In the process of printing each functional layer on the base material layer 11, it is only necessary to print a connection circuit on the base material connection tape 15. There is no need to print a graphic layer or other layer on the substrate web 15.
The circuitry in the circuitry layer 12 is used to respond to a touch by the display panel 100. In this embodiment, the display panel 100 is a touch panel.
The display panel 100 is formed by an in-mold injection molding process. Prior to casting, the membrane 100 is placed in the cavity of the mold and fixed, for example, by vacuum suction, with the outer surface of the inner membrane facing the inside of the cavity. In addition, no gap exists between the graphic layer 11 and the circuit layer 12, so that the moisture-proof and waterproof performance is better, and the touch sensitivity and reliability are improved. In the display panel 100 of the embodiment of the application, the circuit layer 12 and the graphic layer 13 are disposed on the inner film, when the display panel 100 is not lit, the graphic layer 13 and the circuit layer 12 are hardly displayed in the external view of the display panel 100 under the action of the outer film 30 and the injection layer 20, that is, when the display panel 100 is not lit, the graphic layer 13 and the circuit layer 12 are hardly visible from the outside by a user, and only when the display panel 100 is lit, the user can see the graphic on the graphic layer 13.

Printing treatment: coating gloss oil, a circuit layer 12, a pattern layer 13, a light homogenizing layer 14 and the like on the cut base material sheet; and the base material sheet after printing treatment is placed in a high-temperature oven for drying, the ink is solidified, and the solvent in the ink is evaporated.
And (3) pasting a protective film: and protective films are pasted on the two sides of the base material sheet, so that the printed surface of the base material sheet is prevented from being scratched when a positioning hole is punched.
Punching a positioning hole: punching a positioning hole for punching and a positioning hole for hot press molding on the base material sheet, wherein the positioning hole for punching and the positioning hole for hot press molding are punched accurately.
Hot press molding: and (4) utilizing a hot-press forming die to carry out hot-press forming on the base material sheet, and forming the base material sheet into the shape of the product.
Punching: and shearing the waste material of the base material sheet after hot-press forming to obtain the inner membrane.
Several embodiments of the inner membrane of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, the inner film includes a substrate layer 11, a graphic layer 13, a circuit layer 12, and a light-homogenizing layer 14.
The light uniformizing layer 14, the base material layer 11, the circuit layer 12, and the pattern layer 13 are arranged in this order from the inside toward the outside.
In the process of preparing the inner membrane, before the circuit layer 12 is coated, a layer of varnish may be coated on the substrate layer 11, and the varnish has an isolation effect and can isolate the printing medium between two adjacent layers. After a layer of gloss oil is coated, the circuit layer 12 is coated, a layer of gloss oil is coated on the circuit layer 12, and then the pattern layer 13 is coated. The pattern layer 13 may not be coated with varnish, and of course, may be coated with varnish.
The sequential arrangement of the light uniformizing layer 14, the base material layer 11, the circuit layer 12, and the pattern layer 13 means an arrangement order of the four printing layers, and other printing layers may be selectively added or not added between the light uniformizing layer 14 and the base material layer 11, between the base material layer 11 and the circuit layer 12, and between the circuit layer 12 and the pattern layer 13.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 2, the inner film includes a substrate layer 11, a graphic layer 13, a circuit layer 12, and a light-homogenizing layer 14.
The light uniformizing layer 14, the circuit layer 12, the base material layer 11, and the pattern layer 13 are arranged in this order from the inside toward the outside.
It will be appreciated that the gloss oil described above may be applied between any two layers.
The sequential arrangement of the light uniformizing layer 14, the circuit layer 12, the base material layer 11, and the pattern layer 13 means an arrangement order of the four printing layers, and other printing layers may be selectively added or not added between the light uniformizing layer 14 and the circuit layer 12, between the circuit layer 12 and the base material layer 11, and between the base material layer 11 and the pattern layer 13.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 3, the main structure of the third embodiment is substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, mainly differing in that the leveling layer 14 is not provided in this embodiment.
The circuit layer 12, the base layer 11, and the pattern layer 13 are arranged in this order from the inside toward the outside.
For example, a member such as a film or frosted glass for light uniformization may be added between the light source and the display panel 100 to realize the light uniformizing effect.
The sequential arrangement of the circuit layer 12, the base layer 11, and the pattern layer 13 means an arrangement order of the three printed layers, and other printed layers may be selectively added or not added between the circuit layer 12 and the base layer 11, and between the base layer 11 and the pattern layer 13.
In the embodiments of the present application, only the circuit layer 12, the graphic layer 13, the base material layer 11, and the dodging layer 14 may be provided, and other functional layers may not be provided. Of course, other functional layers may be added as necessary.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, a display device 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the limiting device 1000 includes a display panel box 300 and a display panel 100 according to any embodiment of the present application.
The display board case 300 has a PCB board and a light emitting source integrated thereon.
The type of light emitting source is not limited, for example, a lamp bead, a lamp strip, etc.
The circuitry in the circuit layer 12 is electrically connected to the PCB board.
The PCB is used to control the light emitting source to output light to the display panel 100, and when the light emitting source emits light, the display panel 100 is lighted. This enables the display panel 100 to present a certain brightness to enable the user to view the graphics layer 13.
When the light emitting sources are switched off, the graphics layer 13 is hardly visible to the user.
The display apparatus 1000 further includes a mounting bracket 200, and the display panel box 300 and the display panel 100 are mounted on the mounting bracket 200.
The mounting bracket 200 provides mounting support for the panel box 300 and the display panel 100.
Illustratively, the mounting bracket 200 has a substantially frame-type structure, the mounting bracket 200 has a mounting space 200a, and the display board box 300 is inserted into the mounting space 200 a. When assembling, the display panel case 300 is fitted into the mounting space 200a from the rear side of the mounting bracket 200 and fixed to the mounting bracket 200, for example, by means of screws, snaps, or the like.
The display panel 100 is connected with the mounting block 200 and covers the mounting space 200 a. The display panel 100 is installed at the installation space 200 from the front side of the installation frame 200.
The application field of the display panel 100 of the embodiment of the present application is not limited, and the display panel can be used for any suitable product. Such as household appliances, communication terminals, automobiles, medical industries, and the like.
The embodiment of the application provides a household appliance, including casing and the display device 1000 of this application arbitrary embodiment, display device 1000 sets up on the casing.
The display panel 100 of the display device 1000 is a part of an external appearance of the home appliance, and a user can operate the display panel 100 to realize human-computer interaction.
The kinds of the home appliances are not limited, for example, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, an electric rice cooker, a laundry treating apparatus, etc.
Here, the specific type of the laundry treating apparatus is not limited, and for example, may be one of a washing machine, a dryer, and a washer-dryer, or a suit apparatus in which a washing machine and a dryer are stacked in an up-down direction.
Exemplarily, a home appliance is taken as the laundry treatment apparatus.
The laundry treating apparatus includes a knob that a user can rotate to select a wash program, for example, a standard wash, a quick wash, a wool wash, a cartridge self-cleaning, etc.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, the display panel 100 is provided with a through mounting hole 10a, and the knob is rotatably disposed through the mounting hole 10 a.
In this embodiment, the user can touch the display panel 100 to select parameters corresponding to the washing and caring process, such as temperature, water amount, etc.

