In step S208, after knowing that the prohibition of using the MSM friend-making APP is released, the user a uses the MSM friend-making APP to perform the function.
For example, when the terminal apparatus of the user a receives the above-described notification of the release of the prohibition of the function of the APP from the server apparatus, it pops up a dialog box indicating the content of the notification, or changes the display state of the function from the unusable display state to the usable display state, for example, changes the display state of the function from the grayed-out state to the normal display state. After the user knows that the function of the MSM friend-making APP can be used according to the dialog box or the display state, the user normally uses the function of the MSM friend-making APP.
Step S209 is that the server device does not store the HIV detection result file, but still prohibits the user a from using the MSM friend-making APP function when the detection time interval exceeds the current time by 1 year if it is determined that the detection result is negative, and sends a notification that the newly uploaded HIV detection result file has expired to the terminal device of the user a.
For example, when the server apparatus determines that the detection result is negative but the detection time exceeds 1 year from the current time, the server apparatus does not update the detection result and the detection time determined according to the HIV detection result file uploaded by the user a to the latest HIV detection result information, and still prohibits the user a from using the MSM friend-making APP, and transmits a notification that the newly uploaded HIV detection result file is out of date to the terminal apparatus of the user a, so as to prompt the user a to upload the HIV detection result file recently detected, thereby achieving an effect of encouraging the user a to perform HIV detection recently.
Step S210, the server device stores the HIV detection result file, continues to prohibit the user a from using the MSM friend-making APP when determining that the detection result is positive, determines another user who has a history of contact with the user a in the MSM friend-making APP according to chat data and the like stored in the memory, and sends an alarm indicating that the contacted user is found to be HIV positive to perform HIV detection as soon as possible to the determined another user.
Since HIV detection is sometimes false positive, if the primary screening HIV detection result in a hospital or the detection result of a detection kit is positive, the test must be checked again by the local disease control center, and the detection result is usually based on the report from the local disease control center. Therefore, the server device may determine whether or not the detection result file is a file of a preliminary screening test report or an image of a test result of a test suite when determining that the detection result file is positive, and notify the user a to go to a disease control center as soon as possible to perform more precise detection or automatically guide the user a to a website of a local disease control center when determining that the detection result file is a file of a preliminary screening test report or an image of a test result of a test suite. After that, when a detection result report file issued by the disease control center and uploaded by the user a is received, if the detection result of the detection result report file is not positive, the user a is notified that the prohibition of using the MSM friend-making APP is released, and if the detection result of the detection result report file is positive, the user S continues to prohibit using the MSM friend-making APP.
The other users who have a history of contact with the user a may be, for example, users who have been chatted with the user a as a friend. In addition, the detection time of the HIV positive detection report of the user A can be compared with the detection time of the latest HIV detection result information of the user B with the contact history with the user A, and when the detection time of the latest HIV detection result information of the user B is later than the detection time of the HIV positive detection report of the user A and the time difference between the two exceeds the window period of HIV, the user B is excluded from other users with the contact history with the user A, so that the alarm can be more accurately given to the user group, and the reliability of the alarm is improved. The time difference is compared to the window period of HIV because of the possibility of a slow response false negative. That is, if the detection time has passed the window period, HIV infection can be excluded when HIV negative is detected, and if the detection time is within the window period, HIV infection cannot be excluded even if HIV negative is detected, and re-detection is required. Since more advanced detection reagents are now being introduced, the window of HIV is typically 6 weeks from high risk exposure.
In addition, the user may be prohibited from using all functions of the MSM friend-making APP when the user does not upload the HIV detection result of the user or the HIV negative detection result of the user is expired, the user may be permitted to use all functions of the MSM friend-making APP when the user uploads the HIV negative detection result that meets the requirement, and the user may be permitted to use other functions while prohibiting a part of functions including the chat function when the user uploads the HIV positive detection result, so that the user may be promoted to upload the positivity of the positive detection result.
In addition, while sending an alarm to other users who have a history of contact with the user a in the MSM friend-making APP, the use authority of the MSM friend-making APP function of the other users may be suspended, and the MSM friend-making APP function may be continuously used only when the other users upload a negative detection result meeting the requirements again. Thus, timely HIV detection by other users with the possibility of HIV infection can be facilitated.
