Abstract

The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for annotating medical image data. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a target medical image; identifying the attribute category of the target medical image, and creating first attribute type information for the target medical image according to the identified attribute category; acquiring an operation instruction, wherein the operation instruction carries instruction information, position information and annotation information; the instruction information is used for indicating that a target area is identified in the target medical image, and the position information is used for determining the position of the target area in the target medical image; the annotation information is used for indicating that the target area is annotated; determining the position of the target area in the target medical image according to the position information; wherein the target region is a region of interest in the target medical image; and adding the annotation to the target area according to the annotation information. The annotation method of the medical image data can solve the problem that the read medical image cannot be subjected to multifunctional information annotation in the prior art.

Medical image data annotation method and device
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of medical image technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for annotating medical image data.
Background
Although methods for classifying medical images, performing target recognition, text recognition and the like exist in the prior art, the conventional annotation platform cannot read medical images in various formats, has a very limited annotation function on the medical images, and cannot effectively arrange medical image data.
Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure is directed to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art and provide a method and an apparatus for annotating medical image data, which solve the problem in the prior art that a read medical image cannot be annotated with multifunctional information.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for annotating medical image data, the method including:
acquiring a target medical image;
identifying the attribute category of the target medical image, and creating first attribute type information for the target medical image according to the identified attribute category;
acquiring an operation instruction, wherein the operation instruction carries instruction information, position information and annotation information; the instruction information is used for indicating that a target area is identified in the target medical image, and the position information is used for determining the position of the target area in the target medical image; the annotation information is used for indicating that the target area is annotated;
determining the position of the target area in the target medical image according to the position information; wherein the target region is a region of interest in the target medical image;
and adding an annotation to the target area according to the annotation information.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of devices and apparatus consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for annotating medical image data according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:

Optionally, before adding an annotation to the target region according to the annotation information, the method further includes:

It should be noted that the second attribute type information may be the same as or different from the first attribute type information. When the second attribute type information is different from the first attribute type information, the second attribute type information may be more specifically defined and described in a lower level of the target medical image.

Fig. 8 is an architecture diagram of an annotation device for medical image data according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes a first obtaining module 801, a processing module 802, a second obtaining module 803, a determining module 804, a creating module 805, and an annotating module 806; the creating module 805 is configured to create second attribute type information for the target area.

acquiring an operation instruction, wherein the operation instruction carries instruction information, position information and annotation information; the instruction information is used for indicating that a target area is identified in the target medical image, and the position information is used for determining the position of the target area in the target medical image; the annotation information is used for indicating that the target area is annotated;
determining the position of the target area in the target medical image according to the position information; wherein the target region is a region of interest in the target medical image;
and adding an annotation to the target area according to the annotation information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to adding annotations to the target region according to the annotation information, the method further comprises:

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining the preset target region in the target medical image according to the first pixel, the second pixel, the third pixel and the fourth pixel comprises:
drawing a polygonal or circular area in the target medical image according to the first pixel point, the second pixel point, the third pixel point and the fourth pixel point;
and determining the preset target area according to the target polygon or the circular area.
