The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
An air conditioner 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 14, including: a base 100, an air duct member 200, a blower (not shown), a housing 400, a panel 500, and a latch assembly 600.
Specifically, the air duct member 200 is disposed on the base 100; the fan is arranged in the air duct piece 200; the housing 400 is provided with a first rotating part 410 and a first locking groove; the panel 500 is provided with a second rotating part 510, and the second rotating part 510 is rotatably matched with the first rotating part 410; the locking assembly 600 is disposed on the panel 500, and the locking assembly 600 selectively cooperates with the first locking groove.
It should be noted that the base 100 is suitable for providing a position for the air duct member 200, so that the air duct member 200 can guide the airflow driven by the fan, thereby guiding the airflow to form the service performance of the air conditioner 10, and further improving the indoor environment.
It is understood that the first rotating portion 410 is provided on the housing 400, the second rotating portion 510 is provided on the panel 500, and the first rotating portion 410 and the second rotating portion 510 are rotatably engaged. In this way, when the panel 500 is connected to the housing 400, the panel 500 and the housing 400 need to be separated or assembled after forming a certain angle with respect to each other, and the panel 500 and the housing 400 formed with a certain angle are rotated to complete the assembly. Like this, through being equipped with first rotating part 410 and second rotating part 510 respectively on panel 500 and dustcoat 400, when simplifying air conditioner 10 assembling process, can also let the equipment of air conditioner 10 more reliable, thereby let the structural assembly stability of air conditioner 10 obtain promoting, furthermore, adopt first swivelling chute and second swivelling chute to cooperate after need rotating certain angle, can also be convenient for the assembly and disassembly between panel 500 and dustcoat 400, after removing the spacing cooperation between panel 500 and dustcoat 400, can be formed with certain angle with panel 500 and dustcoat 400, in order to accomplish the dismantlement between dustcoat 400 and panel 500, promote the dismantlement efficiency of air conditioner 10, be convenient for the maintenance of air conditioner 10, thereby promote the life of air conditioner 10.
Meanwhile, a locking assembly 600 is further disposed on the panel 500, and the locking assembly 600 is adapted to cooperate with the first locking groove on the outer cover 400 to complete the assembly limitation between the panel 500 and the outer cover 400, so that the assembly between the panel 500 and the outer cover 400 is more reliable. Furthermore, when the assembly limit between the panel 500 and the housing 400 is released, the panel 500 and the housing 400 can be detached and separated conveniently by releasing the limit fit between the locking assembly 600 and the housing 400.
According to the air conditioner 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, since the first rotating portion 410 and the second rotating portion 510 are respectively disposed on the outer cover 400 and the panel 500, the first rotating portion 410 and the second rotating portion 510 need to rotate to a certain angle for fitting, so that the assembly between the panel 500 and the outer cover 400 can be completed by the rotation fitting between the first rotating portion 410 and the second rotating portion 510, and the assembly process is simplified. Meanwhile, the first rotating part 410 and the second rotating part 510 are adopted to be matched to assemble the panel 500 and the outer cover 400, the load borne by the first rotating part 410 and the second rotating part 510 in the assembling and matching process is small, and the panel and the outer cover 400 can be repeatedly used, so that the service life of the panel 500 and the outer cover 400 is limited by matching, repeated dismounting and use can be realized, failure is avoided, the structural stability is high, and the air conditioner 10 is more reliable to use. In addition, still be equipped with on panel 500 and carry out the locking subassembly 600 of complex with first locked groove, the use of locking subassembly 600 is comparatively simple, can be convenient for the equipment cooperation between panel 500 and the dustcoat 400, promotes the packaging efficiency, and can be through removing the restriction cooperation between locking subassembly 600 and the first locked groove in order to accomplish the dismantlement, simplifies the dismantlement process to the maintenance of the air conditioner 10 of being convenient for promotes the life of air conditioner 10.

In addition, first joint portion 618 that is equipped with on mount pad 615 is suitable for cooperating with second joint portion 540 to make locking subassembly 600 can set up on panel 500 through the mode of joint, the assembly of the locking subassembly 600 of being convenient for, promote packaging efficiency.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the first rotating portion 410 is a rotating shaft disposed at the top of the housing 400, the second rotating portion 510 is provided with a fitting groove having an opening, the rotating shaft is disposed in the fitting groove, the top of the housing 400 is provided with a first limiting portion 430, the top of the panel 500 is provided with a second limiting portion 550, and the second limiting portion 550 is in limiting fit with the first limiting portion 430 in the front-back direction. It should be noted that, since the first rotation part 410 is provided on the top of the housing 400, when the first rotation part 410 and the second rotation part 510 are assembled, the assembly is suitably performed from the top of the housing 400, so that the assembly process between the panel 500 and the housing 400 is simplified, and the disassembly between the panel 500 and the housing 400 can be facilitated. Meanwhile, since the first rotating portion 410 is set as the rotating shaft and the second rotating portion 510 is set as the fitting groove, the rotating shaft can be assembled in the fitting groove, and the restriction is removed after a certain angle is formed between the outer cover 400 and the panel 500, so that the panel 500 and the outer cover 400 can be assembled or disassembled after being suitable for rotating a certain angle for subsequent operation, not only can the assembly stability between the panel 500 and the outer cover 400 be improved, but also the structural strength after the assembly between the panel 500 and the outer cover 400 can be improved, and the assembly of the air conditioner 10 is more reliable.