In addition, in the embodiment, the server device detects whether the latest HIV negative detection result uploaded by the user is expired every time the user logs in. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention may be configured to detect whether or not the latest HIV negative detection result uploaded by the user is expired or is about to expire, periodically after permission of the user is obtained, and to transmit a notification prompting to upload a new HIV negative detection result to the terminal apparatus of the user when the latest HIV negative detection result uploaded by the user is expired or is about to expire. In addition, when the latest HIV negative detection result uploaded by the user is detected to be expired through regular detection, the function of using MSM to make friends APP by the user can be prohibited.
In addition, whether the latest HIV negative detection result uploaded by the user is about to expire or not can be detected under the condition that the latest HIV negative detection result uploaded by the user is not expired when the user logs in. Specifically, it is detected whether or not the difference between the latest HIV negative test result uploaded by the user and the time one year ago of the HIV negative test result is less than a predetermined value (for example, 7 days or the like), and when the difference is less than the predetermined value, a notification that the latest HIV test result uploaded is about to expire is transmitted to the user. Therefore, the method and the device can remind the user of detecting the sexually transmitted diseases as early as possible, and can avoid the situation that the user cannot use the function before uploading a new detection result because the user is prohibited to use the function of the MSM friend-making APP when the user uses the function, so that better use experience can be brought to the user.
In addition, it is also possible to open up a community of HIV positive persons in MSM friend-making APP, independently of the above-mentioned community of HIV negative persons, which functions as a positive therapy/test supervision co-community that requires users to upload therapy/test results periodically.
In addition, the MSM friend-making APP can also provide a service that a user selects to treat a medical institution cooperating with the APP and authorizes the APP to periodically access the medical institution to obtain a detection result without uploading the detection result by the user.
In summary, in the present embodiment, the following community methods are provided/maintained for preventing the spread of HIV infection. That is, in this community, the MSM dating APP verifies and approves the HIV-negative medical certification provided by the user, thereby realizing the barrier function of the HIV community, and further, the algorithm made by the MSM dating APP periodically encourages the user to fulfill the HIV-negative certification, and when a positive person is found, an alarm is sent to the relevant party, thereby realizing the alarm function of giving an alarm when there is an infection risk, thereby making it possible to create an environment in which only HIV-negative persons interact with each other. Since the existing social APP has no HIV defense function and is a cause of HIV spreading, the MSM friend-making APP of the present embodiment can prevent HIV spreading by having an alarm function related to periodic encouragement in addition to proving negative when using APP.
The MSM friend-making APP of the present embodiment achieves the barrier function by the following method. In order to use the functions of the APP, the user of the APP must upload one of the following authentication results on the application: firstly, detecting an image of the suite by a delivery door appointed by a supplier; ② HIV negative detection result of official medical institution. In the case of the first embodiment, since the APP issues the order of the detection kit, the association between the detection result and the personal authentication can be performed by the result display field of the detection kit and the cassette serial number. In addition, in case 2, face authentication is performed simultaneously with the uploaded HIV negative detection result, and the detection result is associated with the person authentication. And reading the uploaded detection result through OCR, and only the user judged to be negative can use the functions in the APP. Through the above-described technique, a hidden HIV positive person among users who initially utilize APP can be found as early as possible.
In the MSM friend-making APP of the present embodiment, regular physical examinations may be encouraged by providing the following rewards to users who have performed supplementary examinations different from the above-described examinations, or regular physical examinations may be encouraged by providing the following rewards to users who have uploaded information on the detection results of infectious diseases more than a predetermined value. These rewards include: the user is preferentially displayed on other user pictures; reducing the monthly APP usage fee when the APP has a payment item; and the additional function is used freely. In addition, regarding the function of the first, the interval from the previous detection, the presence or absence of complaints from other users, and the frequency of use of each function in the APP may be subjected to a composite operation, and evaluation may be performed by a predetermined algorithm based on the result of the composite operation, and the priority of display on the screen of other users may be determined based on the result of the evaluation. Further, the functions of (ii) and (iii) may be classified into deduction of usage fees and opening of additional functions based on the evaluation result. Therefore, when a positive person is found by the periodic physical examination, the other user who has a history of contact with the positive person on the APP is notified of an alarm to encourage the other user to perform the physical examination while ensuring anonymity of the positive person.
