The working principle of the torque limiting protector for realizing the torque limiting protection function is as follows: a torque adjusting cover 19 of a torque adjusting part is adjusted according to the use torque of a client, the torque adjusting cover is installed on a rotating flange 7 after being adjusted, a torque limiting protector is matched with a groove on a second ejector rod 12 through a first steel ball 13 to generate transmission torque, once the load exceeds the set torque, the rotating flange 7 and a pin ring 8 generate relative rotation, the first steel ball 13 slides out of the groove and pushes the first ejector rod 11 to move backwards, the first ejector rod 11 pushes a second steel ball 27, the second steel ball 27 moves backwards and upwards under the reaction force of the conical surface of a bottom conical ring 22 and pushes a sliding ring 20 to move towards an opening of a retaining sleeve 10, the moving sliding ring 20 compresses and compresses a disc spring 21, when the disc spring 21 is compressed to a certain degree, the second steel ball 27 is positioned on the largest outer circle of the first ejector rod 11, meanwhile, the first steel ball 13 is completely positioned inside the retaining sleeve 10, and the first steel ball 13 is separated from the groove, the rotary flange 7 and the stud ring 8 are completely separated, the stud ring 8 of the rotary flange 7 rotates relatively, the function of motor safety protection is achieved, when the motor needs to be recovered in a shutdown state, the check ring 26 only needs to be recovered by slight knocking of the rubber hammer, and the motor can work normally. The rear supporting plate 23 is provided with a threaded limiting rod 25, the threaded limiting rod 25 penetrates through the rear supporting plate 23 and is fixedly connected with the end part of the second ejector rod 12, the threaded limiting rod 25 is provided with a locking nut, and one end face of the locking nut is in contact with the rear supporting plate 23. The position of the second ejector rod 12 in the quenching steel sleeve 24 is adjusted by the threaded limiting rod 25, the position of the groove in the axial direction on the second ejector rod 12 is changed, and when the load exceeds the torque set by the torque limiting protector, the large steel ball is separated from the groove, so that the large steel ball is completely positioned in the retaining sleeve 10, the rotary flange 7 is completely separated from the pin ring 8, and the transmission of the torque from the driving end part to the driven end part is blocked.
The basic principle of the torque limiting protector for realizing torque regulation is as follows: if the torque needs to be adjusted on site, only the torque adjusting part needs to be detached from the upper surface of the rotating flange 7, the torque wrench selects a corresponding torque value, the torque of the torque adjusting cover 19 is adjusted on site, and the torque adjusting cover 19 is adjusted to compress the disc spring 21, so that a larger pre-pressure is generated between the first steel ball 13 and the groove of the second ejector rod 12, and the function of adjusting the torque is realized.
In conclusion, the friction type soft starter with the adjustable torque provided by the invention can realize that the torque can be adjusted at any time, and can realize soft start at the same time, thereby achieving the technical effects of using field overload safety protection, not damaging a motor and a coupler, not needing long-time production stop, quickly recovering the field and quickly and conveniently operating.

Claims (10)

1. A friction type soft starter with adjustable torque is characterized by comprising a driving end part, a driven end part and a torque limiting protector;
the driving end part comprises a main shell and a rotor for connecting the output end of the motor, the two ends of the main shell are respectively connected with a motor end cover and a pin end cover, and a centrifugal medium is filled in the main shell; the rotor is arranged in the main shell, the circumferential outer wall of the rotor is respectively and rotatably connected with the motor end cover and the pin end cover, and blades positioned in the main shell are arranged on the rotor; a rotating flange is arranged on the outer side wall of the pin end cover;
the driven end part comprises a pin ring and a driven end, one side of the pin ring is rotatably connected with the rotating flange through a bearing, the other side of the pin ring is connected with the driven end, and the driven end is used for being connected with the end of the speed reducer;
the torsion limiting protector comprises a torsion adjusting part and a torsion fixing part, wherein the torsion adjusting part is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the rotating flange, the torsion fixing part is arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the pin ring, the torsion adjusting part comprises a retaining sleeve, and a first ejector rod capable of axially moving is arranged in the retaining sleeve; the torsion fixing part comprises a second ejector rod with a groove at the top end; a first steel ball for transmitting torsion is arranged between the first ejector rod and the second ejector rod; one part of the first steel ball is positioned in the retaining sleeve and is contacted with the end part of the first ejector rod, and the other part of the first steel ball is contacted with the groove on the second ejector rod.