Claims (14)

1. A film for a display panel, comprising:
a substrate layer having an outer surface and an inner surface;
at least two functional layers, wherein a portion of each functional layer is printed on the outer surface of the substrate layer and the remaining portion of each functional layer is printed on the inner surface of the substrate layer.
2. The membrane of claim 1 wherein each of said functional layers includes a graphics layer and a circuit layer, said circuit layer being located on an inner side of said graphics layer.
3. The membrane of claim 2, wherein said circuit layer, said substrate layer and said graphic layer are arranged in sequence in an inboard to outboard direction.
4. The film according to claim 2, wherein each of said functional layers comprises a light homogenizing layer for homogenizing light, and said pattern layer and said circuit layer are located outside said light homogenizing layer.
5. The film according to claim 4, wherein the light uniformizing layer, the base material layer, the circuit layer and the pattern layer are arranged in this order in an inside-to-outside direction.
6. The film according to claim 4, wherein the light uniformizing layer, the circuit layer, the base material layer, and the pattern layer are arranged in this order in an inside-to-outside direction.
7. A film according to any of claims 4 to 6 wherein the levelling layer is a diffusing ink layer.
8. The membrane of claim 2, wherein the membrane comprises a spacer and a substrate connecting strip disposed at a side of the substrate layer, the substrate connecting strip is provided with a connecting circuit electrically connected to the circuit in the circuit layer, and the spacer covers at least the connecting circuit printed at one end of the substrate connecting strip near the substrate layer.
9. A display panel, comprising:
an inner membrane sheet, said inner membrane sheet being the membrane sheet of any one of claims 1-8;
and the injection molding layer is injected on the outer surface of the inner membrane.
10. The display panel of claim 9, wherein the display panel comprises an outer membrane, and wherein the injection molded layer is injection molded between the outer membrane and the inner membrane.
11. A display device, comprising:
the display board box is provided with a luminous source;
the display panel of claim 9 or 10, the display panel box being disposed inside the display panel, the light source being configured to output light to the display panel.
12. The display device according to claim 11, wherein the display device includes a mounting bracket having a mounting space in which the display panel box is embedded, and the display panel is connected to the mounting bracket and covers the mounting space.
13. A domestic appliance comprising a housing and a display device as claimed in claim 11 or 12, said display device being arranged on said housing.
14. The household appliance according to claim 13, wherein the household appliance is a laundry treatment apparatus comprising a knob for selecting a washing program, the display panel being provided with a through mounting hole, the knob being rotatably disposed through the mounting hole.
