Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art would realize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
As shown in fig. 1, as an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, the present embodiment provides a mixing valve 100 including: a water mixing cavity 1, a cold water cavity 2, a hot water cavity 6 and a valve 3.
The mixing chamber 1 has a mixing inlet 14, a mixing outlet 12 and a first connection end 13. The first connection end 13 communicates the mixed water inlet 14 with the mixed water outlet 12.
The hot water cavity 6 is provided with a hot water inlet 11, and the hot water inlet 11 is communicated with a mixed water inlet 14. The hot water inlet 11 is used for feeding hot water into the mixing chamber 1.
The cold water chamber 2 has a cold water inlet 21, a cold water outlet 22 and a second connection 23. The cold water inlet 21 communicates with the cold water outlet 22 and the second connection 23.
The valve 3 is arranged between the cold water cavity 2 and the water mixing cavity 1, the water inlet end 31 of the valve 3 is communicated with the second connecting end 23, the water outlet end 32 of the valve 3 is communicated with the first connecting end 13, and the water outlet end 32 of the valve 3 corresponds to the position of the water mixing inlet 14. So that cold water in the cold water chamber 2 can flow through the valve 3 into the mixing inlet 14 with the valve 3 in the open state.
The water outlet end of the valve of this application embodiment is owing to correspond and communicate with muddy water import through first link, mixes water import and hot water import intercommunication, therefore the cold water of cold water cavity gets into after mixing the water cavity through the valve, can mix the water cavity internal intensive mixing with the hot water that the hot water import got into to the messenger mixes the water of the suitable temperature of export outflow from mixing the water. The embodiment of the application provides a water mixing valve simple structure, small, simple to operate.
In one example, the mixing water chamber 1, the cold water chamber 2 and the valve 3 are arranged on the same plane. Therefore, the water mixing cavity 1, the cold water cavity 2 and the valve 3 are communicated to form a straight-line structure, and the occupied space of the water mixing valve 100 is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the water mixing cavity 1, the cold water cavity 2 and the valve 3 are disposed on the same plane, which may mean that the water mixing cavity 1, the cold water cavity 2 and the valve 3 are disposed on the same axis. In the case of horizontal placement, the valve 3 is opened and water can flow between the mixing water chamber 1 and the cold water chamber 2. The shape and the size of the water mixing cavity 1 and the cold water cavity 2 can be the same or different.
In one example, a valve sleeve 4 can be further included, the valve 3 is positioned in the valve sleeve 4, and the valve sleeve 4 is fixedly connected with both the water mixing cavity 1 and the cold water cavity 2. In one example, the valve housing 4 may be integrally formed with the mixing and cold water chambers 1, 2. It should be understood that the mixing cavity 1, the cold water cavity 2 and the valve 3 may also be fixedly connected in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the valve 3 is opened, the cold water enters the cold water cavity 2 from the cold water inlet 21, and passes through the valve 3 to the water mixing cavity 1. Meanwhile, hot water enters the water mixing cavity 1 from the hot water inlet 11, mixes with cold water entering the water mixing cavity 1, and then flows out from the water mixing outlet 12. With the valve 3 closed, hot water enters the mixing chamber 1 from the hot water inlet 11, no cold water mixes with it, and the mixed water outlet 12 discharges hot water.
In the embodiment of the present application, the mixing valve 100 may be applied to any domestic water device used in daily life, for example, a water device in a gas field, a kitchen water device, a drinking water device, a medical cleaning device, and the like. The water-consuming device may include a heat-exchanging device for heating cold water to generate hot water. The cold water outlet 22 may be connected to a water inlet pipe of the heat exchanging device, and the hot water inlet 11 may be connected to a water outlet pipe of the heat exchanging device, so that after the cold water is heat exchanged by the heat exchanging device, hot water is generated and is mixed with the cold water in the mixing valve 100 to supply the water.
In one embodiment, a partition 5 is provided in the mixing chamber 1, and the partition 5 divides the interior of the mixing chamber 1 into a first chamber 51 and a second chamber 52 which are in communication with each other. One end of the first chamber 51 forms the mixed water inlet 14, one end of the second chamber 52 forms the mixed water outlet 12, and the other end 511 of the first chamber 51 is communicated with the other end of the second chamber 52 and forms the first connection end 13 together. That is, the first chamber 51 communicates the hot water inlet 11 with the water outlet end 32 of the valve 3, and the second chamber 52 communicates the first chamber 51 with the mixed water outlet 12.
In this application embodiment, through set up baffle 5 in mixing water cavity 1, split into the first cavity 51 and the second cavity 52 of intercommunication each other with mixing water cavity 1's inside for cold water in the cold water cavity 2 flows to first cavity 51 through valve 3, thereby crosses with the hot water that hot water import 11 got into and mixes. The mixed water flows to the second chamber 52 and flows out through the water mixing outlet 12, so that the cold water and the hot water are fully mixed, and the temperature of the mixed water flowing out from the water mixing outlet 12 is more uniform.