The friction type soft starter with adjustable torque as claimed in claim 1, wherein a side of the pin ring close to the rotating flange is convexly provided with a cylindrical step; the middle part of the rotating flange is provided with a multi-step cylindrical hole concentric with the excircle of the rotating flange, the cylindrical step on the pin ring is positioned in the cylindrical hole of the rotating flange, and a bearing is arranged between the cylindrical step and the cylindrical hole.
3. The torque adjustable friction soft starter of claim 2 wherein a bearing stop is provided on the outer side of the cylindrical step on the rotating flange.

The friction type soft starter with adjustable torque as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of nylon pins with cylindrical structure are arranged on the pin ring, and are uniformly distributed on the inner circumferential wall of the pin ring and the outer circle of the driven end by taking the axis of the rotor as the center;
the circumferential outer wall at one end of the driven end is contacted with the circumferential inner walls of the nylon pins; a plurality of nylon pins pass through the pin gland and can dismantle with the driven end and be connected.

The friction type soft starter with adjustable torque as claimed in claim 1, wherein the torsion adjusting part and the torsion fixing part both comprise quenching steel sleeves, and the retaining sleeve and the second push rod are respectively arranged inside the quenching steel sleeves on the torsion adjusting part and the torsion fixing part; and stepped holes matched with the quenching steel sleeves on the torsion adjusting part and the torsion fixing part are formed in the outer side wall of the rotating flange and the outer side wall of the pin ring.

The torque-adjustable friction-type soft starter according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of blades are arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the rotor, the plurality of blades are circumferentially and uniformly arranged with the rotor axis as a central axis, the plurality of blades divide the interior of the main housing into a plurality of cavities, and an equal amount of centrifugal medium is arranged in each cavity.

The torque adjustable friction soft starter according to claim 1, wherein the number of the torsion limiting protectors is plural, and the plural torsion limiting protectors are uniformly arranged around the rotor axis as a central axis and on the circumferential outer side wall of the rotating flange and the stud ring.

The friction type soft starter with adjustable torque as claimed in claim 5, wherein the torque adjusting part further comprises a torque limiting shell fixedly connected with the outer wall of the rotating flange cylinder, a torque adjusting cover is connected with the torque limiting shell through an internal thread, a threaded hole is formed in the outer circle of the torque limiting shell and locks the torque adjusting cover through a screw, and a bottom conical ring is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the torque limiting shell;
one side of the retaining sleeve is connected with the torsion force adjusting cover, and two ends of the first ejector rod are respectively positioned in the torsion force limiting shell and the retaining sleeve;
a sliding ring and a disc spring are sleeved on a rod section of the first ejector rod, which is positioned in the torsion limiting shell; two ends of the disc spring are respectively contacted with the end surface of one side of the slip ring and the inner end surface of the torsion adjusting cover;
one end face of the bottom conical ring is fixedly connected with the inner end face of the bottom of the torsion limiting shell, a second steel ball is arranged among the other end face of the bottom conical ring, the other end face of the slip ring and the circumferential outer wall of the first ejector rod, and the contact surfaces of the bottom conical ring, the slip ring and the first ejector rod and the second steel ball are all arc curved surface structures;
the torsion fixing component also comprises a rear supporting plate fixedly connected with the peripheral outer wall of the pin ring, the end face of the rear supporting plate is provided with the quenching steel sleeve, and the second ejector rod is arranged inside the quenching steel sleeve;
the excircle of the first steel ball is respectively contacted with the end face of the first ejector rod and the groove of the second ejector rod.
