The assembling portion 11 includes a second base wall 111, a second side wall 112 having an internal thread, a pressing member 113 assembled to the second side wall 112, a second connecting portion 114 extending outward from an outer surface of the second side wall 112, a second holding portion 115 extending upward from the second base wall 111, a drinking nozzle 116 assembled to the second holding portion 115, a magnet 117 fixed to the second holding portion 115 and disposed adjacent to the drinking nozzle 116, an air vent 118 penetrating through the second base wall 111, an air permeable membrane 1191 fixed to the air vent 118, and a pressure relief valve cover 1192. The second connection portion 114 includes a second through hole 1140 therethrough.
The pressing assembly 113 includes a key 1131, a key holder 1132 having a through hole, and a spring 1133. The spring 1133 passes through the through hole of the key holder 1132 and abuts against the key 1131 and the second sidewall 112. The key holder 1132 further includes a second catching portion 1134. The second locking portion 1134 is locked and engaged with the first locking portion 125.
The lid assembly 10 further includes a rotating shaft 13 and a spring 14 passing through the first through hole 1230 and the second through hole 1140.
The small water intake detecting plate 3151 is also integrated with a hall switch module, when the cover part 12 is closed, the magnet 117 is close to the hall switch module, the hall switch module outputs high level, and the hall switch module is opened; when the cover 11 is opened, the magnet 117 is away from the hall switch module, the hall switch module outputs a low level, and the hall switch module is closed. Through such design, the safety of the intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup 100 can be improved. In the present embodiment, the hall switch module is, but not limited to, model number BL _ MT8632 or BL-HE-DH 627S.
The first pin header module 316 is assembled to the cover 12, and includes a first pin header 3161 connected to the first main board 311, a first pin header 3162 fixed to the first base wall 121, and a first elastic pin header 3163 penetrating the first pin header 3162. The first row of pins 3161 and the first elastic row of pins 3163 are in contact with each other to achieve electrical connection.
The smart module further comprises a second pin header module 317 assembled to the assembly portion 11. The second pin header module 317 includes a second pin header 3171 fixed to the second sidewall 112 and a second elastic pin header 3172 penetrating the second sidewall 112. Springs are arranged in the first elastic pin header 3163 and the second elastic pin header 3172.
When a user presses the key 1131, the first buckling part 125 and the second buckling part 1134 are buckled, the cover 12 can rotate along the rotating shaft 13, and the smart car cup 100 is opened; when the user closes the cover 12 and the mounting portion 11, the holding portion 124 is inserted into the drinking nozzle 115, and the first elastic pin 3162 abuts against the second elastic pin 3171, thereby achieving electrical connection.
The third pin header module 325 is assembled to the housing 21, and includes a third pin header support 3251 and a third pin header 3252 retained in the pin header accommodating groove 2111. The third row of pins 3252 is electrically connected to the second main board 321 through a connection wire. When the assembly portion 11 is assembled to the cup assembly 20, the second elastic pin header 3172 may pass through the receiving groove 251 to abut against the third pin header 3253, thereby achieving electrical connection.
In this embodiment, the number of the first row of pins 3161 is 3, wherein the first row of pins 3163, the second row of pins 3172, and the third row of pins 3253 are respectively used for transmitting power signals, data signals, and ground, and correspondingly, the number of the first row of pins 3163, the second row of pins 3172, and the third row of pins 3253 is 3, but not limited thereto.
The cup bottom 23 is accommodated in the accommodating space 210 and assembled in the hardware inner container 22, and includes a bottom wall 231, a side wall 232, a cup bottom silicone ring 233, and a cup bottom silicone 234.
The bottom wall 231 is used to support the second main plate 321. The bottom wall 231 comprises a line groove 2311 which is recessed towards the hardware inner container and a side hole 2312 which is communicated with the line groove 2311, and an interface of the power supply female seat 326 is accommodated in the side hole 2312. The sidewall 232 includes a notch 2321 that communicates with the wireway 2311. When the power cord is connected, the male plug of the power cord can be accommodated in the wire groove 2311 and passes through the side hole 2312 to be butted with the power female seat 326, and the power cord extends to the outside from the notch 2321. In the present embodiment, the power female socket 326 is a TYPE-C waterproof female socket, but is not limited thereto.
The inner surface of the side wall 232 is provided with a plurality of buckling grooves 2322, the outer surface of the hardware inner container 22 is provided with a plurality of convex blocks 225, and the convex blocks 225 are buckled and fixed with the buckling grooves 2322.
The outer surface of the side wall 232 is sleeved with a bottom silica gel ring 233. The outer surface of the sidewall 232 is provided with a receiving groove 2323, the bottom silicone ring 233 is received in the receiving groove 2323, and the bottom silicone ring 233 is located between the sidewall 232 and the housing 21 for sealing.
The silicone 234 is fixed to the sidewall 232 and the bottom of the housing 21.

An intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup is characterized by comprising a cup body assembly, a cup cover assembly and an intelligent module, wherein the intelligent module comprises a power module, a control module and a heating module, the power module supplies power to the control module and the heating module, the control module comprises a first control unit, a display module, a water intake detection module, a vibration module and a wireless communication module, the display module, the water intake detection module, the vibration module and the wireless communication module are connected with the first control unit, the control module further comprises a second control unit, a temperature detection module and a TDS detection module, the temperature detection module and the TDS detection module are connected with the second control unit, the water intake detection module detects water intake information of liquid and transmits the water intake information to the first control unit, the temperature detection module detects temperature information of the liquid and transmits the water intake information to the second control unit, the TDS detection module detects a TDS value of the liquid and transmits the TDS value to the second control unit, the second control unit transmits the temperature information and the TDS value to the first control unit.
2. The intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wireless communication module comprises a WIFI module and a Bluetooth module.
3. The intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second control unit is connected with the first control unit and the heating module, and the first control unit transmits a control signal to the second control unit to control the operation of the heating module.
4. The intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup of claim 3, wherein the power module comprises a power input port, a fast charge decoy chip, a DCDC chip, a charge management chip, a rechargeable battery, a first LDO module, and a second LDO module.
5. The intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup as claimed in claim 4, wherein the power input port is connectable to a vehicle-mounted power supply, and the output of the fast-charging spoofing chip is connected to the DCDC chip and the heating module respectively.
6. The intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup as claimed in claim 5, wherein an output of the first LDO module is connected to the first control unit, and an output of the second LDO module is connected to the second control unit.
7. An intelligent information sharing method of an intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup, based on the intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup in claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
s1, the intelligent vehicle-mounted water cup is in wireless connection with a vehicle-mounted server with a display screen through the wireless communication module;
s2, the first control unit receives the drinking water amount information, the temperature information and the TDS value and then sends drinking water reminding information, temperature information and TDS value to the wireless communication module through data processing;
s3, the wireless communication module sends the drinking water reminding information, the temperature information and the TDS value to the vehicle-mounted server;
s4, the display screen of the vehicle-mounted server displays the drinking water reminding information, the temperature information and the TDS value.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the vehicle server is a streaming media rearview mirror or a central control system of a vehicle.