It should be noted that although the MSM social software is used as an example to describe the disease transmission prevention method, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the disclosure should not be limited thereto. In fact, the user can flexibly set the application scenario, technical conditions, and the like of the disease propagation prevention method according to personal preference and/or actual application scenario. In the above embodiment, the server of the MSM social software integrates the existing friend-making chat related function and the HIV or other sexually-infectious disease negative verification function, but the existing friend-making chat related function and the HIV or other sexually-infectious disease negative verification function may be implemented by different servers. For example, in existing general friend-making software (including social software for making friends from different parties, social software for making friends from the same party, and the like), a service for a user to select whether to use the above negative verification function of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV provided by the present vendor or other vendors is provided to improve safety in terms of health. When the user selects the service, the server of the common friend-making software and the supplier perform information interaction to realize negative verification of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV.
The sexually transmitted diseases are not limited to the above-mentioned HIV infection, i.e., AIDS, but include other sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, and hepatitis B.
FIG. 3 illustrates a functional block diagram of a social system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the social system includes: an operation reception device 301 that receives an operation performed by a user; a storage device 302 that stores information on the detection result of the sexually transmitted disease of the user; an information acquisition device 303 that acquires the latest detection result information of the sexually transmitted diseases of the user stored in the storage device 302 when the operation reception device 301 has received the operation of the user and the user has logged in the social system; a determination device 304 that determines whether or not the detection result is negative and the detection time of the detection result does not exceed a predetermined time limit, based on the detection result information acquired by the information acquisition device 303; and function setting means 305 for allowing the user to use a prescribed function including a chat function of the social system when the determination means 304 determines that the detection result is negative and the detection time of the detection result does not exceed a prescribed time. By allowing the user to use a predetermined function including a chat function of a friend-making platform only when the detection result of the sexually transmitted disease of the user is determined to be negative and the detection time of the detection result does not exceed a predetermined time limit, the user can be encouraged to regularly perform the detection of the sexually transmitted disease, thereby reducing hidden sexually transmitted cases, and a friend-making platform ensuring interactive communication only with sexually transmitted disease negative persons as much as possible is created, thereby making it possible to suppress the transmission of the sexually transmitted diseases from the sexually transmitted cases to other users of the friend-making platform and to suppress the spread of the sexually transmitted diseases caused by the friend-making platform.
In some embodiments, functions of or modules included in the apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be used to execute the method described in the above method embodiments, and specific implementation thereof may refer to the description of the above method embodiments, and for brevity, will not be described again here.
Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which computer program instructions are stored, and when executed by a processor, the computer program instructions implement the above method. The computer readable storage medium may be a volatile or non-volatile computer readable storage medium.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a server apparatus, including: a processor; a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; wherein the processor is configured to implement the above-described method when executing the memory-stored instructions.
The disclosed embodiments also provide a computer program product comprising computer readable code or a non-volatile computer readable storage medium carrying computer readable code, which when run in a processor of a server apparatus, the processor in the server apparatus performs the above method.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a terminal device 800 for a user to use a social platform capable of preventing the spread of a sexual ailment, according to an example embodiment. For example, the terminal device 800 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 4, terminal apparatus 800 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 802, memory 804, power component 806, multimedia component 808, audio component 810, input/output (I/O) interface 812, sensor component 814, and communications component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operations of the terminal device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the terminal apparatus 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on terminal device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power components 806 provide power to the various components of terminal device 800. Power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for terminal device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen providing an output interface between the terminal device 800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. When the terminal apparatus 800 is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode, the front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive an external audio signal when the terminal apparatus 800 is in an operation mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the terminal device 800. For example, sensor assembly 814 may detect an open/closed status of terminal apparatus 800, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of terminal apparatus 800, sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of terminal apparatus 800 or a component of terminal apparatus 800, the presence or absence of user contact with terminal apparatus 800, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of terminal apparatus 800, and a change in temperature of terminal apparatus 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
Communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communications between terminal apparatus 800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The terminal device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, such as the memory 804, is also provided that includes computer program instructions executable by the processor 820 of the terminal device 800 to perform the above-described methods.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a server apparatus 1900 for providing a friend-making platform capable of preventing the spread of a sexual disease according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to FIG. 5, server device 1900 includes a processing component 1922 further including one or more processors and memory resources, represented by memory 1932, for storing instructions, e.g., applications, executable by processing component 1922. The application programs stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1922 is configured to execute instructions to perform the above-described method.
