s3, detecting electric leakage, after the detection piece (20) is installed, opening the box door (101), enabling a hand to extend into the box body (10) through the box door (101), installing a first pen core (3312) or a second pen core (3313) of one end, close to the second limiting ring (12), of a fixing rod (331) into the second limiting ring (12), at the moment, a lantern ring (3311) arranged on the fixing rod (331) is in threaded connection with a first internal thread (1211) arranged in the first limiting ring (111), and the first pen core (3312) or the second pen core (3313) is in contact with the cable (131), so that the detection of the cable (131) by the electroprobe is realized;
