Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an adhesive, particularly to an aldehyde-free adhesive for artificial boards, which is suitable for the production of artificial fiberboards, shaving boards, etc.
Background
Most artificial board enterprises in China use a large amount of formaldehyde-containing adhesives in production, and when the content of formaldehyde in air exceeds the standard, the formaldehyde seriously harms the environment and human health. The use of formaldehyde-free adhesives by a few enterprises faces two major challenges: firstly, the price is expensive, and secondly, the equipment needs to be modified. Such as:
chinese patent application No. CN201210390439.0 discloses an aldehyde-free soybean powder adhesive, which is prepared from 100 parts of water, 20-70 parts of soybean powder, 0.1-10 parts of a modifier, 20-120 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.05-5 parts of a regulator and 0.1-3 parts of a reducing agent. Not only has excellent gluing performance and good water resistance, but also has low production cost, long storage period, convenient transportation and convenient use. The method has the characteristics of simple preparation, good controllability, easy operation, easy industrial production, low production cost and the like.
Chinese patent application No. CN201010237295.6 discloses an aldehyde-free adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out oxidation treatment on polyvinyl alcohol by using an oxidant to obtain oxidation modified polyvinyl alcohol, wherein the average polymerization degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 1000-2500; (2) crosslinking the oxidized and modified polyvinyl alcohol by using a crosslinking agent to obtain crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol; (3) and adding a surfactant and a filler into the solution of the crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the aldehyde-free adhesive. The formaldehyde-free adhesive can also completely replace white latex (polyvinyl acetate emulsion) in many application fields; it can also be used as the adhesive of inner wall building materials and the adhesive of inner wall tiles, wallpapers, wall coverings, carpets, office supplies and leather.
Chinese patent application No. CN202010396936.6 provides an aldehyde-free environment-friendly adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The formaldehyde-free environment-friendly glue comprises the following components of carbohydrate, urea, a pH regulator, a curing agent and water. Adding water into the reaction kettle, heating and adding a saccharide compound; continuously heating and adjusting the pH value to 3-6; adding urea in three batches, wherein the pH value of the solution needs to be adjusted in the process; finally, cooling and discharging. The aldehyde-free environment-friendly adhesive prepared by the method adopts nontoxic, harmless and environment-friendly production raw materials and auxiliary materials. The glue applying process and the glue applying amount are almost the same as those of urea-formaldehyde glue, and glue enterprises can use the glue without changing the original production process. And the aldehyde-free environment-friendly glue is superior to products produced by using urea-formaldehyde glue in modulus, strength and other performance indexes. The preparation process is simple, and the essence of the preparation reaction is polycondensation; the production process is green and environment-friendly, and no waste water, waste gas, waste residue or volatile substances are generated.
Chinese patent application No. CN201610208122.9 discloses a soybean-based formaldehyde-free adhesive for a particle board and an application method thereof, wherein the soybean-based formaldehyde-free adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: soybean derivatives: 10-30 parts of an acid-base regulator: 0.1-1 part of a cross-linking agent: 1-30 parts of a mildew preventive: 0.1-1 part of leveling agent: 0.1-1 part of water: 10-100 parts of a tackifier: 5-50 parts. The method adopts a multi-component gluing mode, solves the problems that soybean glue cannot be evenly glued in the market and the water content of the wood shavings after gluing is too high, and solves the problems that the soybean glue has poor initial viscosity when preparing the shaving board, the preforming performance after gluing the wood shavings is poor, the static bending strength of the board is low, and the water absorption thickness expansion rate is large by using the tackifier.
