Abstract
The invention provides a multi-column liquid flexible packaging device with a sterile room, which relates to the field of packaging devices and comprises: a multi-column soft packing machine; the sealing shell is arranged on the multiple rows of soft packing machines, and a sealing cavity is formed between the sealing shell and the multiple rows of soft packing machines; and a sterilization assembly disposed within the sealed chamber to configure the sealed chamber as an aseptic chamber. The multi-column liquid flexible packaging equipment with the sterile chamber is sterilized and kept in a sterile state in the production process, so that the sterile packaged product and the packaging material enter the sterile chamber environment in the equipment to complete filling and sealing, the filled product is the sterile product, and the subsequent sterilization treatment is not needed. The entire aseptic chamber starts from the point where the packaging material is sterilized and the packaged product, which is sealed and finished, leaves.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging equipment, in particular to liquid multi-column flexible packaging equipment with a sterile room.
Background
The traditional liquid soft package generally adopts the mode of filling and sealing into a package product and then carrying out subsequent centralized high-temperature sterilization. However, the method of "final high temperature sterilization" has the following disadvantages: 1. the nutritional ingredients of the product are greatly damaged, and the taste is influenced. 2. The subsequent matched sterilization system needs to increase the functions of conveying, sterilizing, cooling and the like, and has the advantages of large occupied area of equipment, high energy consumption, complex adjustment and high investment cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a liquid multi-row flexible packaging device with a sterile room, which can realize the sterile filling of a flexible package on a multi-row machine without carrying out subsequent sterilization.
In one aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus having an aseptic chamber, including: a multi-column soft packing machine; the sealing shell is arranged on the multi-row soft packing machine, and a sealing cavity is formed between the sealing shell and the multi-row soft packing machine; and a sterilization assembly disposed within the sealed chamber to configure the sealed chamber as an aseptic chamber.
In some embodiments, the sterilization assembly includes an ultraviolet lamp.
In some embodiments, the sterilization assembly includes a nozzle that can eject the sterilization liquid.
In some embodiments, the sterilizing fluid includes hydrogen peroxide.
In some embodiments, a filtration system for filtering the sterile room air is also included.
In some embodiments, a pressure detection system for monitoring the pressure within the sterile chamber is also included.
In some embodiments, a temperature detection system for monitoring the temperature within the sterile chamber is also included.
In some embodiments, the pressure within the sterile chamber is maintained at a positive pressure.
In some embodiments, a transparent sealed window is disposed on the sealed housing.
In some embodiments, the sealed window has an open state and a closed state.
The liquid multi-column flexible packaging equipment with the sterile room provided by the embodiment has the following characteristics:
1. the multiple rows of soft packages are filled and sealed in the sterile room to form sterile package products without the need for subsequent sterilization.
2. The sterile room is internally provided with an online pressure detection system, and the pressure difference of the sterile room can be adjusted online.
3. The sterile room is provided with an online temperature detection system, and the temperature of the air in the sterile room can be adjusted online. The temperature controller is arranged in the sterile room, the temperature in the sterile room is automatically detected, and the temperature is always ensured to be within a certain fluctuation range. But the detected temperature exceeds the fluctuation range, and the control can be carried out.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings or the orientations or positional relationships that the products of the present invention are conventionally placed in use, and are only used for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a multi-row liquid flexible packaging apparatus 100 having a sterile room, which includes a multi-row flexible packaging machine 7, and further includes a sealing housing 50 disposed on the multi-row flexible packaging machine 7, wherein the sealing housing 50 may be made of a metal material or a plastic material, and an outer shape of the sealing housing 50 fits the multi-row flexible packaging machine 7. A sealed chamber 6 can be formed between the sealed shell 50 and the columns of soft packing machines 7, and the sterilization assembly 1 is arranged in the sealed chamber 6, so that the sealed chamber 6 forms an aseptic chamber.
The actuators 8 such as vertical seal and horizontal seal of the multi-row soft packing machine 7 are installed in the aseptic chamber. A small opening is formed at the film inlet position of the sterile room and the roll film 12, so that the roll film 12 sterilized on line enters the sterile room. The sterile room is connected with the material feeding pipe 11 through a sealing plate, so that the sterilized material enters the sterile room through the material feeding pipe 11. The sterile room and the outlet of the finished product are provided with a small opening, which is convenient for discharging the soft package after filling and heat sealing.
The sterilization assembly 1 can be one or a combination of an ultraviolet lamp and a nozzle capable of spraying liquid hydrogen peroxide, which are arranged in the sterile room. The nozzle is connected with a storage tank for storing hydrogen peroxide, so that the environment in a sterile room and the packaging executing element 8 can be sterilized by liquid hydrogen peroxide sprayed by the nozzle or ultraviolet rays emitted by an ultraviolet lamp. For example, liquid hydrogen peroxide is sprayed into the sterile chamber through a nozzle arranged on the sterile chamber, and then the liquid hydrogen peroxide is rapidly atomized and decomposed under the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp, so that the sterilization efficiency can be effectively improved.
