If the delivery mode is not printing and the order paid by the individual is not suitable for not printing, S240: determining the distribution mode as a single host.
In this embodiment, the step S210: after the delivery mode of the itinerary corresponding to the order is obtained from the order reservation data, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the distribution mode is a single mail, it is not necessary to confirm whether the personal payment is applicable, that is, the method is directly performed in S240: determining that the distribution mode is a single mail;
if the delivery mode is periodic delivery, S250: judging whether the order paid by the individual is suitable for periodic distribution;
if the delivery mode is periodic delivery and the order paid by the individual is suitable for periodic delivery, S260: the delivery mode of the travel itinerary is determined to be periodic printing.
If the delivery mode is periodic delivery and the order paid by the individual is not suitable for periodic delivery, S240: determining the distribution mode as a single host.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the step S300: calculating order printing time corresponding to the order reservation data according to a printing time calculation rule corresponding to a preset distribution mode, and the method comprises the following steps:
s310: judging whether the distribution mode is single consignment or periodic distribution;
if the distribution mode is a single host, S320: calculating the order printing time immediately;
if the delivery mode is periodic delivery, S330: acquiring a delivery address from the order reservation data, S340: according to the delivery cycle corresponding to the delivery address query, S350: and calculating the order printing time according to the corresponding delivery cycle.
In this embodiment, if the delivery method is a single mail, the travel itinerary needs to be printed and the delivery is completed as soon as possible, and the step S320: immediately calculating the order printing time, comprising the following steps:
acquiring the residual task amount and daily completion amount of the travel list printing system, and calculating the time required by the travel list printing system to complete the residual task amount; specifically, the method may communicate with the trip sheet printing system to obtain a remaining task amount in a current task list of the trip sheet printing system and a daily completion amount of the trip sheet printing system, or may query a task amount, for which completion feedback has not been received, in the trip sheet printing tasks assigned to the trip sheet printing system within a preset time period as the remaining task amount, and calculate an average value of task amounts, for which feedback is completed each day within the preset time period of the trip sheet printing system, as the daily completion amount of the trip sheet printing system;
and adding the current time to the time required by the travel list printing system to finish the remaining task amount to obtain the order printing time, wherein the order printing time can be specified by the date of a certain day, or the date of a certain day plus a certain time period, or the date of a certain day plus a certain time.
Therefore, the order printing time can be reasonably arranged according to the task completion condition of the travel list printing system, and the condition that the order backlog at the travel list printing system cannot be completed on time is avoided.
In this embodiment, when the current time is added to the time required by the travel itinerary printing system to complete the remaining task volume to obtain the order printing time, it may happen that the order volume itself required to calculate the order printing time is large at present, which may result in that the calculated order printing time cannot be satisfied. Specifically, the step of adding the current time to the time required by the travel list printing system to complete the remaining task amount to obtain the order printing time includes the following steps:
sequencing m orders of which the printing time of the orders needs to be calculated currently according to a preset sequencing field, wherein m is greater than 1, for example, the sequencing field can be the preset time, and the orders are sequenced from morning to evening according to the preset time, or the sequencing field can be the order number, the orders are sequenced from small to large according to the order number, and the like;
determining whether the order quantity m of the order printing time needing to be calculated at present is larger than the daily completion quantity n of the order printing system;
if not, sorting the order reservation data of the m ordered orders into an order reservation table according to a sorting sequence, wherein each line in the order reservation table comprises the order reservation data of one order, and adding the current time to the time required by the travel list printing system to finish the residual task amount to be used as the order printing time of all the orders in the order reservation table;
if yes, determining the number x of the order reservation tables according to the multiple of the order quantity m and the daily completion quantity n, wherein x is [ m/n ] +1, sequentially sorting the order reservation data of m ordered orders into x order reservation tables, wherein each line comprises the order reservation data of one order, and adding the current time and the time required by the travel order printing system to complete the residual task quantity to be used as the order printing time of all orders in the first order reservation table.
In this embodiment, after the step of adding the current time to the time required by the travel itinerary printing system to complete the remaining amount of tasks to obtain the order printing time, the method further includes the following steps:
judging whether the obtained order printing time has a periodically distributed printing task, namely judging whether the periodically distributed printing task is arranged on the same day of the determined order printing time, avoiding the conflict between the newly added printing task and the arranged periodically distributed printing task, and preferentially ensuring that the periodically distributed printing task can be successfully completed;
if yes, judging whether the task quantity of the existing periodical delivery printing tasks is larger than the daily completion quantity, namely judging whether a margin is left for printing other travel lists after the existing periodical delivery printing tasks are completed in the day;
if the task quantity of the existing periodical delivery printing tasks is smaller than the daily completion quantity, indicating that the rest quantity remains after the existing periodical delivery printing tasks are completed for printing other travel orders in the day, and keeping the obtained order printing time unchanged;
if the task quantity of the existing periodic delivery printing task is larger than or equal to the daily completion quantity, the fact that no margin exists for printing other travel orders in the day after the existing periodic delivery printing task is completed is shown, the updated order printing time is obtained by adding the order printing time obtained in the previous day to one day, and the new order printing task is arranged in the updated order printing time.
In this embodiment, the step S350: calculating the order printing time according to the corresponding delivery cycle, comprising the following steps:
determining the date of each delivery according to the delivery period and the time of the previous delivery;
the date of the next delivery is taken as the order print time. For example, if the delivery cycle is 1 month and the time of the previous delivery is 15 th month, the order printing time is 15 th month, or if there is an advance of 1 day, the order printing time is 14 th month.
In this embodiment, the step S400: pushing the order reservation data to a travel itinerary printing system prior to the order printing time, comprising the steps of:
acquiring the printing advance time of the travel order printing system, for example, presetting the printing advance time to be 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and the like, namely, the time for sending order reservation data to the order printing system in advance;
subtracting the printing advance time from the order printing time to obtain printing pushing time;
and when the printing pushing time is up, pushing the order reservation data to a travel order printing system. For example, if the print lead time is 1 day, the order reservation data is pushed to the travel sheet printing system 1 day before the print push time.