The server device 1900 may further include a power component 1926 configured to perform power management of the server device 1900, a wired or wireless network interface 1950 configured to connect the server device 1900 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1958. The server device 1900 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1932, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, such as the memory 1932, is also provided that includes computer program instructions executable by the processing component 1922 of the server device 1900 to perform the above-described methods.
The present disclosure may be systems, methods, and/or computer program products. The computer program product may include a computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program instructions embodied thereon for causing a processor to implement various aspects of the present disclosure.
The computer readable storage medium may be a tangible device that can hold and store the instructions for use by the instruction execution device. The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, an electronic memory device, a magnetic memory device, an optical memory device, an electromagnetic memory device, a semiconductor memory device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. Claims (13)

1. A method of preventing disease transmission, comprising the steps of:
acquiring stored latest detection result information of the sexually transmitted diseases of the user when the user logs in a friend making platform; and
and when the detection result is judged to be negative according to the acquired detection result information and the detection time of the detection result does not exceed a specified time limit, allowing the user to use a specified function of the friend-making platform, wherein the specified function comprises a chat function.
2. The method of preventing the spread of disease according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when the detection result information of the sexually transmitted diseases of the user is not stored or when the detection result is judged to be negative according to the obtained detection result information and the detection time of the detection result exceeds a specified time, prohibiting the user from using the specified function and notifying the user of prompting the user to upload the detection result of new sexually transmitted diseases;
and when the detection result is judged to be positive according to the acquired detection result information, prohibiting the user from using the specified function.
3. The method of preventing the spread of disease according to claim 2, further comprising the steps of:
and in the case of receiving the detection result file uploaded by the user, when the detection result is judged to be negative according to the detection result file and the detection time of the detection result does not exceed a specified time limit, allowing the user to use the specified function, and storing the detection result information based on the detection result file.
4. The method of preventing the spread of disease according to claim 2, further comprising the steps of:
under the condition that the detection result file uploaded by the user is received, when the detection result is judged to be positive according to the detection result file, storing the detection result information based on the detection result file, and determining other users who have contact history with the user on the friend making platform; and
sending an alert to the determined other user that prompts detection of the sexually transmitted disease.
5. The method of preventing the spread of disease according to claim 3 or 4, further comprising the steps of:
displaying a purchase guide for a test suite of sexually transmitted diseases to the user upon a notification to the user prompting the user to upload a test result of the new sexually transmitted disease;
storing a product number recorded in the detection kit in association with the user when the user purchases the detection kit through the purchase guide,
the step of storing the detection result information based on the detection result file includes the steps of:

6. The disease propagation prevention method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the step of storing the test result information based on the test result file comprises the steps of:
acquiring information related to the detection result in the detection result display field and the detection time from the file of the detection result report when the file of the detection result is a file of a detection result report of the sexually transmitted disease issued by a public medical institution;
in a case where the upload by the user himself is confirmed by face recognition, the information on the detection result in the detection result display field and the detection time are stored as the detection result information in association with the user.
7. The method of preventing the spread of disease according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:

The disease propagation prevention method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining, from the acquired detection result information, that the detection result is negative and that the detection time of the detection result does not exceed a predetermined time limit includes the steps of:
acquiring a detection result and detection time of the detection result from the acquired detection result information;
judging whether the difference between the detection time of the detection result and the current login time is greater than a specified value or not under the condition that the detection result is negative;
and when the difference between the detection time of the detection result and the current login time is not more than the specified value, judging that the detection time of the detection result does not exceed the specified time limit.
9. The method of preventing the spread of disease according to claim 4,
the sexually transmitted disease is AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome),
the disease transmission prevention method further comprises the steps of:
when the detection result is judged to be positive according to the detection result file, judging whether the detection result file is a file of an initial detection result report issued by a public medical institution or an image of the detection result of a detection kit of the sexually transmitted disease;

an operation reception device that receives an operation performed by a user;
a storage device that stores information on a result of detection of the sexually transmitted disease of the user;
an information acquisition device that acquires latest detection result information of the sexually transmitted diseases of the user stored in the storage device when the operation of the user is accepted by the operation acceptance device and the user logs in to the social contact system;
a determination device that determines whether or not the detection result is negative and the detection time of the detection result does not exceed a predetermined time limit, based on the detection result information acquired by the information acquisition device; and

a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;

13. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
