For convenience of description, the present embodiment takes the server 12 shown in fig. 1 as an example to describe in detail the batch authority configuration method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a batch authority configuration method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the batch authority configuration method includes the following steps:
s201, obtaining authority configuration information of a user mechanism, wherein the authority configuration information comprises an initial object which can be authorized to the user mechanism.
In this embodiment, the user institution refers to an organization where the user is located, where the organization includes an administrative organization and an enterprise institution, and when the organization is an enterprise institution, the enterprise institution may be a group, one of the branch institutions under the group, or a sub-branch institution of a certain branch institution of the group, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The initial object of the user authority refers to an object that can be used or operated after the user authority has a right. The initial object may be a resource, a functional unit, or the like, and the implementation manner of the initial object is not particularly limited in this embodiment. The user mechanism can apply for an initial object which can be authorized to the manager, and the manager configures the initial object which can be authorized to the user mechanism according to the application of the user mechanism. The resource manager configures the initial object of the user mechanism as the authority configuration information of the user mechanism, and the user mechanism has the operation authority of the configured initial object.
For example, taking a user institution as an educational institution, such as a school, the school may apply for all or part of the course resources from a certain platform with the course resources, and after the school applies for the course resources successfully, the school may be authorized to give the course resources of the school, that is, the right configuration information.
After the authority configuration information of the user mechanism is successfully configured, the corresponding relation between the identifier of the user mechanism and the authority configuration information of the user mechanism can be generated according to the authority configuration information of the user mechanism and the identifier of the user mechanism, and the corresponding relation is stored in a database. When a user sends a request for carrying out batch permission configuration to a database through terminal equipment, the request carries an identifier of a user mechanism, and the database can acquire permission configuration information corresponding to the identifier of the user mechanism according to the identifier of the user mechanism and the stored corresponding relation.
S202, generating a batch custom template for the user mechanism based on the authority configuration information, wherein the batch custom template is used for obtaining a target object which can be authorized to a target user, the target user is a user in the user mechanism, and the target object is an object in the initial object.
The permission configuration information acquired in step S201 is information acquired from a database, and readability and visualization effect are not good for the user, and in this step, a batch custom template is generated for the user organization according to the permission configuration information, so that the user can conveniently input custom information in batch.
The user mechanism comprises a plurality of users, any one of the users of the user mechanism can use the batch custom template to perform custom setting, and the batch custom template provides the same functions for the users of the user mechanism. The target user may be at least some of a plurality of users of the user institution. The batch self-defined template provides all initial objects or configurable initial objects in all the initial objects for a target user, the target user can select all or part of the initial objects from the initial objects provided by the batch self-defined template, the initial objects selected by the target user are the target objects of the target user, and after the target objects are authorized to the target user, the target user has the operation authority on the target objects.
Those skilled in the art can understand that, in this embodiment, a batch custom template corresponding to a user mechanism is generated for the user mechanism, instead of all user mechanisms adopting the same template, and for an initial object authorized by the user mechanism, a user in the user mechanism can only select a target object in the initial object, so that the user is prevented from selecting a target object from all objects, interference of redundant data is prevented, not only is user operation facilitated, but also the accuracy of selection is ensured.
The batch custom template can provide a batch permission configuration function, and is specifically represented in that at least one target user in a plurality of users can perform custom setting on a target object through the same custom template, or the target object set by at least one target user in the custom template can be stored in one custom template, the relation between the batch custom template and the target user can be a one-to-many relation, and the relation between the user institution and the batch custom template is a one-to-one relation, namely, each user institution corresponds to one batch custom template.
S203, obtaining batch self-defining information, wherein the batch self-defining information is obtained according to a target object of a target user set in a batch self-defining template.
At least one target user can set a target object in the batch custom template through the terminal equipment, and after the target user completes the setting of the target object, the terminal equipment can obtain the batch custom information of the target user according to the target object set by the target user. The batch custom information comprises target objects obtained by the target user through custom setting based on the initial objects.
Still taking school as an example, a batch custom template is generated for school based on authorized course resources of school, and the batch custom template can provide a function of setting courses for teachers at school. School teachers can determine target course resources from the authorized course resources through the batch custom templates. After all teachers in the school finish setting courses based on the batch custom templates, the batch custom information is obtained, and course resources authorized to each teacher can be obtained.
Target objects set by at least one target user can be collected based on the batch custom template, so that batch custom information of the at least one target user is obtained.
And S204, configuring the authority of the corresponding target object for the target users in the user mechanism in batch based on the batch custom information.
The batch custom information comprises the custom information of each target user in at least one target user, and the authority of the corresponding target object can be configured for each target user based on the custom information of each target user, so that the function of batch authority setting is realized.
