According to the embodiment of the application, the units to be registered of the non-special unit type are screened according to the preset special list, the types of the remained units to be registered after screening are all the units to be registered of the non-special unit type, and then the jurisdiction organization of the units to be registered is determined in the preset second information list based on the address of the units to be registered. Because there are special cases units, the special cases units are bundled by the corresponding special case jurisdiction, and when the jurisdiction of the special cases units is confirmed according to the address of the units, the corresponding jurisdiction may not be determined. Specifically, in one possible implementation manner, the manner of prohibiting receiving the registration information submitted by all the target IP addresses may include: and adding all the target IP addresses into a forbidden list of the firewall, and when the target IP addresses access the registration page again, automatically blocking the target IP addresses by the firewall to avoid the target IP addresses from accessing.
In another possible implementation manner, the suffix of the target IP address is identified, when the target IP address accesses the registration page again, after identifying the identification of the suffix of the target IP address, the receiving of the registration information submitted by the IP address with the identification suffix is forbidden, so as to realize protection of the registration page.
Further, determining all target IP addresses whose access times exceed a preset threshold value within a preset period of time from all IP addresses, specifically includes step S121 (not shown in the drawing) and step S122 (not shown in the drawing), wherein:

The type and the address of the unit to be registered are used for automatically judging the jurisdiction organization to which the unit to be registered belongs, so that the convenience of determining the jurisdiction organization of the unit to be registered by a user is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. Judging whether the type of the unit to be registered is the type of a special unit, wherein the type of the special unit at least comprises a principal, a principal office, each principal directly belongs to a public institution and a central enterprise;
if so, determining a target specific jurisdiction corresponding to the unit to be registered based on the address of the unit to be registered according to a preset first information form, wherein the first information form comprises the name of the specific jurisdiction and the jurisdiction address corresponding to the specific jurisdiction;
if not, determining the jurisdiction organization corresponding to the unit to be registered based on the address of the unit to be registered according to a preset second information form, wherein the second information form comprises the name of the jurisdiction organization and the jurisdiction address corresponding to the jurisdiction organization;
wherein, judging whether the type of the unit to be registered is the type of the special unit comprises: matching the type of the unit to be registered with various types in a preset special unit type table, if the type of the unit to be registered is matched with any type in the preset special unit type table, determining that the unit to be registered is the type of the special unit, and if the type of the unit to be registered is not matched with any type in the preset special unit type table, determining that the unit to be registered is the type of the non-special unit;
When determining the corresponding jurisdiction organization of the unit to be registered according to the preset second information form, the method comprises the following steps:
when the address of the unit to be registered exists in the preset second information table, determining the jurisdiction of the unit to be registered according to the address of the unit to be registered, determining the province, the city and the district where the unit to be registered is located according to the address of the unit to be registered, determining the jurisdiction of the unit to be registered from the preset second information table according to the province, the city and the district of the unit to be registered, and if the number of the jurisdictions is one, determining the jurisdiction from the preset second information table according to the province of the unit to be registered; if the number of jurisdictions is one in the city where the unit to be registered is located, determining the jurisdiction to which the unit to be registered belongs from a preset second information form according to the city name of the unit to be registered; if the number of jurisdictions is set to be one in the area where the unit to be registered is located, determining the jurisdiction to which the unit to be registered belongs from a preset second information form according to the area name of the unit to be registered; if a plurality of jurisdictions are arranged in the area where the unit to be registered is located, position information of the jurisdictions which are located in the same area with the unit to be registered is called from a preset address database, the distance from each jurisdiction to the unit to be registered is calculated based on the position information, all the distances are ordered, and the jurisdiction closest to the address of the unit to be registered is selected as the jurisdiction to which the unit to be registered belongs;
When the registration information further includes a name of a unit to be registered, if not, determining, in a preset second information table, a jurisdiction organization to which the unit to be registered belongs based on an address of the unit to be registered, including: if the type of the unit to be registered is not the type of the special unit, judging whether the name of the unit to be registered is matched with the unit name in a preset special list, wherein the preset special list comprises the names of the special registration units; if so, determining the specific jurisdiction organization of the unit to be registered from the corresponding relation between the preset specific list and the jurisdiction organization; if the address of the unit to be registered is not matched, determining the jurisdiction organization to which the unit to be registered belongs in a preset second information form based on the address of the unit to be registered;
when the registration information further includes jurisdictional content, after acquiring the registration information of the unit to be registered, the method further includes: judging whether the jurisdiction item is filled with the name of a jurisdiction organization of a unit to be registered; if not, judging whether the type of the unit to be registered is the type of the special unit; if yes, determining a jurisdiction organization corresponding to the unit to be registered according to the content of the jurisdiction item;
Wherein the method further comprises: acquiring server information of the target specific jurisdiction or the jurisdiction to which the target specific jurisdiction belongs, wherein the server information comprises path information of the server; according to the path information, a confirmation request is sent to the target specific jurisdiction or a server of the jurisdiction, wherein the confirmation request comprises request information and registration information; and receiving the confirmation information sent by the target specific jurisdiction or the server of the jurisdiction to complete the confirmation of the jurisdiction.
2. The method of determining a jurisdiction of a unit jurisdiction according to claim 1, further comprising:
recording the access times and each access time of each user IP address to the registration page;
determining all target IP addresses of which the access times exceed a preset threshold value in a preset time period from all IP addresses;
and prohibiting receiving registration information submitted by all target IP addresses.
3. The method of determining a jurisdiction of a jurisdiction according to claim 2, wherein: the determining all target IP addresses with access times exceeding a preset threshold value in a preset time period from all IP addresses comprises:
Ordering the access times of all the IP addresses in a preset time period to form an access time sequence;
