Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings needed to be used in the description of the embodiments are briefly introduced below, it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and other drawings can be obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive efforts, wherein:
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an operation mechanism model of the subliminal behavior stimulation according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
With the long history of evolution of humans, the sense organs are continually being adapted to the environmental requirements: the human brain is faced with more and more information and needs to be consciously involved in processing, so that the feeling and processing of some external stimuli have to be gradually changed into a subconscious behavior category without interfering with the active consciousness. Such as: human eyes closing and body evasion actions for sudden strong light, human automatic visual evasion for advertisement positions on web pages, human body posture changes under the condition of slight discomfort (pruritus) of the body, and the like.
The subconscious act is a human self-protection mechanism, i.e. a deviation rectification mechanism for returning the physiology and psychology of a human to a low energy consumption state, i.e. the general human says about the tendency to profit and avoid harm.
The subconscious acts do not occupy the initiative consciousness starting and processing of human beings, so the production and living efficiency of the human beings can be improved, most importantly, the whole process of completing the subconscious acts in the process of 'unconsciousness' of the human beings, which is the process of needing to invest a large amount of initiative consciousness to establish conditioned response, can not be interfered, and the working quality and the working efficiency of the brain can be greatly improved.
Subconscious acts can be detected, interfered with, and altered by voluntary acts. Humans can remodel subconscious behavior in a similar manner to the way conditioned reflexes are established.
Based on the principle of the subconscious behaviors, a stimulus capable of effectively starting the subconscious behaviors and an application environment thereof are found, and the subconscious behaviors are started and controlled by controlling stimulus factors, so that the aim of correcting wrong body postures of a user in a state without active consciousness is fulfilled.
The stimulus corresponds to the type of sensation of the human being, and there are 5 types: vision, hearing, touch, taste, smell. Based on the table lamp products made by us, the visual and auditory stimuli are considered to be matched with the products and the using scenes of the products. But it is considered that auditory stimuli tend to provoke participation in active consciousness in applications such as: the interruption effect of the alarm sound can stop the active consciousness, and the stimulation intensity is too high. We therefore decided to use a visual stimulation method.
In the form of visual stimulation, we use low frequency on-off of the light-strobing of no more than 5HZ as the initiating stimulus that causes the subconscious act. The stroboscopic effect can produce reading discomfort, is strong enough to cause subconscious behavior, does not stimulate active consciousness excessively, and does not hurt human physiology and psychology.
Specifically, an embodiment of the present invention provides a desk lamp, which uses a subconscious behavior to correct a sitting posture reading desktop material and an eye distance for writing for a user, and uses the subconscious behavior to correct a body posture, and specifically includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: monitoring the body posture of a user, judging whether the distance between the sitting posture reading desktop material and the eye for writing deviates from the normal posture, and applying an initial stimulation signal to the user if the distance between the sitting posture reading desktop material and the eye for writing deviates from the normal posture;
step two: monitoring the monitored distance of the user again, judging whether the monitored distance deviates from the normal posture after the initial stimulation signal is applied, and finishing the correction process if the monitored distance is the normal posture; applying a reinforcing stimulation signal to the user if the monitored distance deviates from the normal posture;
step three: and repeating the second step until the monitored distance is in a normal posture.
The desk lamp determines whether the sitting posture reading desktop material and the writing eye distance of a user are normal by judging whether the eye distance of the user exceeds a set critical use distance;
and if the vertical distance from the eyes of the user to the desktop of the desk lamp is greater than or equal to the recommended distance, determining that the distance between the user and the desktop for reading in the sitting posture and the distance between the user and the eyes for writing are normal postures.
And if the vertical distance from the eyes of the user to the desktop of the desk lamp is less than the recommended distance, determining that the distance between the user and the desktop for reading in the sitting posture and the distance between the user and the eyes for writing deviate from the normal posture.
The method for calculating the vertical distance from the eyes of the user to the desktop of the desk lamp comprises the following steps:
the table lamp emits infrared rays through the emitter, distinguishes and identifies the left eyeball pupil and the right eyeball pupil according to different reflectivity of the iris and the cornea of the human eyeball to the infrared rays, and calculates the real-time distance between the infrared receiver and the pupils;
the intelligent eye protection desk lamp is characterized in that a placing plane is set on a desktop, the distance between the eyes of a user and the placing plane is calculated in real time, and the eye distance data is recorded.
Furthermore, the initial stimulation signal is used to stimulate initiation of a subconscious act, and the reinforcement stimulation signal is used to reinforce the subconscious act thereof. Specifically, the initial stimulation signal is: 1Hz stroboscopic light, and the enhanced stimulation signal is 2-5Hz stroboscopic light in an increasing manner.
The single application time of the initial stimulation signal and the enhanced stimulation signal is given by: for 5 seconds. Of course, any time between 1 and 60 seconds may be used, which is a choice that can be made according to practical situations, and this is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the effect of starting the subconscious acts can be achieved by utilizing the stroboscopic stimulation signal which can generate reading discomfort and has the strength enough to cause the subconscious acts and not excessively stimulate the active consciousness at the moment, so that the physiological and psychological damage to people can not be generated.
The method is an achievable and efficient method which is established without physiological and psychological damage and interference to the training of the normal learning process of the children and utilizes the subconscious behaviors to correct the body posture.
The method can be used for correcting behaviors, habits and postures in a sensitive period (6-9 years old) when the children establish habits requiring active awareness and attention.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.