In the embodiment, the authority configuration information of the user mechanism is acquired, wherein the authority configuration information comprises an initial object which can be authorized to the user mechanism; generating a batch custom template for the user mechanism based on the authority configuration information, wherein the batch custom template is used for acquiring a target object authorized to a target user, the target user is a user in the user mechanism, and the target object is an object in the initial object; acquiring batch custom information, wherein the batch custom information is obtained according to a target object of a target user set in a batch custom template; and configuring the authority of the corresponding target object for the target users in the user mechanism in batch based on the batch custom information. Because the batch custom template can acquire the batch custom information of the target user, the permission configuration of users one by one is not needed, and the permission configuration efficiency can be improved.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, optionally, acquiring the authority configuration information of the user facility includes: outputting a permission configuration interface, wherein the permission configuration interface is provided with a candidate object area and a user mechanism area; and acquiring the authority configuration information of the user mechanism based on the selected user mechanism in the user mechanism area and the selected candidate object in the candidate object area, wherein the selected candidate object is an initial object. As shown in fig. 3, the authority configuration interface includes a candidate area 31 and a user institution area 32. The user institution area 32 provides a selection function of a school, and the candidate area 31 provides a selection function of a lesson resource to which the school has authority. After the user in school 1 selects school 1 in the drop-down box of "select school" displayed in the user institution area through the terminal device, it is stated that the right configuration is for school 1. And displaying the course resources provided by the course resource provider in the candidate object area, wherein each course resource corresponds to a selection function. Course resources required by school 1 can be configured in all course resources, and after the course resources of school 1 are selected, a 'confirm' button can be clicked, so that the server can generate a batch custom template for school 1 according to the authority configuration information of school 1.
Optionally, the batch custom template includes a non-custom area and a custom area, and then generates a batch custom template for the user organization based on the authority configuration information, including:
step a1, generating a non-user-defined area according to the user attributes of the users in the user mechanism, wherein the non-user-defined area is used for acquiring the information of the target user.
In this embodiment, the non-user-defined area is an area in the batch user-defined template where the user cannot perform user-defined setting. Wherein the user attributes of the users in the user mechanism include: a user mechanism identification and a user identification; the user mechanism identification is used for uniquely identifying the user mechanism and distinguishing different user mechanisms; the user identification is used for uniquely identifying the user and distinguishing different users. The information of the target user is unique identification information used for representing the identity of the target user. The non-custom area of the embodiment can avoid a user from tampering the template, and can fill data required by the non-custom area.
Optionally, the non-user-defined area includes a first attribute area and a second attribute area, and then the step a1 specifically includes:
step a11, generating a first identification area and a first filling area associated with the first identification area according to the user mechanism identification, wherein the first attribute area comprises the first identification area and the first filling area.
In this step, the first identification area is a header area indicating the identity of the user mechanism, the first padding area is used to provide a function of padding information of the user mechanism for a target user in the user mechanism, and the target user can pad information indicating the user mechanism where the target user is located through the first padding area, so that the non-user-defined area obtains the information of the user mechanism.
The following describes an embodiment of the present application, with reference to the accompanying drawings and a scenario in which a school teacher sets a course resource in a course resource for which the school has a right, as an example:
fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a batch customization template according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, a header area (a cell shown by a bold line in the figure) 41 of a column in which a field of a school is located is a first identification area, and an area of the column in which the field of the school is located is a first padding area 42. The first padding area may include a plurality of first padding sub-areas, and each first padding sub-area (i.e., each cell filled with school 1) is used to provide each target user with a padding function of information of a user institution where the target user is located.
Step a12, generating a second identification area and a second filling area associated with the second identification area according to the user identification, wherein the second attribute area comprises the second identification area and the second filling area.
In this step, the second identification area is a header area indicating the identity of the user, the second filling area is used for providing a filling function of information of the target user for the target user, and the target user can fill the information indicating the identity of the target user through the second filling area, so that the non-user-defined area obtains the information of the target user.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the second identification area 43 includes a title area where a name field and a mobile number field are located, and the second padding area 44 includes a blank area where the name field is located and a blank area where the mobile number field is located.
It should be understood that the name and mobile phone number fields herein are exemplary illustrations and do not represent limitations on the batch custom template of the present application, and those skilled in the art may set the second identification area according to actual service requirements.
The first attribute zone can conveniently acquire the information of the user mechanism, and the second attribute zone can conveniently acquire the user information, so that the right can be configured for the correct user mechanism and the user when the right is configured, and the wrong configuration of the right is avoided.
Step a2, generating a user-defined area according to the initial object authorized for the user mechanism, wherein the user-defined area is used for obtaining the target object.
In this step, the custom area is an area that can be customized by the user in the batch custom template. The initial object authorized for the user institution refers to all resources applied by the user institution to the resource provider. That is, all of the initial objects of the user organization may be presented in the custom region. And after the target user sets the initial objects through the custom area, the initial objects set by the target user are the target objects of the target user.
The user-defined area of this embodiment can make things convenient for the user to realize self-defined effect and effect through the self-defined target object of initial object to user operation is convenient for in self-defined area and the independent setting in non-user-defined district.
