The elevator maintenance device according to claim 2, wherein the multi-section sheltering type lighting fixture (12) comprises a plurality of sections of supporting columns (18) and a lighting fixture (19), the plurality of sections of supporting columns (18) are sequentially and rotatably connected, one supporting column (18) positioned at the lowest side in the plurality of sections of supporting columns (18) is rotatably connected with the inner side wall of the tool box (11), a plurality of elastic metal hoses (20) are installed at the other end of the one supporting column (18) positioned at the highest side in the plurality of sections of supporting columns (18), and the lighting fixture (19) is detachably installed at the other end of the plurality of elastic metal hoses (20).
4. An elevator servicing device according to claim 3, characterized in that an inverted U-shaped hood (21) for shielding the protective toolbox (11) is slidably attached to the top rear side of the car (1).
5. The elevator maintenance device according to claim 4, wherein the inverted U-shaped protective cover (21) is provided at a rear end thereof with a plurality of insertion rods (22), and the support plate (3) is provided with a plurality of insertion holes (23) corresponding to the plurality of insertion rods (22).
6. The elevator maintenance device according to claim 5, characterized in that the high-order stretching plate (9) and the middle-order stretching plate (10) are provided with a drawing opening (24) and a drawing opening (25).
7. Elevator servicing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the other side of the drum (15) is rotatably mounted with a stabilizing plate (26), and that the bottom end of the stabilizing plate (26) is fixedly connected with the top end of the car (1).
8. Elevator servicing device according to claim 7, characterized in that the bottom end of the T-shaped bottom plate (30) is provided with a number of buffer pads (27).
9. An elevator service arrangement as defined in claim 8, wherein a handle (28) is mounted to the top end of the multi-tier tool placement frame (13).
10. An elevator service arrangement as defined in claim 9, wherein a pull handle (29) is mounted on the uppermost one of said support columns (18) of said plurality of sections (18).
