HDMI interface of the docking station.