In one example, the partition 5 may divide the interior of the mixing chamber 1 into a first chamber 51 and a second chamber 52, which are connected to each other, and the partition 5 is disposed at an intermediate position in the mixing chamber 1, which may facilitate processing.
In one example, the partition 5 may divide the interior of the mixing chamber 1 unequally into a first chamber 51 and a second chamber 52 communicating with each other, for example, the first chamber 51 is larger than the second chamber 52, or the first chamber 51 is smaller than the second chamber 52. The first chamber 51 and the second chamber 52 may be sized according to the application, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In one example, the first chamber 51 may be larger and the second chamber 52 may be smaller, such that almost all of the cold water entering the cold water chamber 2 is mixed with the hot water entering the hot water inlet 11 in the first chamber 51, and the second chamber 52 may be sized to facilitate the outflow of the mixed water.
In one embodiment, the partition 5 is horizontally disposed in the mixing chamber 1 and extends toward the valve 3.
In one example, the partition 5 extends to 4/5-2/3 of the length of the mixing chamber 1 in the direction of the valve 3, so that the mixed water in the first chamber 51 flows to the second chamber 52. As a specific example, the partition 5 extends towards the valve 3 to 3/4 of the length of the mixing chamber 1, and the mixed water in the first chamber 51 can flow to the second chamber 52 through 1/4 of the length of the mixing chamber 1 which is not partitioned by the partition 5, so that the mixed water flows out of the mixing outlet 12. The length in the embodiment of the present application refers to a distance in a horizontal direction when the mixing valve 100 is horizontally placed.
The partition 5 may be any arrangement that does not affect the flow of water from the first chamber 51 to the second chamber 52, and the present embodiment does not limit this. As an example, the partition 5 may be provided to be inclined upward or downward toward the valve 3. As an example, the partition 5 may be a flat plate, or may be another structure that facilitates mixing of hot water and cold water, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one example, the hot water inlet 11 and the mixed water outlet 12 may be oppositely arranged in the up-down direction of the water mixing cavity 1; the water mixing cavity 1 may also be vertically arranged, for example, the hot water inlet 11 is arranged on the upper side wall of the water mixing cavity 1, and the water mixing outlet 12 is arranged on the rear side wall of the water mixing cavity 1. Similarly, the cold water inlet 21 and the cold water outlet 22 may be disposed opposite to each other in the up-down direction of the cold water chamber 2; it is also possible to arrange the cold water chamber 2 vertically, for example, the cold water outlet 22 is arranged on the upper side wall of the cold water chamber 2, and the cold water inlet 21 is arranged on the rear side wall of the cold water chamber 2. In one example, the mixed water outlet 12 may be disposed intermediate the hot water inlet 11 and the first connection end 13. The specific arrangement positions of the hot water inlet 11, the mixed water outlet 12, the cold water inlet 21 and the cold water outlet 22 are not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In one embodiment, the valve 3 is movably disposed inside the flow passage 33, when the valve 3 is in the open state, the flow passage 33 connects the water inlet end 31 of the valve 3 with the water outlet end 32 of the valve 3, and the water outlet of the flow passage 33 corresponds to the other end 511 of the first chamber 51.
In one embodiment, the other end 511 of the first chamber 51 corresponds to the position of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 and is located on the same horizontal plane. The cold water in the cold water cavity 2 flows to the first cavity 51 after passing through the valve 3, so that almost all the cold water is mixed with the hot water in the first cavity 51 and then flows to the second cavity 52, and the cold water and the hot water are fully mixed.
In one embodiment, the flow passage 33 is rotatably or slidably disposed inside the valve 3. The aperture of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 is adjusted by controlling the rotation angle of the flow passage 33. Alternatively, the outlet aperture of the flow passage 33 is adjusted by adjusting the sliding position of the flow passage 33. It is understood that the aperture of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 may be adjusted in any other manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application can be rotatably or slidably arranged inside the valve 3 through the flow channel 33, so that the caliber of the water outlet of the flow channel 33 can be adjusted, the flow of the cold water cavity 2 entering the water mixing cavity 1 can be adjusted, the temperature of mixed water can be adjusted, and the requirement of water use can be met.
In one example, the position of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 corresponds to the position of the first connection end 13, the caliber of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 is smaller than the caliber of the first connection end 13, and the caliber of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 is higher than the bottom of the first connection end 13, so that the cold water entering the cold water cavity 2 through the flow passage 33 can be mixed with the hot water first, and the mixed water flowing out of the mixed water outlet 12 is ensured. The flow rate of the cold water cavity 2 entering the water mixing cavity 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the caliber of the water outlet of the flow channel 33, the caliber of the water outlet of the flow channel 33 is opened from top to bottom to the maximum, so that the cold water entering the cold water cavity 2 through the flow channel 33 is mixed with the hot water, and the water flowing out of the water mixing outlet 12 is further mixed with the mixed water.
