The ultrasonic cleaning device 6 may be installed at another position, and the ultrasonic range emitted therefrom may cover the entire area in the first liner 1, and the ultrasonic cleaning device may perform an ultrasonic treatment on the first liner 1, the heating device 3, the filter portion 4 of the second liner 2, and the scale accumulated at the bottom of the second liner 2 by gravity.
The manner of attaching the second inner container 2 is not particularly limited, and may be fixed to the inner wall of the first inner container 1, supported and fixed to the heating device 3, or the like.
The present invention provides, as one embodiment, a water heater.

Alternatively, the ultrasonic cleaning device 6 may be manually turned on by the user to perform ultrasonic treatment on the scale.

When the size of the second inner container 2 is smaller, the second inner container is equivalent to a filter sleeve sleeved on the heating device 3, and the water and scale separation function is also realized; the turbidity sensor 5 and/or the flow sensor are/is arranged in the first inner container 1, and can also be arranged at the water outlet 8 of the first inner container 1.
The invention also provides a scale cleaning method applied to the water heater.
The scale cleaning method of the water heater comprises the following steps:
s1: starting an ultrasonic cleaning device after receiving a starting signal;
s2: the incrustation scale after being shaken garrulous by ultrasonic cleaning device discharges to first inner bag in from second inner bag bottom, discharges through the first drain hole of first inner bag bottom, accomplishes the clearance of incrustation scale.
Step S1 includes an activation signal generated when the user manually turns on or an automatic activation signal sent by the detection device.
The automatic starting signal sent by the detection device can be a starting signal sent by detecting that the turbidity of the water reaches a preset turbidity value; the starting signal can be sent out when the flow of the detected water reaches a preset flow value; the starting signal can be sent out when the heating time reaches the preset time; or a combination of two or three of them.

After the ultrasonic cleaning device is used for a period of time, a user starts the ultrasonic cleaning device; or when the turbidity sensor detects that the turbidity of the water reaches a preset turbidity value, and/or the flow sensor detects that the flow of the water reaches a preset flow value, and/or the time detection device detects that the heating time of the water reaches a preset time, the ultrasonic cleaning device is started, and the ultrasonic waves can cover the whole area in the first inner container, particularly the position of the filtering part.
Most of the scale after being shattered by the ultrasonic cleaning device is discharged into the first liner from a second sewage discharge outlet at the bottom of the second liner, and a small part of the scale is discharged from a filtering hole below the second liner; and finally, discharging the water scale through a first discharge port at the bottom of the first inner container to finish self-cleaning and periodic cleaning of the water scale.
The reason why the water inlet speed of the first inner container and the water outlet speed of the second inner container are kept higher than the water outlet speed is to keep the first inner container and the second inner container filled with water all the time and to give enough heating time to the water.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A water heater having a housing and a first liner (1) disposed within the housing, the water heater comprising:
the second inner container (2) is arranged in the first inner container (1), and a plurality of filtering parts (4) are arranged on the second inner container (2).
2. A water heater according to claim 1, characterized in that the second inner container (2) is arranged obliquely in the first inner container (1) with a gap from the first inner container (1);
the filtering part (4) is at least arranged at the lower part of the second inner container (2).
3. The water heater according to claim 2, characterized in that the direction of the central axis of the second inner container (2) forms an included angle with the direction of the central axis of the first inner container (1), and the included angle is 15-45 degrees;
preferably, the included angle is 15-30 degrees.
4. A water heater according to claim 1, characterized in that the second inner container (2) is provided with filtering portions (4) above and below;
preferably, the size of the filter part (4) above the second inner container (2) is larger than that of the filter part (4) below the second inner container;
preferably, the filter part (4) is a filter hole.
5. A water heater according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom of the second inner container (2) is provided with a second sewage draining outlet (10) for removing scale;
preferably, the second sewage draining outlet (10) is arranged at the lowest inclined position of the bottom of the second inner container (2).
6. The water heater according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising,
the ultrasonic cleaning device (6) is arranged in the first inner container (1) and/or the second inner container (2), and the working area of the ultrasonic cleaning device (6) at least covers one filter part (4);
and the heating device (3) is arranged in the second inner container (2) and is used for heating water.
7. A water heater according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising detection means for detecting information for turning on the ultrasonic cleaning device (6);
preferably, the detection means comprises one or more of a turbidity sensor (5), a flow sensor and a time detection means.
8. A method for cleaning scale on a water heater, which is applied to the water heater of any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The method for cleaning scale on a water heater according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: starting an ultrasonic cleaning device after receiving a starting signal;
s2: the incrustation scale after being shaken garrulous by ultrasonic cleaning device discharges to first inner bag in from second inner bag bottom, discharges through the first drain hole of first inner bag bottom, accomplishes the clearance of incrustation scale.
10. The method for cleaning scale on a water heater according to claim 9, wherein: step S1 includes the starting signal generated when the user opens manually or the automatic starting signal sent by the detecting device;
preferably, the automatic start signal sent by the detection device comprises:
detecting that the turbidity of water reaches a preset turbidity value;
and/or detecting that the flow of the water reaches a preset flow value;
and/or detecting a starting signal sent out when the heating time reaches a preset time.