The liquid multi-column flexible packaging equipment 100 with the sterile room further comprises a filtering system 2, wherein the filtering system 2 consists of coarse filtration, medium-efficiency filtration, high-efficiency filtration, a fan, a heater and ultra-high-efficiency filtration. After the air is filtered by 4 layers, particles with the diameter of more than 0.12 mu m in the air can not enter the sterile room, the interception efficiency is 99.99 percent, and the sterile state is achieved. The filter system 2 is provided with a heater to control the temperature of the air entering the sterile room, which is generally required to be sterile hot air at a positive pressure of 45 ℃.
In this embodiment, an online pressure detection system 3 may be further provided in the aseptic chamber, the pressure detection system 3 includes a pressure sensor, the pressure detection system 3 may maintain a pressure difference between inside and outside of the aseptic chamber at 20 to 39Pa, the pressure detection system 3 is associated with a stroke of the filtration system 2, for example, the pressure sensor monitors the pressure in the aseptic chamber in real time and sends a pressure value thereof to a controller 5 connected thereto, the controller 5 controls a working state of the filtration system 2 based on the pressure value, and for example, when it is detected that the pressure difference between inside and outside of the aseptic chamber exceeds 20 to 39Pa, the pressure difference in the aseptic chamber is adjusted by adjusting the air supply amount of the filtration system 2 online to reach a target value.
In this embodiment, an on-line temperature detecting system 4 may be further provided in the sterile room, the temperature detecting system 4 includes a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor can detect the temperature of the air in the sterile room on line in real time and send the temperature value to a controller 5 connected thereto, and when the detected temperature exceeds the range, the controller 5 controls a heater in the adjusting filter system 2 to adjust the temperature of the supplied air to a target value. Meanwhile, the sterile room is filled with 45 ℃ positive pressure sterile hot air introduced by a pipeline of the filtering system 2. The hydrogen peroxide condensed on the surfaces of the packaging actuator 8 and the roll film 12 in the sterile room is dried by sterile hot air, thereby completing the sterilization of the whole sterile room.
In addition, in the operation process of the multi-column flexible packaging equipment 100 for liquid with the sterile room, the sterile hot air is always kept at positive pressure in the sterile room, and the air outside the sterile room cannot enter the sterile room through pressure difference, so that the whole sterile room is always in a sterile state, and the sterile filling of products is realized.
In addition, at least two groups of sealing windows (a front window 9 and a top window 10 respectively) can be arranged on the sealing shell 50, and the sealing windows can be opened to enable operators to reach parts in the sterile room, so that the packaging executing element 8 can be maintained and cleaned by opening the sealing windows when the equipment is stopped. The opening form of the sealed window may be, for example, a push-pull or rotation installation form, and the embodiment is not limited herein. The sealed window may be made of, for example, a transparent plastic or glass material so that the operator can clearly see the operation of the sterile room.
In conclusion, in the liquid multi-column flexible packaging equipment 100 with the sterile room of the embodiment, 45 ℃ positive pressure sterile hot air is introduced through a pipeline in the sterile room, hydrogen peroxide condensed on the inner parts of the sterile room and the surface of the roll film 12 is dried through the sterile hot air, and therefore the sterilization of the whole sterile room is completed.

Claims (10)
1. A liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus having an aseptic chamber, comprising:
a multi-column soft packing machine;
the sealing shell is arranged on the multi-row soft packing machine, and a sealing cavity is formed between the sealing shell and the multi-row soft packing machine; and
a sterilization assembly disposed within the sealed chamber to configure the sealed chamber as an aseptic chamber.
2. The liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus with aseptic chamber of claim 1, wherein said sterilization assembly comprises an ultraviolet lamp.
3. The multi-column flexible packaging apparatus for liquids with an aseptic chamber as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sterilization assembly comprises a nozzle capable of spraying sterilization liquid.
4. The liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus with an aseptic chamber of claim 3, wherein said sterilizing liquid comprises hydrogen peroxide.
5. The liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus with an aseptic chamber of claim 1, further comprising a filtration system for filtering air within the aseptic chamber.
6. The liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus with an aseptic chamber of claim 1, further comprising a pressure detection system for monitoring the pressure within the aseptic chamber.
7. The liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus with an aseptic chamber of claim 1, further comprising a temperature detection system for monitoring the temperature within the aseptic chamber.
8. The liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus with an aseptic chamber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressure inside the aseptic chamber is maintained at a positive pressure.
9. A liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus with an aseptic chamber as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transparent sealed window is provided on said sealed housing.
10. A liquid multi-column flexible packaging apparatus having an aseptic chamber as defined in claim 9, wherein said sealed window has an open state and a closed state.