In one embodiment, the aperture of the other end 511 of the first chamber 51 is smaller than the aperture of the outlet end 32 of the valve 3. The mixing state of the cold water and the hot water can be adjusted by adjusting the caliber of the water outlet of the flow passage 33. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the diameter of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 may be adjusted to be smaller than or equal to the diameter of the other end 511 of the first chamber 51, so that almost all cold water is mixed with the hot water in the first chamber 51 and flows to the second chamber 52, thereby ensuring sufficient mixing of the cold water and the hot water. For another example, as shown in fig. 3, the diameter of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 may be adjusted to be larger than the diameter of the other end 511 of the first chamber 51, so that part of the cold water flows into the first chamber 51 to be mixed with the hot water and part of the cold water flows into the second chamber 52. For another example, as shown in fig. 4, the outlet of the flow passage 33 may be adjusted to be closed, so that cold water cannot flow to the mixing cavity 1 through the valve 3, and hot water entering from the hot water inlet 11 flows out from the mixing outlet 12 through the mixing cavity 1.
In one embodiment, the second chamber 52 is also in communication with the outlet end 32 of the valve 3. As shown in fig. 4, when the diameter of the water outlet of the flow passage 33 is the largest, the cold water flows through the valve 3 to the second chamber 52, so that the mixed water outlet 12 flows out the cold water.
In one example, the mixing chamber 1 has a mixing inlet 14, a mixing outlet 12 and a first connection end 13. The cold water chamber 2 has a cold water inlet 21, a cold water outlet 22 and a second connection end 23. The hot water cavity 6 is provided with a hot water inlet 11, and the hot water inlet 11 is communicated with a mixed water inlet 14. The valve 3 is arranged between the cold water cavity 2 and the water mixing cavity 1, the water inlet end 31 of the valve 3 is communicated with the second connecting end 23, the water outlet end 32 of the valve 3 is communicated with the first connecting end 13, and the cold water cavity 2 is communicated with the water mixing cavity 1 under the condition that the valve 3 is in an open state. Wherein, the water mixing cavity 1, the cold water cavity 2 and the valve 3 are arranged on the same plane. When the valve 3 is closed, the hot water entering through the hot water inlet 11 flows out from the mixed water outlet 12 without being mixed with the cold water, and the mixed water outlet 12 flows out the hot water. When the valve 3 is opened, the hot water entering from the hot water inlet 11 is mixed with the cold water entering from the cold water chamber 2 and flows out from the mixed water outlet 12, and the mixed water with proper temperature flows out from the mixed water outlet 12. Under the condition that the valve 3 is opened to the maximum water outlet aperture of the flow passage 33, the flow rate of the cold water is large, and because the mixed water outlet 12 is communicated with the atmosphere, the hot water inlet 11 is positioned on the side wall of the mixed water cavity 1, the cold water directly flows out from the mixed water outlet 12, and the cold water flows out from the mixed water outlet 12.
In one example, the hot water inlet 11 may be disposed above the mixed water inlet 14.
In another example, the hot water inlet 11 may be provided at one side of the mixed water inlet 14.
As shown in fig. 5, as an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, the embodiment provides a water heater including: a water heater body 200 and the mixing valve 100 of any of the above embodiments. The water heater can be a gas water heater or an electric water heater. The water heater body 200 has a water inlet pipe (not shown) and a water outlet pipe (not shown). The cold water outlet 22 of the cold water cavity 2 of the water mixing valve 100 is communicated with a water inlet pipe, the hot water inlet 11 of the hot water cavity 6 is communicated with a water outlet pipe, the cold water inlet 21 of the cold water cavity 2 is communicated with a first external water pipe, and the mixed water outlet 12 of the water mixing cavity 1 is communicated with a second external water pipe. As an example, the first water delivery pipe is a tap water pipe, the tap water pipe may be fixedly connected with the cold water inlet 21, and a flow rate adjusting device for adjusting the inlet flow rate of the cold water is disposed on the tap water pipe. The second water pipe is a water pipe which is connected with a water outlet tap, and the mixed water with the proper temperature flowing out from the mixed water outlet 12 can be used by opening the water outlet tap.
As an aspect of the embodiments of the present application, the present embodiment provides a water using apparatus including the mixing valve 100 of any of the embodiments. The water consumption equipment can be understood as a water heater, a wall-mounted boiler, a faucet, water purification equipment, a water dispenser and the like. The cold water inlet 21 of the water mixing valve 100 is communicated with a tap water pipe, the cold water outlet 22 of the water mixing valve 100 is communicated with a water inlet pipe of a water consuming device, the hot water inlet 11 of the water mixing valve 100 is communicated with a water outlet pipe of the water consuming device, and mixed water with a proper temperature flows out of the water mixing outlet 12 of the water mixing valve 100 for use.
